        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of reducing the absorbed dose to the ovaries and the quality of the CBCT image when using the Halcyon<sup>TM</sup> Fast kV CBCT of cervical cancer patients of child-bearing age who performed ovarian transposition Materials and Methods : Contouring of the cervix and ovaries required for measurement was performed on the computed tomography images of the human phantom (Alderson Rando Phantom, USA), and three Optically Stimulated Luminescence Dosimeter(OSLD) were attached to the selected organ cross-section, respectively. In order to measure the absorbed dose to the cervix and ovaries in the Truebeam<sup>TM</sup> pelvis mode (Hereinafter referred to as TP), The Halcyon<sup>TM</sup> Pelvis mode (Hereinafter referred to as HP) and The Halcyon<sup>TM</sup> Pelvis Fast mode (Hereinafter referred to as HPF), An image was taken with a scan range of 17.5 cm and also taken an image that reduced the Scan range to 12.5cm. A total of 10 cumulative doses were summed, It was replaced with a value of 23 Fx, the number of cervical cancer treatments, and compared In additon, uniformity, low contrast visibility, spatial resolution, and geometric distortion were compared and analyzed using Catphan 504 phantom to compare CBCT image quality between equipment. Each factor was repeatedly measured three times, and the average value was obtained by analysing with the Doselab (Mobius Medical Systems, LP. Versions: 6.8) program. Results: As a result of measuring absorbed dose by CBCT with OSLD, TP and HP did not obtain significant results under the same conditions. The mode showing the greatest reduction value was HPF versus TP. In HPF, the absorbed dose was reduced by 39.8% in the cervix and 19.8% in the ovary compared to the TP in the scan range of 17.5 cm. the scan range was reduced to 12.5 cm, absorbed dose was reduced by 34.2% in the cervix and 50.5% in the ovary. In addition, result of evaluating the quality of the image used in the above experiment, it complied with the equipment manufacturer's standards with Geometric Distortion within 1mm (SBRT standard), Uniformity HU, LCV within 2.0%, Spatial Resolution more than 3 lp/mm. Conclusion: According to the results of this experiment, Halcyon<sup>TM</sup> can select more various conditions than Truebeam<sup>TM</sup> in treatment of fertility woman who have undergone ovarian Transposition , because it is important to reduce the radiation dose by CBCT during radiation therapy. So finally we recommend Halcyon<sup>TM</sup> Fast kV CBCT which maintains image quality even at low mAs. However, it is consider that the additional exposure to low doses can be reduced by controlling the imaging range for patients who have undergone ovarian transposition in other treatment machines.

        Submicron gratings are fabricated holographically on thin film single mode and multimode waveguides. Thin film waveguides are made by spin-coating polyurethane solution on the substrates of microscope slide glass and Corning 7059 glass. In order to characterize thin film waveguides, the refract사e index and the thickness of thin films are measured by using the m-line spectroscopy. The fabricated gratings are tested as a grating coupler, a mode converter, and a beam splitter. Also chirped gratings are fabricated to observe beam expansion phenomena and thus the possibility of the wavelength demultiplexing.

        SVG를 이용한 유${\cdot}$무선 인터넷 환경에서의 캐릭터 서비스

        현재 유선 인터넷 환경에서는 이미지를 표현하기 위하여 대부분 GIF와 JPG를 이용하며, 무선 인터넷 환경에서는 SVG, wBMP, SIS, PNG, Flash Lite 등과 같은 다양한 이미지 파일들을 이용한다. 따라서 유${\cdot}$무선인터넷을 동시에 지원하기 위한 콘텐츠를 제작하는 경우 이중으로 제작비용이 소요되는 문제점이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 유무선 인터넷을 동시에 지원할 수 있는 서비스를 재발할 때, SVG를 효율적으로 적용하는 방법을 제안하였다. 유${\cdot}$무선 인터넷을 동시에 지원하는 서비스에 SVG를 이용함으로써 유${\cdot}$무선 인터넷 기반의 콘텐츠를 제작할 때 기업이 지출해야 하는 개발비용을 크게 줄일 수 있다. Currently, most wired Internet describes an image file using GIF and JPG and wireless Internet uses various image files such as SVG, wBMP, SIS, PNG, and Flash Lite. Accordingly, overlapping occurs in the investment of production cost for making contents. This thesis proposes a Character(Avatar) service that could simultaneously aid both wired and wireless Internet by utilizing SVG, a vector based image file format for describing two-dimensional graphics. We will reduce cost of developing contents, when develop contents that simultaneously supports wired and wireless Internet using SVG.

