An efficiency-oriented paradigm that had dominated in the twenty century has been gradually faded and a new paradigm emphasizing sustainability in agricultural and rural development including environmentally friendly agriculture becomes dominant. Learning program through city-rural interchange has been carried into effect from 1990s. The purpose of this study is to develop strategies for popular proliferration of the experience learning program through city-rural interchange. The questionnaire of Likert scale is used to measure the levels of satisfaction of the experience learning program through city-rural interchange and the intention of revisit to rural. In addition, it's problems and improvements were investigated. This thesis suggested alternative ideas as follows: ① the hightening of understanding and the enlargement of its sphere, ② the betterment of experience learning programms.③ cultivating their specialists, ④improving of progress programms and enforcing of kindness education. ⑤ the betterment of its training facilities, ⑥developing of rural foodstuffs. ⑦furthering of publicity activities. marketing and information system, ⑧constructing of regional communities. ⑨building up the administrative supporting systems, ⑩introducing evaluation system, ⑪ improving supporting policies and institutions.

Examining Factors that Influence the Success of Online Games

이 연구는 온라인 비디오 게임의 성공 정도에 1) 편승효과(bandwagon effects), 2) 게임에 대한 구전 정보(즉, 평점과 리뷰), 3) 게임 정보의 노출 위치가 어떻게 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 온라인 게임 포탈 사이트인 Kongregate.com에서 새롭게 출시된 83개의 게임에 대한 3주간의 패널 데이터를 분석하였고, 분석 결과로 온라인 게임이 성공하는데 있어서 편승효과와 구전 정보의 긍 · 부정 정도, 그리고 게임 정보의 노출 위치가 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. Because many online games are offered to players through such platforms as online game portal sites or digital distribution services on mobile devices, it is important to understand what factors influence the success of online games on such platforms. The present study examined factors that influence the success of an online game published on a game portal site with a focus on bandwagon effects, WOM, and the location where information about the game is displayed. Using panel data on 83 online games from Kongregate.com, an online games portal, we found that bandwagon effects, the valence of WOM, and advertising location of a game played important roles for the success of online games.

인문사회기반 융합연구 정책 방향

(Purpose) It is necessary to provide a specialized and organic system that links humanities and social science-based convergence research into a true meaning of humanities and social science-based convergence research, and tailored support to focus on solving practical social problems, expanding the base of convergence, and linking the spread of results. (Design/methodology/approach) This study attempted to lay the groundwork for the convergence research policy by conducting a survey on convergence researchers, and the survey subjects received orders from the Korea Research Foundation from 2009 to the present to collect information on researchers who have experience in convergence research. The targets are co-researchers, professional researchers, and senior researchers. (Findings) in this study, we tried to propose a policy to realize this. Proposed policies include support for revitalization of local humanities and students, establishment and support of the Korean Federation of Humanities and Social Organizations, a system for discovering and supporting convergence research agenda and agenda research support, securing and supporting convergence talent and convergence researchers, construction and utilization of convergence content, and humanities. Technology convergence enterprise innovation and business model discovery and commercialization, Convergence Research Korea (CRK) project as a brand business, etc. (Research implications or Originality) The effects that can be obtained through the results of this study can be presented in three main ways. First, based on the policy proposed in this study, it is possible to present a direction for fostering future-adaptive convergence talents. Second, it will be possible to spread social problem-solving convergence research. Third, it will have the effect of proving and commercializing the value of humanities and convergence research.

조선후기 지방행정에 있어서 이서 (吏胥)의 역할과 부패유발요인

조선후기 `이서의 작간 때문에 국정이 기울어졌다`며 망국의 주 책임이 이서집단에 있다고 보는 주장도 있으나, 이서집단의 부패는 체제 붕괴의 원인자 역할보다는 매개역할이었다고 본다. 조선후기 지방행정의 지배구조 변화와 이서의 위상을 알아보고, 이서의 인사행정적 체계와 내용을 이서의 임면과 자격요건, 근무지, 정원, 조직구조와 업무분장 등을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 이어 이서의 부패유발요인을 ① 수령의 전문성 결여로 인한 이서의 실질적 영향력 증대, ② 녹봉문제와 이서집단의 백색부패, ③ 사회경제적 변화와 이서의 재량권 남용, ④ 정치·관리사회의 부패분위기와 이서의 인사행정 부패, ⑤ 상호견제장치와 감시체제의 문제, ⑥ 이서문제에 대한 개혁의지 부족과 한계 등을 중심으로 살펴보았다. As functionaries on the lowest rung of bureaucracy, the local Iseo of the Late Chosun Dynasty were responsible for a host of duties related to the actual administration of the Kunhyun. The local Iseo organized the ruling system of the Kunhyun, and gave counsel to the Sooryong. The Kunhyun was organized by six Bang and had a one-story structure. They were appointed and dismissed by the Sooryong. There was no official salary system for these petty clerks. Because Sooryongs had no experience in practical administration and were frequently changed through re-assignment, dismissal and resignation, they did not know the condition of their post and the customs of Kunhyun well and could not control Iseos` corruption. Reforms could not be properly accomplished through partial improvements in institutions.

지역균형발전을 위한 지방상공회의소 역할 재정립 방안 - 대전ㆍ충남지역의 관할구역 조정을 중심으로 -

The local CCIs(Chamber of Commerce and Industry) have performed various sorts of businesses in order to provide a base for the growth of local enterprises, to increase the incomes of inhabitants, to expand the facilities for public good, etc.. We should pay more attention to regional interactions in regionalization of CCIs for more effective development. This study is designed to readjust the jurisdiction sphere of the local CCI for regional balanced development. It focuses on the Daejoon and Choongnam CCI. We should consider regional interactions as well as characteristics of each region to classify regions. Datas were analyzed through the survey, in-depth interviews and cluster analysis. In the result the separation between the Daejoon and the Choongnam CCI was proposed. Subsequently the Choongnam CCI was suggested to readjust three jurisdiction sphere. 본 논문에서는 지역경제단체 중 핵심단체인 지방상공회의소의 역할 재정립 방안을 주로 관할구역 조정에 초점을 맞춰 분석하였다. 대전광역시와 충남지역 상공회의소의 관할 구역 구분에 초점을 두고, 특히 충남지역 상공회의소의 관할 구역 재조정에 대한 대안 제시에 역점을 두었다. 기존 경제권역, 정주생활권, 개발권역, 관광권역과 상공회의소 균형발전 측면에 중점을 두어 구역 재조정 방안을 제시하였다. 아울러 2007년도부터 회원 임의가입제가 실시됨에 따른 지방 상공회의소의 장ㆍ단기적 발전 방안과 대비책을 살펴보았다. 문헌분석과 함께 전문가, 상의 회원, 지방의원, 공무원 등을 대상으로 심층면접을 시도하였고, 대전광역시, 충청남도 및 기타지역에 소재하는 대학 및 연구소에 근무하는 교수와 연구원, 특히 사회과학 전공자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 산업구조분석, 유동패턴분석 등을 시도하였고, 상공회의소 회원, 회비 현황, 인구, 인구 증가율, 통근ㆍ통학권, 각종 개발구분 등 다양한 변수를 고려하여 군집분석을 실시하였다.
