This study deals with the distribution and morphological study of the neurons with the neuropeptide Y (NPY) in developing chick brain. The developing brains of Korean native chicks at embryonic days 8 (E8), E10, E12, E14, E16, E18, and E20 were used. The chicks were perfused with 4% paraformaldehyde through the left ventricle and aorta. The brains were removed and transferred into 30% sucrose, and then cut in a cryostat into $60{\mu}m$ in thickness. The sections were immunostained with free-floating and avidin-biotin complex (ABC) methods. The numerous neurons with NPY were first observed in nucleus rotundus of diencephalon at E8. In particular, neurons in nucleus rotundus had the well-developed processes. At E12, the neurons with NPY were distributed widely in diencephalon; nucleus septalis lateralis, medialis, nucleus magnocelluaris preopticus dorsalis, medialis, ventralis, nucleus preopticus medialis, nucleus dorsolateralis anterior thalami pars magnocellularis, and nucleus paraventricularis magnocellularis (paraventricular nucleus) except nucleus rotundus. From E12 to E20, positive neurons were oval-shaped, changed gradually into the spherical- and multipolar-shaped. The shapes of processes were also omnidirectional and the number of those were less than in telencephalon. As the chicks developed, the morphology of neurons with NPY showed the tendency to increase in their sizes and numbers.

수도권 통합대중교통요금제를 위해 생성되고 있는 교통카드자료는 수도권 도시철도의 환승시간 및 횟수정보를 제공하지 못하고 있다. 도시철도에는 환승게이트가 설치되어 있지 않아 노선간의 환승정보는 설문조사나 목측을 통한 거시적 추정으로 진행된다. 따라서 교통카드자료를 토대로 계산되는 수도권 대중교통의 환승시간 및 횟수는 과소평가되는 문제점을 내포한다. 환승자료의 정확한 추정을 위해서는 교통카드 태그가 이루어지는 진입 및 진출 게이트 사이에서 발생하는 통행경로에 대한 설명이 필요하다. 본 연구는 교통카드 단말기 태그자료를 기반으로 환승현황을 파악하기 위한 통행경로모형을 구축하고 수도권에서 발생하는 환승정보를 도출한다. 이를 위해 단말기 운영체계와 도시철도의 네트워크 특성을 일치시키기 위한 빅노드 개념을 도입한다. 또한 수도권 도시철도의 효과적 네트워크 구동을 위해 링크표지개념을 도입한다. 교통카드단말기의 행정구역정보를 토대로 시군구의 중죤, 서울-경기-인천의 대죤에서 발생하는 환승시간과 횟수를 도출한다. 2014년 일일 대중교통카드자료를 이용하여 전수화된 환승특성데이터를 구축하고 수도권 도시철도의 환승저항에 대한 통합적인 자료로서 활용가능성을 제시한다.

Even though, we have many Welfare Facilities, It is just for job training, education, accommodation, and medical welfare. The cultural Experience of handicapped people is important to restore for social activities. Also, The Museum for the blind can be an additional place for studying, and creating ART.<br/> It can make them more educate and rich in aspect of psychical boundary. Firstly, This thesis has the Goal for helping to access to get the Cultural Experience for the Blind, also, it can make us to get the more wide vision of thinking of Handicapped people.