        정지궤도 위성통신 환경모의를 위한 100 MHz 대역폭의 위성링크 시뮬레이터 개발

        The transponder simulator designed to simulate the transponder of military satellite communication systems in the geostationary orbit is required to have time delay function, because of 250 ms delay time, when a radio wave transmits the distance of 36,000 km in free space. But, it is very difficult to develop 250 ms time delay device in the transponder simulator of 100 MHz bandwidth, due to unstable operation of FPGA, loss of memory data for the high speed rate signal processing. Up to date, bandwidth of the time delay device is limited to 45 MHz bandwidth. To solve this problem, we propose the new time delay techniques up to 100 MHz bandwidth without data loss. Proposed techniques are the low speed down scaling and high speed up scaling methods to read and write the external memory, and the matrix structure design of FPGA memory to treat data as high speed rate. We developed the satellite link simulator in 100 MHz bandwidth using the proposed new time delay techniques, implemented to the transponder simulator and verified the function of 265 ms time delay device in 100 MHz bandwidth.

        한국산(韓國産) 참나무과(科) 수종(樹種) 도관구조(道管構造)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)(II) -도관벽(導管壁)의 수식구조(修飾構造)-

        This study was carried out to investigate the micromorphology of vessel wall sculpture such as shape of perforation plate, perforation rim, steepness of perforation plate, occurrence of vestured pit, warty layer and ray-vessel pitting on 13 species of Fagaceae in Korea. The results were summarized as follows ; 1. In the species examined, all sample species except Fagus crenata var. multinervis have simple perforation plate. But Fagus crenata var. multinervis has simple and scalariform perforation plate (it was called to combination perforation plate) in a tree stem. 2. The shapes of perforation rim could be classified into five types; Type A without tail, Type B with small tail on both sides, Type C with long tail on both sides, Type D with tail only one side and Type E with the very short interval between perforations. Among five types, Type Band C have higer frequency of distribution than the others. 3. The steepness of perforation plate measured was about 20 degree on pore zone and 43 degree on outside parts of pore zone. 4. Species with vestured pit were Q. aliena, Q, dentata, Q. variabilis, Fagus crenata var. multinervis, Castanopsis cuspidata var sieboldii, Q. acuta, Q. stenophylla, and Q. glauca. But the extent of vesturing was very slight and vestured pits were observed mainly in ray-vessel pit of some vessel elements. 5. Species with warty layer on the inner surface wall of all vessel elements were Q. acuta, Q. stenophylla, Q. glauca, Fagus crenata var. multinervis and species with warty layer of some vessel elements were Q. aliena, Q, dentata, Q. variabilis, Castanopsis cuspidata var. sieboldii. 6. Species with palisade ray-vessel pit were Q. acuta, Q. stenophylla, Q. glauca, Castanea crenata, Castanea bungeana, Q. aliena, Q. serrata, Q. mongolica, and species with scalariform ray-vessel pit was Fagus crenata var. multinervis and species with oval ray-vessel pit were Q, dentata, Castanopsis cuspidata var sieboldii.

        스마트폰중독과 정신병리 사이의 상관관계

        Objectives This study aims to investigate possible associations between proneness toward smartphone addiction and certain psychopathological variables to evaluate the psychopathological meaning of smartphone addiction. Methods Questionnaires were assigned to 755 adults between September and November 2012. We used the Korean Smartphone Addiction Proneness Scale (SAPS), the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), the Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI), the Obsessive-Compulsive Inventory-Revised (OCI-R), and the Barratt Impulsivity Scale-11 (BIS-11). Subjects were classified into two groups according to the scores of the SAPS ; the addiction proneness group and the normal-user group. Results The addiction proneness group had significantly higher scores than the normal-user group in the BDI, BAI, OCI-R, and BIS-11. The scores of the SAPS were positively correlated with the scores of the BDI, BAI, OCI-R, and BIS-11. Using logistic regression analysis, smartphone addiction proneness showed a significant association with BIS-11. Conclusions The results of this study suggest that smartphone addiction proneness may be associated with depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, and impulsivity. Furthermore, impulsivity could be a vulnerability marker for smartphone addiction proneness.

