        Evaluation of the microbiological quality of jacopevers and plaices in Korea, 2015-2016

        In Southeast Asian countries, including Korea, China, and Japan, the considerable amounts of raw fish have been annually consumed in the manner of live fish fillets without minimally thermal processing, increasing the risks of causing food-borne diseases. This study investigated the occurrence of total aerobic bacteria (TAB), coliform, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Salmonella enterica serovar spp., Listeria monocytogenes, and Staphylococcus aureus in jacopevers and plaices. Total 200 live fishes were collected from randomly selected restaurants located in Anseong-si, and then they were microbiologically monitored. TAB ranged from 3.09 to 3.21 Log10 CFU/g in jacopever and plaice. Coliform in the levels of 1.54 Log10 CFU/g were detected in samples. Out of 100 jacopevers, a single jacopever (1%) exhibited the prevalence of S. aureus in the edible part, though none of pathogenic bacteria were detected. These results will be useful for understanding the microbial prevalence in the domestic living jacopevers and plaices.

        음향시뮬레이션을 이용한 대형 실내체육관의 건축음향성능 개선에 관한 연구

        In this study, an analysis is carried out on the acoustic design for an indoor gymnasium scheduled to be built at Buan County, Chonbuk Province. By way of background, the study examines the case of a large-scale indoor gymnasium that has been constructed in the local area of Hangan-myeon. There are many examples whereby this gymnasium could be used not only as a sporting facility for the residents, but also as a multipurpose space for public performances such as leisure activities, lectures, assembling activities, theatre and concerts etc. In order to maximize the functional utilization of such an indoor gymnasium, it is important to simultaneously verify the acoustic capabilities of the space in terms of Definition of both Voice and Music. However, as a large-scaled athletic facility, the building was designed with a high ceiling-height to accommodate its functional characteristics. The space forms a Sound Focus whereby the sound is concentrated at a specific part, and because the vibration of sound is too loud due to its broad volume, acoustic defects arise such as a significant number of Echoes. Using this gymnasium as a precedent, this study proposes an acoustic design based on the drawings of the indoor gymnasium that is scheduled to be built at B County, Chonbuk Province. The gymnasium is equipped with an optimized acoustic condition passing through the Acoustic Simulation Phase. From the results of an Acoustic Simulation, we can design an indoor gymnasium that is equipped with a considerably satisfying and improved acoustic performance compared with the building before it was reformed. It is also considered that the use of such materials can fundamentally reduce construction costs and can improve acoustic performance, at the planning and design stages for similar sporting facilities in the future.

        무인비행체 블레이드 형상 변화에 따른 단일로터의 제자리 비행 추력성능 분석

        무인비행체는 소형화, 경량화가 중요하기 때문에 동력장치에 한계가 있다. 공력성능을 향상을 위해 항공기의 크기나 무게에 영향을 주지 않는 블레이드의 형상의 변화를 주는 것이 가장 효율적이다. 본 연구에서는 제자리 비행을 하는 멀티로터 무인비행체에 있어 단일 로터 블레이드의 테이퍼 비율, 비틀림 각도 등에 따른 추력성능의 변화를 전산유동해석 시뮬레이션을 통해 수행하였다. 전산유동해석 코드인 ADINA-CFD 를 통해 얻은 수치 결과를 깃 요소 이론(blade element theory, BET)과 비교하였으며, 블레이드의 형상 변화가 추력성능에 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) should be designed to be as small and lightweight as possible to optimize the efficiency of changing the blade shape to enhance the aerodynamic performance, such as the thrust and power. In this study, a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation of an unmanned multi-rotor aerial vehicle in hover mode was performed to explore the thrust performance in terms of the blade rotational speed and blade shape parameters (i.e., taper ratio and twist angle). The commercial ADINA-CFD program was used to generate the CFD data, and the results were compared with those obtained from blade element theory (BET). The results showed that changes in the blade shape clearly affect the aerodynamic thrust of a UAV rotor blade.

        가청화를 이용한 고소음 작업장의 흡음대책 평가

        In case of the working machine that using in the loud-noisy workplace, as it generates the loud-noise, it is influencing a physical, mental bad effect to those workers. Accordingly, though the noise countermeasure for the loud-noisy workplace is acutely requiring, until now, those methods that wearing the soundproof-protection tool, or restriction the working hours, and minimize the noise exposure volume, were mainly used. However, such noise countermeasures occur many problem points. On such point of view, using the acoustic simulation technique, let the workers to choose the workplace where suffering many damages due to the noise of working machine, and after grasp the physical property of working machine and indoor acoustic characteristic, this Study has attempted to grasp the reduction degree of noise level at before-improvement?after-improvement, through the sound-absorption measure. Passing through such preceding step, using auralizational technique based on the noise of working machine of before-improvement after-improvement, and by conduct psycho-acoustics evaluation, this study intended to investigate the change degree of subject reaction. As the result of evaluation, it is considering that the noise-reduction countermeasure method for the loud-noisy workplace could be much effective, through the sound-absorption measure.

