유전체 다층 거울이 유기발광다이오드의 광효율 향상에 미치는 영향에 관한 광학 시뮬레이션 연구

본 논문에서는 유전체 다층 거울을 이용해 구성된 파브리-페롯 미소공진 구조가 유기발광다이오드(OLED)의 광효율에 미치는 영향을 유한차분 시간영역법과 광선추적법을 결합해 분석하였다. SiN과 $SiO_2$ 층을 교대로 쌓아 구성한 유전체 다층박막의 적용은 미소공진 효과를 강화시켜 OLED의 발광 스펙트럼의 협소화를 유도하였고 광추출효율도 수 % 증가하였다. 유전체 다층박막의 두께를 최적화함으로써 특정 파장에 대해 미소공진 효과를 일으킬 수 있었고 이는 OLED 발광색의 순도를 증가시키는데 활용될 수 있다. 광추출효율을 극대화하는 전자수송층의 최적 두께는 발광파장에 따라 달라졌는데, 이는 유기층 물질이 보이는 굴절률의 분산 때문인 것으로 생각된다. The effects of a dielectric multilayer mirror on the efficiency of organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) were investigated by using optical simulation. Adoption of a dielectric mirror consisting of alternating SiN and $SiO_2$ layers narrowed the emission spectrum due to the microcavity effect, and increased the outcoupling efficiency by a few percent. The layer thicknesses of the dielectric mirror were adjusted to change the wavelength of the resonance mode, which may be used to increase the color purity.

『상한론(傷寒論)』 변병진단체계(辨病診斷體系)에 근거하여 작약감초탕(芍藥甘草湯)을 투여한 증례 2례

Objective : 2 clinical cases were analyzed to report the improvement of patient having anger problem and patient of low leg pain treated by herb medication based on Shanghanlun disease pattern identification diagnostic system. Methods : We collected 2 cases treated by Jagyakgamcho-tang according to a disease pattern identification diagnostic system and defined the conceptional meaning of each provision by analyzing each case. Results : Patients in 2 cases were cured by Jagyakgamcho-tang selected according to Shanghanlun provisions dualized with Je-Gang(提綱) and Jo-Moon(條文). Conclusions : This study suggests Shanghanlun provisions are the record of significant factors which are closely related with and aggravate disease.

이동통신 주파수 핵심 우량대역에 관한 탐색 연구

이동통신 서비스 제공을 위한 필수적인 요소자원인 주파수는 그 대역의 특성에 따라 사업자의 서비스 제공 경쟁력을 크게 좌우할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 주파수 자원에서도 상대적으로 우수한 특성을 가져 서비스 제공 상 우위를 가지며 경쟁정책적인 관리가 필요한 이동통신 주파수 대역을 핵심 우량대역이라고 정의한다. 이를 위해서 기술적 특성이 아닌 시장상황을 고려한 주파수의 활용성 및 경제적 효율성 측면의 4가지 기준(글로벌소싱 및 호환성, 비용-효율성, 주파수 활용 경험, 현재의 활용가능성)을 수립하였다. 이러한 기준들을 순차적으로 적용하여, 우량 주파수 대역 후보들을 추출하고 단계적인 평가기준을 통해서 현재시점에서의 최종적인 핵심 우량대역을 식별하였다. 또한 이러한 결과는 기술의 발전과 시간의 흐름에 따라 변화하는 특성을 보여준다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 이동통신 주파수에 대한 경쟁관리정책뿐만 아니라 할당정책에도 논리적 근거로 활용될 수 있는 실용적 의의를 지닌다. The characteristics of the spectrum, which are necessary for mobile telecommunication services, may determine the advantage of operators' competition for mobile services. We have a focus on the possibility that there would be the core spectrum within the frequencies. We define the core spectrum of frequencies in terms of 4 criteria (global source/roaming, cost-effectiveness, the experience of utilization and the possibility of use). They are based on the aspects of applicative and economic effectiveness by not technological and but market conditions. We have explored the current core spectrum by using the stepwise selection from these criteria. Our result indicates that the core spectrum may be movable with the development of technology and the flow of time. The results of this paper could be practically used as the reasonable justifications of the policies for not only the competition management but also the alignment about the frequencies for mobile telecommunication.

This report describes 94 prescriptions related to the use of Radix Angelicae Dahuricae main bl ended from Donguibogam. The following conclusions were reached through investigations on the prescriptions that use Radix Angelicae Dahuricae as a key component. 11.7% of wind. 10.6% of carbuncle and deep-rooted carbuncle. recorded the largest number of clinical frequency of the prescriptions in therapeutic use when Radix Angelicae Dahuricae was ta ken as a monarch drug in prescriptions, Prescriptions that utilize Radix Angelicae Dahuricae as t he main component are used in the treatment of apoplexy and carbuncle and deep-rooted carbuncle. headache. wound and they are also used for treating 26 different types of diseases. The prescriptions are compounded with Radix Angelicae Dahuricae as a monarch drug can ap ply to apoplexy, exogenous febrile disease, invasion by wind. wind-cold pathogen, wind-heat path ogen. epidemic disease, pestilence. bruise, bites, deficiency of liver and kidney, deficiency, phlegm-fire, phlegm-heat. The dosage of Radix Angelicae Dahuricae is 0.37g to 7.5g, however 3.75g has be en taken the most for clinical application. The function of Radix Angelicae Dahuricae is to expelling Wind and relieving pain, to expelling wound and forming muscle. to astrict and neutralizing poison. to expelling wind and to getting through body hole. to emit and relieving pain from the combination of drugs and prescriptions.

