Effects of austenite on the uniform corrosion in the solution of 1 N H2SO4 were investigated through the electrochemical polarization test. Two phases structures of martensite and austenite were obtained by annealing treatment at the range of 500℃~700℃ for 10min. in 70% cold- rolled 202 stainless steel. Volume fraction of reversed austenite increased rapidly with an increase of annealing temperature. Uniform Corrosion was occur mainly on martensite phase in 202 austenitic stainless steel with two phase of austenite and martensite. Corrosion current density increased with an increase of volume fraction of austenite, therefore uniform corrosion was affected by volume fraction of austenite

This study was conducted to evaluate chemical parameters on butchery wastes as a bulking agent in composting of swine manure. Treatments included T1 ; Swine manure + Rice hull, T2 ; Swine manure + Rice hull + Vermiculite, T3 ; Swine manure + Rice hull + Perlite, T4 ; Swine manure + Vermiculite, T5 ; Swine manure + Vermiculite + Perlite, T6 ; Swine manure + Perlite, T7 ; Swine manure + Rice hull + Vermiculite + Perlite. During the composting period, changes of temperature and pH were showed traditionally composting trend. Moisture, organic matter, total nitrogen and C/N ratio were higher rice hull than vermiculite and perlite treatments. Ammonia-N and EC were not differences among the treatments. In heavy metal, Cd and Cr were showed higher in vermiculite treatments than other treatments. Rice hull treatments were decreased volatile fatty acids compared to that of other treatments. In conclusion, rice hull containing high organic content was greater composting effects than vermiculite and perlite containing low organic content.

This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of functional ingredients with supplementation as a bulking agent in composting of swine manure. Treatments were T1 & T5 : Swine mature+Vermiculite, T2 & T6 ; Swine manure+Perlite, T3 & T7 ; Swine manure+VermiculiteH-Perlite, T4 & T8 ; Swine manure+Bark. Tl,T2, T3 and T4 were supplemented with functional ingredients on d 0 of composting. T5, T6, T7 and T8 were supplemented with functional ingredients on d 3 of composting. Functional ingredients were Fermkito and Yucca. Daring the composting period, changes of temperature were showed traditionally composting trend. Volatile fatty acids were decreased regardless of treatments in functional ingredients supplementation. Organic matter, T-N and C/N ratio were showed higher bark treatments than other treatments. pH and EC were not differences among the treatments. P<sub>2</sub>O<sub>5</sub> and K<sub>2</sub>O were showed level of 1-3%. In heavy metal, Cr were showed higher in vermiculite treatment than other treatments. In conclusion, vermiculite and perlite treatments were greater composting effects than bark.
양방향 송수신모듈 제작을 위한 광결합계수의 계산 및 측정

레이저 다이오드와 수신광검출기가 집적된 소자를 V-홈을 가진 실리콘 광학벤치에 flip-chip 본딩하고, 경사면을 가진 하나의 단일모드 광섬유와 수동정렬하는 방법을 사용하여 가입자망을 위한 저가의 양방향 송수신 모듈을 설계, 제작하였다. 광섬유의 단면 경사각에 따른 송신광결합 효율과 수신광결합 효율사이의 병목점을 찾기 위해 Gaussian빔 모델을 사용하여 수평정렬거리, 광섬유 단면 경사각, 수직정렬오차등의 변수에 따른 광결합계수를 계산함으로써, 최적의 광정렬조건을 예측하였다. 또한 실리콘 광학벤치에서 광결합효율을 측정하여 광섬유의 수직정렬오차에 따른 광결합계수의 감소가 광섬유의 경사각에 의해 보상될 수 있다는 계산결과의 타당함을 확인하였다. 실제의 sub-module 제작 및 광결합 실험에서 송신빔이 광섬유 단면에 반사되어 PD로 입사되는 것을 최소화하기 위하여 광섬유 단면을 경사절두원추형으로 제작함으로써 PD의 수신 잡음을 $30mu$m 이상의 정렬거리에서 -35dB이하로 유지할 수 있었다. 같은 조건에서 단면 경사각이 $12^{\circ}$인 광섬유에 의해 -12.1dB의 송신출력과 0.2A/W의 responsivity를 얻을 수 있었다. We designed and fabricated a bidirectional optical transceiver module for low cost access network. An integrated chip forming a pin-PD on an 1.3 urn FP-LD was assembled by flip-chip bonding on a Si optical bench, a single mode fiber with an angled end facet was aligned passively with the integrated chip on V-groove of Si-optical bench. Gaussian beam theory was applied to evaluate the coupling coefficients as a function of some parameters such as alignment distance, angle of fiber end facet, vertical alignment error. The theory is also used to search the bottle-neck between transmittance and receiving coupling efficiency in the bi-directional optical system. Tn this paper, we confirmed that reduction of coupling efficiency by the vertical alignment error between laser beam and fiber core axis can be compensated by controlling the fiber facet angle. In the fabrication of sub-module, a'||'&'||' we made such that the fiber facet have a corn shape with an angled facet only core part, the reflection of transmitted laser beam from the fiber facet could be minimized below -35 dE in alignment distance of 2: 30 /J.m. In the same condition, transmitted output power of -12.1 dEm and responsivity of 0.2. AIW were obtained.