AFC기반 수도권 지하철 네트워크 통행지표 정확도 향상 방안

수도권 지하철 AFC자료는 승객의 환승정보가 누락되어 있다. AFC자료는 통행수, 통행시간 및 통행거리의 통행지표를 TagIn 단말기ID를 기준으로 할당한다. 따라서 AFC자료는 승객의 실제 통행궤적을 반영하지 못하며, 이는 통행지표 추정의 오류로 작용되고 있다. 본 연구는 TagIn 및 TagOut 단말기ID를 연결하는 통행경로 파악을 통하여 통행지표를 산정하는 방법론을 제안한다. 이를 위해 승객은 차내시간, 환승보행시간, 배차간격을 고려한 최소통행시간경로를 통행한다고 가정한다. 이 방법은 승객이 이동한 통행궤적을 따라 환승을 반영하기 때문에 승객이 이동한 경로에 포함된 지하철 운영기관의 통행관련자료가 통행지표에 정확하게 반영된다. 제안된 방법론은 기존 AFC자료보다 1.47배가 증가한 통행을 산정하여 교통정책을 위한 지표산정방안으로 평가될 수 있음을 보여준다. Individual passenger transfer information is not included in Seoul metropolitan subway Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) data. Currently, basic data such as travel time and distance are allocated based on the TagIn terminal ID data records of AFC data. As such, knowledge of the actual path taken by passengers is constrained by the fact that transfers are not applied, resulting in overestimation of the transport index. This research proposes a method by which a transit path that connects the TagIn and TagOut terminal IDs in AFC data is determined and applied to the transit index. The method embodies the concept that a passenger’s line of travel also accounts for transfers, and can be applied to the transit index. The path selection model for the passenger calculates the line of transit based on travel time minimization, with in-vehicle time, transfer walking time, and vehicle intervals all incorporated into the travel time. Since the proposed method can take into account estimated passenger movement trajectories, transport-related data of each subway organization included in the trajectories can be accurately explained. The research results in a calculation of 1.47 times the values recorded, and this can be evaluated directly in its ability to better represent the transportation policy index.

본 연구는 대중교통카드자료를 이용해서 수도권 지역간 대중교통통행에서 승객들이 겪는 환승시간, 환승회수의 환승저항을 분석한다. 현재 교통카드자료는 버스와 철도를 이용하는 수단통행을5회까지 Trip Chain으로 기록하여 수단간 환승과 관련된 정보는 쉽게 파악된다. 그러나 수도권 교통카드는 도시철도의 통행에서 발생하는 환승역 정보를 포함하고 있지 않아Trip Chain에서 승객이 경험하는 환승저항이 저평가되는 문제가 존재한다. 따라서 철도통행을 승객행태를 반영하는 경로선택모형을 구축하여 환승시간과 환승회수를 반영하면 온전한 환승저항의 설명력을 갖게 된다. 연구방법으로서, 우선 수도권 대중교통환승에 대한 개념을 정립하여 도시철도가 포함되는 수단이 이용의 경우 교통카드자료의 환승저항 개념을 새롭게 정립한다. 또한 Trip Chain내에 철도의 경로선택모형을 구축하여 환승시간 및 회수를 대상으로 통행저항이 재평가 설정한다. 그리고 버스 및 도시철도 정류장 좌표를 행정동 단위의 소죤 및 시_ 군_ 구 단위의 중죤으로 일치시키기 위해서 빅노드를 운영하는 방법을 설정한다. 마지막으로 수도권의 지역간 통행에서 철도수단이 한번 포함된 통행사슬에 대한 사례연구를 통하여 결과의 타당성을 논의한다.

다문화가족 지원종사자의 문화감수성에 미치는 영향요인 연구

본 연구는 수퍼비전 요인과 개인적 특성 요인이 다문화가족 지원종사자들의 문화감수성에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 다문화가족 지원종사자의 문화감수성 증진을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하는 목적에서 실시되었다.이를 위해 전국의 다문화가족 지원종사자를 대상으로 우편조사와 직접 방문조사를 실시하였고,최종 211개의 설문지를 분석하였다.수퍼비전(하위영역:행정적,교육적,지지적 수퍼비전)과 개인적 특성이 다문화 가족 지원종사자의 문화감수성(하위영역:상호작용 신뢰,상호작용 참여,상호작용 경청,상호작용 향유,문화차이 존중)에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 수퍼비전 요인 중 교육적,지지적 수퍼비전 요인은 다문화가족 지원종사자의 문화역량에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.개인적 특성요인은 문화감수성의 하위요인에 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다.이러한 결과를 토대로 다문화가족 지원종사자의 문화감수성 증진을 위한 실천적 함의를 제시하였다. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the influences on cultural sensitivity of the multicultural family workers by supervision and personal characteristics. Also, the results of this paper are useful as basic data to promote the cultural sensitivity of multicultural family workers. 211 questionnaires, which were collected by multicultural family workers, were analyzed. The results are as followed. First, educational supervision and supportable supervision will affect on the cultural ability of multicultural family workers. Second, personal characteristics will also affect cultural sensitivity, such as interaction confidence, interaction engagement, interaction attentiveness, interaction enjoyment and respect for cultural differences as partially.