능동이완기법(active release technique)을 병행한 한방치료로 호전된 극상근건 부분 파열 호전 2례

상기 증례에서 저자는 극상근건 부분 파열 환자에게 한방치료 및 ART 치료를 적용하여 견관절 ROM, VAS 평가를 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 극상근건 부분 파열로 견통 및 견관절 ROM 제한 발생한 환자에게 한방치료 및 ART 치료를 적용하여 견관절 ROM, VAS에서 현저한 개선 보인 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 2. 비교적 증례가 많지 않고 한방적 치료 과정이 정립되어 있지 않은 극상근건 부분 파열에 한방 치료와 ART 치료를 병행하는 것이 효과가 있음 을 알 수 있었다. Objectives : The purpose of this study is to report the effect of Korean medicine treatment combined with active release technique on supraspinatus tendon partial tear. Methods : Two patients with supraspinatus tendon partial tear were treated by Korean medicine treatment in combination with active release technique. Visual analog scale(VAS), range of motion(ROM) were used to measure changes during treatment. Results : After treatment, shoulder pain and limited range of motion were improved significantly. Conclusions : Korean medicine treatment in combination with active release technique is proved to be helpful to improve the symptoms of the supraspinatus tendon partial tear patients. And, further studies will be needed.

계지가갈근탕(桂枝加葛根湯)을 투여한 이명 증례 1례

Objective : This study is aimed to report the outcomes of the treatment of a patient with tinnitus during 6 month. Methods : Basic patient's data was analyzed as a CARE guideline. And related symptom was measured with VAS. Results : The symptom of tinnitus reduced from 10 to 2 on VAS. And the symptom of feeling cold get lower. Conclusions : Gyejigagalgeun-tang improved the symptom of tinnitus on this study.

사출성형 조건 변화에 따른 도광판의 황화현산에 관한 연구

Recently, the light guide plate (LGP), a component of the BLU, becomes thinner and larger than ever. In industrial field, specialized injection molding technique is applied to mold the ultra-thin LGP such as a ultra-high speed injection molding. Usually very high melt temperature is used for low viscosity. High injection speed and melt temperature lead to yellowing of LGP. In the present paper a series of injection molding experiment was performed under various injection molding conditions. Yellow index, CIE xy, spectral transmittance of sample were measured using the UV-Visible spectrophotometer. Systematic decrease of spectral transmittance in UV-B range was found as the melt temperature was higher. Yellow index and CIE xy were became higher near the gate location in LGP. From the result of analysis of variance, the main factor to affect for yellow index was mold temperature and that for spectral transmittance(at 315 nm) was melt temperature.

상한론에 근거하여 소화기 이상을 동반한 지루성 피부염 환자에 대한 적석지우여량탕 치험 1례

objective The purpose of this case report is to review the possibility of utilizing Jeokseokji-uyeoryang-tang as a therapy of seborrheic dermatitis, and to consider clinical using possibility of Shanghanlun.method Patient's Diagnosis and progress of seborrheic dermatitis was evaluated based on the patient's chart and picture. And diagnosis based on Shanghanlun was organized by table.results When analyzing the patient's history and symptoms, it can be found in article No. 159 in Shanghanlun. The area and intentsiy of erythema were reduced when viewed photos findings, so diagnosis and therapies used in this case showed valid results in seborrheic dermatitis.conclusion Jeokseokji-uyeoryang-tang is efficient to patient of this case report as a treatment.

『상한론(傷寒論)』 변병진단체계(辨病診斷體系)에 근거하여 감초사심탕(甘草瀉心湯)을 투여한 대양병(大陽病) 결흉(結胸) 아토피 피부염 치험 1례

Objective : This study reports the effect of Gamchosasim-tang on atopic dermatitis. Methods : According to shanghanlun six meridian patterns diagnostic system, We diagnosed Taeyang-byung kyeolhyung. The symptoms of atopic dermatitis were worsen when the patient had bad sleeping habits by stress(心煩不得安). So the patient treated with Gamchosasim-tang for 3 months. The severity of atopic dermatitis was evaluated by SCORAD index, EASI and pictures. Results : After the treatment, SCORAD index and EASI decreased $75.9{\rightarrow}27.9$, $19{\rightarrow}5.7$ each. And sleeping habits also improved. Conclusions : Gamchosasim-tang improved the symptoms of atopic dermatitis on this study. Although Gamchosasim-tang is not an usual treatment for atopic dermatitis, we could prescribe the medicine due to shanghanlun six meridian patterns diagnostic system. And Further research would be needed the relation between bad sleeping habits cased by stress(心煩不得安) and Gamchosasim-tang.

Osteoarticular tuberculosis is often misdiagnosed as other disease because of a rare incidence and nonspecific clinical and radiographic presentation. Therefore, it is important to know clinical and radiographic presentations of osteoarticular tuberculosis and to diagnose in early phase. Especially, fistula formation is one of the most important clinical features which suspects osteoarticular tuberculosis. We report a case of ankle tuberculosis to be misdiagnosed as subtalar osteoarthritis and performed subtalar arthrodesis.
