스마트IT기기를 활용한 농가일원화시스템 설계 및 적용 -농가 일원화 시스템 설계-

본 연구에서는 안동지역 특용작물 재배농가의 요구를 반영하여 사용자 편이성이 강화된 정보화의 방안으로 스마트폰을 활용한 정보화시스템 구축을 다음과 같이 검토하였다. 본 연구의 방법은 연구의 대상인 안동지방 특용작물재배농가에 대한 정보화요구 자료수집과 분석, 실제 사용자인 특용작물 생산농가의 의견수렴을 거쳐 DB의 구축, 프로그램레이 아웃을 거쳐 농업경영장부와 영농일지가 반영된 일원화시스템구축을 하였으며, 산출물은 농민들의 시연을 거쳐 보완하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 스마트폰을 기반으로 한 판매관리시스템은 정보화에 익숙하지 않은 농민들도 쉽게 사용할 수 있어 농가경영개선에 도움을 줄 수 있었다. 2. 스마트폰연계 영농시스템은 컴퓨터와 연동하여 웹기반 영농일지 및 영농관리에 활용할 수 있었다. 3. 소비자 입장에서는 친환경농산물 생산에 필요한 생산이력관리를 제공할 수 있었다. 향후 농업인구 감소와 급속한 고령화의 진행은 농업산업의 변화를 요구하고 있으며 본 연구가 스마트시대로의 변화 속에 농촌정보화의 한 축을 담당할 수 있을 것이다. This paper designed a highly reliable high-precision agriculture management integrated system using smart IT devices(Android) and PC. Smart farming daily and the mobile farming daily have been developed in recent years but still the majority of managers may be written by hand. However, the hand-written farming daily, there is no way that you can manage the data directly. In addition, the problem is that there is no way to determine if users are not wrong to write. It is possible to write an agricultural management ledger and a lot number farming daily a centralized monitoring system of agricultural business management database easily by taking advantage of this system. The system of this paper is a real-time farming business model that can be used for production and sales forecasting data. This system is a centralized system to support for the statistics, customer, product, order, and settlement that not constrained by time and place.

안동지방 특용작물재배농가의 정보화 실태와 시스템요구 분석

농촌정보화는 산업의 생산성 증대와 경쟁력강화와 생산 및 유통의 효율화, 자원관리의 고도화 등을 통해 농촌경제를 활성화할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 예비조사와 설문지에 의한 실증조사 연구와 문헌연구 등을 수행하였으며, 안동시 특용작물농가 140명의 유효설문지를 통계처리하여 그 결과를 해석하고 시사점을 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 응답농가의 컴퓨터 보유농가는 85.7%였으나 노년층인 60세 이상의 경우 미보유농가가 19.0%로 나타났다. 2. 영농이나 농작물 판매 시 컴퓨터 사용 여부 응답 분포는 성별(χ2=4.667, p<.05), 연령 차이(χ2=10.576, p<.05)에 의해컴퓨터 사용 여부가 차이가 있음이 95% 신뢰 수준에서 통계적으로 유의하였다. 3. 정보화를 한다면 최우선필요 분야는 판매분야가 74.3%로 나타났다. 특히 판매분야 중에서도 시스템구축 61.4%, 소비자정보공유 18.6%로 중요하게 생각하고 있었다. 4. 교육시간은 4시간 이하(65.7%)를 가장 선호하였다. 이상의 연구결과에서 안동지방 특용작물 재배농가는 농촌정보화 시스템 구축을 농산물 판매에 중점을 두고 간단하게 배울 수 있는 시스템을 선호하였다. 따라서 컴퓨터보유여부와 관계없이 누구나 소지하고 있는 스마트폰을 이용한 판매시스템이 이러한 농민들의 요구를 만족하는 대안이 될 것으로 판단된다. This study were carried out the requirement analysis of intelligence and information on the industrial crops farmers at An-Dong region. Also we will be designed smart IT devices(Android) and take advantage of the personal PC with unified system for farmhouse that holds farmers to contribute to the improved management for farmhouse. It was configured the questionnaire through preliminary surveys and previous studies and analyzed the responses of a total of 140 farms with a visit interview method. Farmers`` response are mostly positive in the need for computerization and ICT training at the same time they preferred that training time is as short as possible and the enhanced computer program training that they want. Depending on the age group, it showed difference in the effectiveness of computer training, necessary degree of computerization, and sales agricultural products in whether the help or not in agricultural tourism. Therefore, to develop farmhouse management result in An-Dong City Special Corps Farmers, using the Smart unit in order to facilitate is a way to access the DB in conjunction with a computer, while enhancing the ease of user management with an emphasis on farming and sales that it would be able to contribute to substantial improvements increase the income of farmer par-ticipation.
