        시공간 탐지 정확성을 고려한 다변량 누적합 관리도의 비교

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to compare two multivariate cumulative sum (MCUSUM) charts designed for spatio-temporal surveillance in terms of not only temporal detection performance but also spatial detection performance.Method: Experiments under various configurations are designed and performed to test two CUSUM charts,namely SMCUSUM and RMCUSUM. In addition to average run length(ARL), two measures of spatial identification accuracy are reported and compared.Results: The RMCUSUM chart provides higher level of spatial identification accuracy while two charts show comparable performance in terms of ARL.Conclusion: The RMCUSUM chart has more flexibility, robustness, and spatial identification accuracy when compared to those of the SMCUSUM chart. We recommend to use the RMCUSUM chart if control limit calibration is not an urgent task.

        응급의료센터를 위한 위험기반 운영계획 모델

        In order to deal with high uncertainty and variability in emergency medical centers, many researchers have developed various models for their operational planning and scheduling. However, most of the models just provide static plans without any risk measures as their results, and thus the users often lose the opportunity to analyze how much risk the patients have, whether the plan is still implementable or how the plan should be changed when an unexpected event happens. In this study, we construct a simulation model combined with a risk-based planning and scheduling module designed by Simio LLC. In addition to static schedules, it provides possibility of treatment delay for each patient as a risk measure, and updates the schedule to avoid the risk when it is needed. By using the simulation model, the users can experiment various scenarios in operations quickly, and also can make a decision not based on their past experience or intuition but based on scientific estimation of risks even in urgent situations. An example of such an operational decision making process is demonstrated for a real mid-size emergency medical center located in Seoul, Republic of Korea. The model is designed for temporal short-term planning especially, but it can be expanded for long-term planning also with some appropriate adjustments.

        전염성 질병 전파 시뮬레이션 모형의 이해

        With the emerging threats of severe and frequent pandemic diseases, simulation models have been selected by many researchers as efficient tools to estimate and evaluate the epidemiological, economical, and social effects of infectious diseases. We review such simulation models to provide a simple guidance to practitioners who want to understand disease spread simulations and build their own simulation models. Based on more than 80 studies conducted in recent 20 years, fundamental components of simulation models, such as model structure, input/output data, and interventions, are considered and discussed in this paper.

        설명담화 유형에 따른 초등학교 3-4학년 언어학습장애아동의 말하기 특성

        배경 및 목적: 본 연구는 초등학교 3-4학년 언어학습장애아동을 대상으로 설명담화의 유형에 따른 말하기 능력을 살펴보고자 하였다. 방법: 연구 대상은 초등학교 3-4학년에 재학 중인 언어학습장애 아동과 정상 아동 각각 14명씩, 총 28명이였다. 설명담화는 기술구조 유형과 문제/해결 유형 두 가지 과제로 제시하여 말하기 자료를 수집하였으며, 수집된 발화는 총 C-unit 수, 다른 낱말 수(NDW), 평균 낱말 길이(MLC-w), mazes로 분석하였다. 결과: 첫째, 설명담화를 산출하는 능력에서 언어학습장애아동과 일반아동은 MLC-w에서 집단 간 유의미한 차이가 나타나 언어학습장애아동이 일반아동보다 더 낮은 수행력을 보였다. 하지만 총 C-unit 수, NDW, mazes 비율에서는 집단 간 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 설명담화를 기술구조, 문제/해결 유형으로 나누어서 유형에 따라 설명담화 산출 능력을 살펴본 결과, 총 C-unit 수, NDW, MLC-w에서 각각 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 논의 및 결론: 본 연구에서 언어학습장애아동은 설명담화를 산출할 때 복잡한 구문을 사용하여 문장을 구성하는 능력이 일반아동과 차이를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 설명담화 유형에 따라서도 언어를 산출하는 능력에 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과는 언어학습장애아동의 말하기 평가를 위해서는 설명담화의 유형을 고려한 말하기 능력을 파악하는 것이 중요함을 시사한다. Objectives: In the school-age, it is very important to acquire the expository discourse that delivers it after restructuring various information as well as the conversation or narratives. The purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics of spoken language ability by examining expository discourse in children with learning disabilities. Methods: The participants of this study were 14 students with language learning disability (LLD) in elementary school (3-4th grade) and 14 grades matched normal children. The language samples were collected through descriptive and problem-solving tasks, and analyzed for total C-unit, number of different words, mean length of C-unit in words and maze rate. Results: There were significant differences between the students with LLD and normal children in mean length of T-units in words (MLC-w). The students with LLD had lower performance than normal children. There were also significant differences in the total C-unit number, number of different word (NDW) and mean length of C-units in words (MLC-w). Conclusion: The results showed that the grammatical complexity of expository discourse can be mapped to a rating scale to evaluate children with LLD. Also, it is necessary to identify the speaking ability of children with LLD through various types of expository discourse.