Axial fans are very useful cooling devices being widely used in many electric and industrial machinery. However those are often accompanying annoying noise. Many efforts have been devoted in order to reduce the fan noise. In this study, the procedure was devided into two major parts in considering effects of design parameters of axial fan concerned with noise ; the fan theory and the Fukano's fan noise study. By using the fan theory we defined stagger angle, camber angle, blade inlet and outlet angle for studying low noise fan. Then the effects of such angles on the flow rate and static pressure were investigated. By using the Fukano's fan noise theory, the relations of the chord length, the rotational speed and the number of blades vs. fan noise are investigated.

최근 급속히 증가하고 있는 Digital Content의 생성과 활용으로 인해 인터넷 기반의 Digital Content 유통이 활성화 되고 있다. 하지만 URL의 한계와 Content의 불법복제 및 무단변형과 같은 역기능이 나타남으로써 양질의 콘텐트 생산·유통이 저해되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 URN 기반의 DOI 식별체계와 Digital Content 보호를 위한 PKI 기반의 공개키 알고리즘, 그리고 콘텐트 제공자의 저작권을 보호하기 위한 Digital Watermarking과 DRM기술을 접목한 강인한 Digital Content 유통모델을 제안하고자 한다.

In order to seek various relationships among many design parameters employed in the design of the axial-flow fans the program which generates acoustic spectrum has been developed and its validity verified. Outputs of the program, with other outputs from a formerly developed performance prediction program, have been used to form a multi-objective function, for which an optimal design process was carried out. The present analysis shows that overall noise level and efficiency has contrasting trends, and the chord length turns out to be the most critical design variable. In the chosen design case of requirements $Q=2000m^2/min$, ${\Delta}P_s=67mmAq$, D=1.4m, the chord length of 0.2059m minimizes the overall noise level, while chord length of 0.1254m maximizes the efficiency. The resulting chord length in the balanced optimization is 0.1809m.

In general, a cooling tower has two major noise sources, one is the fan and the other is the falling water. The fan noise is produced by passage of its blades through the air and radiates from the fan stack. Noises from the falling water are caused by splashing and dropping of water cascading over the internal filler of the cooling tower and into the basin and radiate from the louvered face. In this paper, the noise measurements and its frequency analysis are carried out for the locations facing the louvered side and near the fan stack referring the related code and standards in order to study the noise characteristics of the induced-draft cooling tower, especially for the buildings. As a result, it is found that for every doubling of distance from the noise source the noise level decreases by 2~4dBA in the near field with reflect surfaces and decreases by about 6dBA also in the far field without reflect surfaces. As a supplement to the noise measurements, a computer program with simple algorithm is developed in order to estimate the noise level at a distance from the cooling tower, so that the user could apply and modify it for the particular boundary conditions easily.
