gCRM(geographical Customer Relation Management; 지리적 고객 관계 관리)이란 기업 마케팅 방법으로 사용되던 고객관계관리(CRM)방법론에 지리정보시스템(GIS)이 접목된 새로운 방법론을 말한다. 본 연구에서는 gCRM을 소개하고 기업 사례연구를 통하여 gCRM에서 고객세분화 활용사례를 소개 하고자 한다. gCRM을 이용하면 고객들의 세분화한 특성을 시각적으로 비교 분석 할 수 있어 효과적인 마케팅 전략을 수립할 수 있다. Geographical Customer Relationship Management (gCRM) is an integrated solution of Geographic Information System (GIS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). In gCRM, GIS is used to show multi-dimensional analytical results of customer information geographically. When customer information is geographically presented, more valuable information appears. In this research we briefly introduce gCRM and show real examples of customer segmentation applied to company.

대학 내 성희롱·데이트폭력의 일상적 범주와 회복적 정의 - P대학을 중심으로

본 연구는 대학에서 발생하는 성폭력 중 일상적인 범주로 학생 간 언어적 성희롱과 데이트폭력의 통제행위를 규정하였다. 이들 유형은 성폭력임에도 일상에서 거의 폭력으로 인식되지 않는다는 점에서 매우 심각하다고 할 수 있다. P대학의 실태조사 결과를 중심으로 분석한 결과 일상적 범주의 성희롱과 데이트폭력 문제는 본질적으로 성별권력관계와 성별화된 섹슈얼리티 수행에 그 원인이 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 학생간에 발생하는 언어적 성희롱은 일상에서 수시로 행해지기 때문에 그 원인이 성별을 기반으로 하는 권력관계에 있음을 의식하지 못하며, 연인 간의 통제행위는 ‘사랑의 표현’으로서 성별화된 섹슈얼리티의 수행을 보여주는 것으로 ‘자연스러운’ 규범으로 수용하였다.학교의 구제절차 과정 또한 이 사건이 성별권력관계임을 인식하지 못했다. 가해자에 대한 처벌 위주의 일방적 처리로 인해 피해자의 치유와 가해자의 성찰 과정이 부재했으며 친밀한 관계의 통제행위에 대한 중재에는 한계가 있었다.본 연구에서 대안으로 검토한 회복적 사법은 피해자와 가해자, 학교 공동체가 자발적으로 참여하여 관계회복을 도모하는 개념이다. 이는 피해자의 특성과 관계적 상황을 존중하고 가해자의 진정한 반성을 이끌어내는 상호 소통작용이며 나아가 성평등한 대학문화 조성에도 일조한다는 점에서 대안으로서의 가능성을 볼 수 있다. This research found through factual survey in Puniversity that a cause of verbal-sexual harassment, dating violence is in gender power relationships, gendered sexuality by observing the limits in features of verbal-sexual harassment, dating violence and in proceeding which universities have. As verbal-sexual harassment happened frequently between students, they don't realize that the cause of these is power relationships based gender and control action in romantic relationship is understood as a ‘natural’ gender norm and a expression of love. Therefore proceeding of sexual harassment case whose victims are usually women have a lack of cure for victims and introspection and are mostly unilateral processes involving punishment. The concept of restorative justice which is represented as a alternative in this research is to respect characteristics of victims and it also means mutual communication that victims and attackers recover their relationships through a cure of victims and an introspection of attackers. Especially restorative justice is useful in terms of preventing counselling processes of university which are caused by sexual harassment from detaching from the processes of investigation and handling and I expect that it will ultimately contribute to gender equality culture of campus.

With rapid changes of the social contexts, the necessity of the lifelong education and reeducation is gradually increasing in our society. The need of distance education is emphasized consequently, and the quality assurance of distance education is regarded as an important issue. The students' distribution of the Open University if various, For example, it is composed of the various students from diverse areas, ages, occupations and the educational backgrounds and so on. Like these factors are important points in acadcmic achievement of students, Then what is important point in the acadcmic achievement of students in Open University? What is the common feature of students who are high on academic achievement? In this work, academic achievement of students by groups for the quality assurance of distance institution was analyzed. In results, the basic information of efficient studying plans by group was discussed in detail.

