공공스포츠센터 소비자의 관여도가 고객충성도에 미치는 영향

The aim of this study was to examine the relationship among public sport center consumers' involvement, service values, switching barriers and customer loyalty. Study subjects were 240 users in 5 public sport centers in Seoul and the capital area as of the year of 2009. They were sampled with a stratified cluster random sampling. Collected data of 213 respondents were used in a final analysis, except data of 37 respondents of which reliability was problematic. Study findings are as follows: First, public sport center managers must induce continuous interests in order to increase consumers' switching barriers. Second, publicsport center managers must construct expensive switching barriers in order to enhance consumers' perceived values. In particular, they must prevent consumers' separation and then enhance consumers' values through a variety of differentiated and diversified membership services. Third, public sport center managers must establish a strategy of enhancing service values in order to maintain customers' higher loyalty. Fourth, because customer loyalty has to do with repurchase intention and consumers' behavior is decided with positive oral communication, public sport center managers must establish a strategy to induce repurchase intention and positive oral communication by increasing consumers' switching barriers.

The purpose of this study was to identify relationship between leisure constraint negotiation and participation intention through meta-analysis. To achieve research objective, research material were collected by utilizing Research Information Sharing Service, DBpia, Koreanstudies Information Service System, Korea Citation Index. Finally, 12 pieces of research materials were selected. To analyze the data, CMA(Comprehensive Meta-Analysis) software program was used. The main findings are as follows: First, the overall average effect size between leisure constraint negotiation and participation intention was .459. Second, average effect size between sub-factors of leisure constraint negotiations and participation intention, improving finance and time management was observed to be higher than the others. Third, average effect size between leisure constraint negotiation and participation intention in types of leisure activities, sports participation activities were observed to be higher than the others. Finally, the limitation of this study and future research orientation were discussed.
생활체육 참여자들의 운동중독이 자아존중감과 생활만족에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this research is for looking into the relationship between the amount of exercising people`s self-esteem and happiness and the severeness of exercise Addiction. The objects of this study were 625 sports for all participants from regional sports centers, sports for all clubs, cultural centers, and so on, and the kinds of exercise were limited by 10. The average age of those participant on this program was 38.04 year old (SD=11.33) and on the average they have been exercising for 3.85years. This dissertation has used EAQ(Exercise Addiction Questionnaire) of Kim, JaeHoon (2007) for the measurement of exercise intoxication, and Rogenberg`s scale (1965) for self-esteem, and borrowed Diener, Emmons, Larsen, and Griffin (1985) translated by Lee, Jongghil (1992). For the results of this study, Descriptive statistics, t-test, and Multiple linear regression were used. Firtst of all, the higher self-esteem people get, that almost necessarily resulted in higher reliance on exercise, the lower social problems happen. And among high self-satisfying group, there seemed more exercise reliances, withdrawal symptoms, and higher motivation for working-out. According to the result of Regression, exercise dependence was the most persuasive one among the factors influencing on self-esteem, and life-satisfaction. All these conclusions were discussed based on the precedent researches and thesis on athletic intoxication, self-esteem, life-satisfaction.
