This paper deals the characteristic analysis of Switched Reluctance Motor(SRM) driven by single-pulse mode considering dc link voltage ripple. Two dimensional time-stepped Finite Element Method(FEM) is used to analyze the characteristic of SRM driven by single-pulse mode with dc link voltage ripple. The analysis results is verified by experimental test.
This paper provides the design of propulsion system for the catenary-pantograph run tester. Permanent magnet linear synchronous motor design suitable for an high-speed ground transportation system which need a big acceleration force. The propulsion system of the catenary-pantograph run tester need high speed and big acceleration.
In this paper, the construction of secondary reaction plate is analyzed by 3-D Finite Element Method (3-D FEM) to consider the influence of its variation on the transverse edge effect of LIM. The effective 3-D analysis model for considering the transverse edge effect caused by the finite widths of the primary and the secondary is proposed. The simple method measuring the transverse edge effect by using the patterns of currents induced in the secondary reaction plate is also proposed. With this effective analysis method, various models of secondary reaction plate with overhang and cap has been analyzed to consider the relationship between the construction of secondary reaction plate and the transverse edge effect of LIM.
Along with the fast advancements in ICT(Information and Communication Technologies)and e-commerce business like the internet shopping, courier delivery service industry has grown rapidly afte r the mid 1990s. Courier delivery service quality is considered increasingly as important factor to decide courier delivery service company`s competitiveness and customer satisfaction. Service encounter quality formed at the moment of delivery service is provided has been regarded as a important concept in valuating the courier delivery service company. The aim of this study is to suggest that, in order to maintain courier delivery service company`s competitive advantage, they should enhance the customer satisfaction by improving courier encounter quality. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, the courier service encounter quality`s determining factors influencing customer satisfaction were found to be 5 variables such as availability, responsiveness, reliability, completeness, professionalism of service. Second, the courier service encounter quality was found to have an effect on the customer satisfaction. Third, the customer satisfaction originated from good courier service encounter quality was found to have an effect on the reuse intention and word-to-mouth intention of the customers.