        치과위생사들의 직무스트레스가 이직의도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 치과위생사들의 직무스트레스와 이직의도와의 상관관계와 직무스트레스 수준을 평가하고자, 2014년 6월부터 12월까지 광주광역시에 소재한 치과의료기관에 근무하는 치과위생사들을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료의 데이터 분석은 SPSS (win ver 21.0) 프로그램을 이용한 t-test, ANOVA 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과에 의하면 만 20~29세, 미혼, 전문대졸의 치과위생사가 일반적 특성에 따른 직무스트레스가 높은 것으로 조사되었다. 직무관련 특성에서 직무스트레스는 짧은 근무년수, 이직경력 및 이직계획 의도와 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이직의도에는 직무스트레스가 양의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 다중회귀분석의 결과 치과위생사들의 이직의도에는 보수, 승진영역 스트레스가(β=0.237, p<0.01) 가장 큰 영향을 미쳤으며, 다음으로 직장영역 스트레스(β=0.234, p<0.01)가 영향을 미쳤다. 치과위생사의 이직의도에는 보수, 승진영역 스트레스가 가장 큰 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 정당한 보상체계의 마련과 근무환경의 개선으로 치과위생사의 이직의도를 감소시킬 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. This study was purposed to evaluate the level of job stress and relationship between job stress and turnover potential factors in dental hygienist. Self-administered questionnaire was filled out by 169 dental hygienists of the dental offices in Gwangju city from June 1 to December 31, 2014. Data analysis was performed with t-test, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis using SPSS(win ver 21.0) program. In results of general properties, Job stress was surveyed that 20∼29 years of age, single and college graduate of dental hygienist had more stress about general characteristics. In the job-related characteristics, short working years, experience of turnover and intention of turnover plan were significantly related. For correlation between job stress and turnover intention, sub-scales for job stress and turnover intention’s factor has the positive correlation. As a result of multiple regression analysis, the turnover intention is most affected by pay, promotion area stress(β=0.237, p<0.01), following the work place stress(β=0.234, p<0.01). Turnover intentions of dental hygienist is related to job stress about pay and promotion areas. Therefore, the improvement of legitimate compensation system and working environment can reduce turnover intentions of dental hygienist.

        치과위생사들의 직무만족도가 이직의도에 미치는 영향

        Objectives: The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of job satisfaction on turnover intention in dental hygienists. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by 169 dental hygienists in Gwangju from June 1 to December 31, 2014. Data analysis was performed with t-test, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis using SPSS WIN version 21.0 program. Results: By Likert 5 points scale, mean of job satisfaction was 3.08±0.35 points, mean of personal relationship was 3.35±0.55 points, and monthly compensation and promotion were 2.91±0.63 points and mean of autonomy was 2.79±0.70 points. Job satisfaction was the highest in those who were married and over 30 years old. Job satisfaction was highest in those who worked in the general hospitals and had longer career as a dental hygienist. Mean of the turnover intention was 3.31±0.81 points. The factors of job satisfaction and turnover intention had the inverse correlation. The influencing factor of turnover intention(в=-0.327) were monthly compensation, promotion, job satisfaction(в=-0.301), and satisfaction for the location of the job(в=-0.157). Conclusions: Turnover intention of dental hygienists is closely related to economic compensation, promotion, working department, and location of the job.