낙태논쟁 속 법담론의 탈관계성 비판 : 낙태죄 헌법소원을 중심으로

2011년 우리 헌법재판소는 낙태죄 규정에 대한 헌법소원을 심사하였고 2012년 낙태죄 처벌조항은 합헌이라는 최종 결정을 내렸다. 이제껏 우리사회에서 낙태가 제대로 공론화된 적이 없었기에 헌법소원은 그 자체로 사회의 주목을 받았지만, 내용면에서 여전히 이분법적 권리 대립구도를 벗어나지 못했다. 이에 본 논문은 법의 영역에서 낙태담론이 대립적 구도를 벗어나지 못하는 근본적 이유를 법의 관계성 부재로 보았다. 헌법소원 결정에 앞서 열렸던 공개변론은 이러한 관계성 부재를 확인할 수 있는 자리로, 청구인과 법무부 양측이 전개하는 법적 논리와 함께 이들에 대한 재판관들의 질문과 대답, 재질문 과정을 통해 우리의 현재 낙태에 관한 법담론을 생생하게 확인할 수 있었다. 공개변론에서 나타난 법의 모습은 먼저 형식적 절차와 추상적 생명론에 치중하였다. 또한 임부와 태아의 관계를 적대적으로 취급함으로써 임부의 다층적 고민을 간과하였다. 마지막으로 낙태문제를 임부와 태아만의 문제로 제한해 봄으로써 젠더관점이 부재했다. 또한 법이론에서도 관계성의 부재함이 나타났다. 근대의 자유주의 법이론인 권리개념으로는 불평등구조나 상황이 파악되지 못하며, 임부와 태아는 한 몸임에도 불구하고 공/사로 나뉜 법익은 임부의 신체통합성을 훼손하는 것이었다. 마지막으로 법은 임부의 자율성을 태아와 사회적 맥락에서 분리하여 개인적 책임을 추궁하였다. 이 모두는 법에 부재한 관계성으로 인해 나타난 문제들이다. 이제 우리는 이러한 공허한 법담론을 넘어 각자의 삶과 경험들이 반영되는 인식틀로 법을 재구성하고 젠더에 접근해야 할 것이다. In 2012, the Constitutional Court of Korea held that the crime of self-abortion was constitutional because it didn’t violate the proportionality principle. This Article intends to illuminate dis-relationship in the legal discourse in the debate on abortion. In spite of the prevalence of women’s abortion, it is significant to see the discourses that explain, or affirm the women’s action in society. The experience of abortion seems particularly detrimenal to the relationship with a male partner who is unable to sympathize with her experience of the abortion. In this regard, abortion tends to reconstruct women’s perception about sexual relationship and subjectivity. This article identifies and problematizes the condition of dis-relationship in the legal discourse through Constitution Court. Liberalism legal theory does not accurately factor in the special situations that pregnant women, who are responsible for various human beings at the same time, are faced with. In particular, ‘autonomy’, which is considered the absolute principle of respect for human beings in the discussion on the legal theory. As such, autonomy of pregnant women as the ones responsible for multiple relationships has not been mentioned in any liberalism law theory. Despite the fact that a new approach is needed, there are instances in which bodily integrity, which is endowed on existing abstract individuals when it comes to pregnant women, has been violated. Now we will have to approach for the reconstruction of law and reflected women’s life and experiences from gender perspectives.

This paper analyzes the pittings cause of elevators worm gear type traction machine. To find a cause of pitting problem, we analyzed vibration, a proper design allowance and lubrication. We brought a conclusion that the cause of pitting is not a simple vibration problem, such as misalignment of worm reducer and rail, but mostly related to a designed allowance. In this case, the allowance is tight. In general, the allowance of traction machine and lubrication is varied by manufacturers. When the allowance is tight, a proper lubrication can diminish the pitting problem.