        가청화를 이용한 돔형 체조연습장의 음향 성능평가에 관한 연구

        In case of indoor gymnastics training floor, in view of its characteristics, since it is simultaneously required the related smooth communication between the coach and the player, also the acoustic performance regarding to the clearness of music, besides the sport activity, the consideration about the acoustic character has entered the stage as an indispensable element. On such viewpoint, recently constructed dome-typed gymnastic training floor was optimized acoustic design with remodeling through acoustic simulation test. And acoustic satisfaction degree and reaction was attempted to investigate about the gymnastics training floor estimating value of human's psychological(sensual) degree using auralization that enables to experience the virtual sound field at the stage of design. As the result of investigation about the research on the space of object, it could be known that the valuation regarding to the acoustic performance of 'after-improvement' was distinctly more refined than that of 'before-improvement'. It is now considering that such result of the study can be utilized as the useful data which enables to improve the retrenchment effect of the construction cost as well as the acoustic capability, by means of the prediction control on the acoustic problem from the stage of design, for the occasion when the similar indoor sport gymnasium is planning to build for the near future.

      • 댐 수차 발전기의 소음ㆍ진동 특성에 관한 연구

        In case of domestic situation, as the beginning from Sumjin River Dam, total 14 units of multipurpose dams had been constructed in 1965 for the roles of flood controlㆍwaterpower generationㆍirrigationㆍwater supplyㆍindustrial water supply. In case of such multipurpose dam, it produces electric energy by converting the potential energy utilizing the head and quantity of water to kinetic energy. However, on such process, since during the time when the turbine connected to the Vibration turbine dynamo revolves and occurs a loud noise accompanied an oscillation, it brings the physical, mental bad influences to those people and a decline of an effective working efficiency, it is actual state that its reduction countermeasure is urgently required. On such point of view, this Study has measured? analyzed the noise generated at the Vibration turbine dynamo in Daechung Dam and the characteristics of oscillation. It is considering that such data could be utilized as the valuable material in the future for preparation of an efficient reduction countermeasure against the noise and oscillation made at the Vibration turbine dynamo.

        고소음 작업장 기계소음 평가를 위한 어휘의 유형화

        1960년대 산업화 이후 기계화가 가속되어 산업발달에 많은 기여를 하였으나 고소음 작업장에서 발생하는 소음피해에 대한 대책은 거의 없는 실정이다. 특히 공장 및 작업장에서 발생하는 기계소음은 반복적으로 되풀이되어 충격적이며, 강한 소음으로 대부분의 현장 작업자들은 높은 불쾌감과 청력장애의 위험을 부담하고 있다. 이러한 관점에서 이 연구는 고소음 작업장에서 발생하는 작업기계 소음을 평가하기 위한 적정 평가어휘를 추출하고자 했으며, 이렇게 추출된 어휘는 작업 기계소음을 평가하기위한 음향심리 실험 및 기계소음 규제기준 설정을 위한 유용한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. After the Industrialization of 1960s, while it has greatly contributed to the industrial development owing to acceleration of mechanization, but it is real situation that the countermeasure to noise damage generating at the loud noise workshop is scarcely made. Especially, the machine noise made at factory and workplace is so shocking and repeatedly reiterating terrible noise that most of the spot workers are forcedly imposing such dangers as the severe unpleasant feeling and hearing impairments. On such point of view, this research has attempted to extract the proper rating vocabulary in order for evaluation on machine noise made at the high noisy workshop, therefore it is considering that those extracted vocabularies could be utilized as the useful psycho-acoustic experiment for evaluation on machine noise, also for establishment of regulation standard in domestic high noisy workshop.

      • 댐 수차 발전기 소음의 평가에 관한 연구

        Owing to recent qualitative improvement of life, the seriousness of noise pollution is on enlarging as wide as occupies most parts of the environmental civil complaint. Especially, the loud noise generated at the hydraulic turbine dynamo appears complex form as air-borne sound and structure-borne sound, and since it travels the office and various spaces situated within the area of the power station, brings the physical, mental bad influences to those people and a decline of an effective working efficiency, and practically its reduction countermeasure is urgently required. On such viewpoint, this Study has evaluated on the dynamo noise that measured in Daechung Dam Power Plant, using various valuation indexes. It considers that such data could be utilized as the useful material in the future for establishment of an efficient noise-reduction measure and a pleasant working environment in the hydraulic turbine dynamo plant.