        연구논문 : 프랑스 구체제 시기의 병원 체제와 개혁

        현대의 병원은 환자들이 병을 치료하러 가는 공간이다. 그러나 프랑스에서 병원이 의료기관으로서 정착되는 데에는 오랜 시간이 걸렸다. 중세의 병원은 환자들을 치료하는 공간이었을 뿐 아니라 지나가는 순례 객들이 머물고 빈민들이 자선을 획득하는 공간이기도 했다. 그리고 이런 목적에서 병원에서의 행정은 주로 성직자들이 전담하였다. 그러나 16세기, 17세기에 식량 위기와 전염병의 창궐로 인한 빈곤과 질병에 대해 병원이 제대로 대처하지 못하는 상황이 발생하게 되자 사람들은 병원에 대해 불만을 가지게 되었고 17세기 후반기부터 국가를 중심으로 병원에 대한 개혁이 시작되었다. 국가는 병원으로 하여금 빈민과 환자들을 분리해서 수용하게 하고 빈민들에게 노동을 시키게 하였다. 하지만 이러한 시도는 빈민 문제를 해결하지 못하였을 뿐 아니라 병원을 공포의 공간으로 만들어 버렸다. 문제는 당시 병원을 둘러싸고 전개된 성직자와 세속 행정가의 대립은 병원에 수용되어 있던 빈민들의 삶은 철저히 외면한 채 전개되었다는 점이다. 18세기에 들어서야 근대 의학의 발달이라는 배경 하에서 의사들은 자신들의 지위를 격상시킬 수 있었고 이에 성직자들은 점차 병원에서 쫓겨나게 되었다. 18세기 말의 프랑스 혁명 과정에서 비(非)기독교화 운동을 통한 종교인들에 대한 탄압, 전쟁으로 인한 의사들의 수요 급증, 의료 대학으로서의 병원의 역할 강화로 인해 병원은 점차 의사들의 수중으로 들어갔다. 그 결과 18세기를 지나면서 병원은 의료기관으로서의 자리매김하게 되었다. Modern hospital is a place to treat sick patients. However, it took quite a long time for hospitals to establish themselves as a medical institutions in France. In medieval period, hospitals were the entities which not only treated the patients but also accommodated passing pilgrims and provided the poor with the charity. Hospitals performed such a comprehensive function and the administration was taken by the clergy. But the 16th and the 17th centuries, people started to have complaint with hospitals because hospitals could not well respond to the poverty and illness due to the food crisis and the outbreak of epidemics. Accordingly in the second half of the 17th century, the royal government started to reform the hospitals. The royal government ordered hospitals to separately accommodate the poor and the patients and to make the poor work. However, these attempts failed to resolve the poverty but made people fearful of hospitals. Problematic was the fact that the clergy and administrators did not pay proper attention to the poor who was detained in hospital. In the 18th century, however, the doctors were able to raise their status in the backdrop of the gradual development of modern medicine and priests were gradually expelled from the hospital. At the end of the 18th century, the religious oppression through non-Christianization movement, the surge in demand of doctors due to the war helped doctors hold tightly a grip on hospital management. As a result, hospitals succeeded in positioning themselves as medical centers. Revolutionary legislators passed legislation that made hospitals fully dependent on the government for fiscal support. At the same time, the church, a key force in the operation of hospitals under the ancient regime, was greatly weakened by Revolutionary laws. The Revolution helped pave the way for administrator-physicians who ensured that the new medical orientation would become the norm.

        일본의 근대화 속에 내재된 서양 : 日本 女性歌劇 ?塚을 둘러싼 東京과 大阪의 論爭을 中心으로

        다카라즈카는 현재 많은 팬들을 확보한 일본의 대중 가극이다. 1913년에 오카사의 조그만 변두리 마을에서 시작된 이 가극이 일본의 관객들, 특히 여성관객들의 마음을 사로잡아 가면서, 일본을 대표하는 문화상품으로서 자리매김할 수 있 었는가는 흥미로운 지점이라고 할 수 있다.역사적으로 1913년의 초기에 다카라즈카는 아동극의 형태를 띠었다. 배우들의 연령층은 12세에서 15세에 머물렀으며 현재와 같은 여성가극의 이미지를 강하게 내포하고 있지는 않았다. 당시에 어린 배우들의 무대 실수는 관객들의 흥미를 크게 자극했다. 그러나 고바야시는 다카라즈카 가극이 이처럼 비전문적인 수준에 머무르기를 원하지는 않았다. 그리고 이런 맥락에서 그가 제기한 것이 바로 국민극의 개념이다. 그에게 있어 예술은 단지 지식인만을 위한 것이 아닌 일반 대중을 위한 것이어야 했던 것이다. 공연의 입장료를 낮추고 많은 관객을 끌어들이려는 이러한 노력은 다른 한편으로는 대극장주의와 맥을 같이 한다. 그러나 다카라즈카의 이러한 노력은 도쿄의 비판에 직면해야 했다. 당시 도쿄는 다카라즈카에 대해서 타락한 연극이라든가 가부키극의 어설픈 모방이라는 혹평을 가했다. 이런 상황의 극복을 위해 다카라즈카는 1920년대 말부터 새로운 시도를 하게 된다. 그것이 바로 프랑스 유학파들을 통한 레뷰의 도입이다. 화려한 무대와 의상을 통해 다카라즈카는 가부키의 가극화라는 정신을 상당히 포기하게 되지만 관객들로부터는 더욱 더 큰 인기를 얻게 된다. 고바야시는 이 순간에 레뷰의 문제점을 지적하였지만 도쿄의 진출을 위해서 이를 수용하게 된다. 이후 다카라즈카는 1928년의 《몽 파리》공연을 통해 도쿄에서 발판을 마련하는데 성공한 다. 근대화의 과정속에서 나타난 도쿄와 오사카의 대립, 지방과 중앙의 대립, 그리고 엘리트와 민중의 대립은 여성가극 다카라즈카를 통해 잘 드러나고 있으며 그 과정에서 일본의 서양문화 수입에 대한 독자적인 시선을 확인할 수 있다. The Takarazuka, founded in 1913 by Kobayashi Ichizo, is a popular Japanese spectacle which has many female fans nowadays. Kobayashi who wanted the Takarazuka to become widely-loved spectacle proposed the notion of the “national Theater” and the “Big Theater” for the middle class. He also conceived this kind of spectacle to revive the Japanese traditional arts so that he used many elements of traditional art for the Takarazuka. The Takarazuka developed in Osaka region, however, raised critics from artistic circles in Tokyo region. That's because the Takarazuka's style based on the Japanese traditional arts seemed mean and vulgar to Tokyo's artists who admired occidental culture. This conflict reflected also the confrontation between the Janan and “Occident”. To overcome the image of low grade art, the Takarazuka made new attempts to import Revue style from the France in the end of 1920s. Using sumptuous stage and costumes, the Takarazuka gained greater popularity from its fans while it lost the spirit of modernizing traditional art, Kabuki. Kobayashi recognised this problem but he accepted this new attempts to push into Tokyo. The conflict between Tokyo and Osaka around the Takarazuka illustrates well the conflict between the Center and the Periphery and the elites and the general people during modernizing period. We can see the Japanese efforts to import occidental culture from its own perspective in the example of Takarazuka.

        프랑스 지방 도시의 빈민구제정책과 병원운영 : 12~17세기 모(Meaux)의 사례

        As we showed in this paper, cleric power had not been totally transferred to secular authorities(in the Ho?tel-dieu of Meaux). Undoubtedly, the fact that the order of trinity handed over administration of Ho?tel-dieu in 1520, or the fact that the reformist of Meaux expanded their power with the support of poors indicates that precedent religious power was called into question in Meaux in the beginning of 16th century. But it was true that the Church centering around bishop played a substantial role in the administration of hospital. The facts that Guillaume Bri?onnet, bishop of Meaux, intermediated during expulsion of order of trinity from Ho?tel-dieu, that, bishop, Dominique de Ligny was confirmed as the chief of the hospital during the foundation of Ho?pital g?n?ral in 17th century and that there were continuous bequeath in 16th~17th centuries indicate well that the hospital was the organization of assistance with religious character. We should also remark that the King, Parlement of Paris, and University of Paris intervened constantly in these evolutions of Meaux, a small country town. That’s because assistance policy was important element in the control of provinces by central authorities. For this reason, Paris tried steadily to apply its model to Meaux. In the middle of confrontation between cleric and secular powers, central authority intensified its power by achieving well its role as intermediator.
