This study conducted an experiment to verify the flexural reinforcement effect based on the state of damage by reinforcing damaged reinforced concrete slabs with hybrid mortar, in order to ascertain the effect of reinforcement construction methods verified to improve the strength of the structure and noise between floors on actual buildings. The method of experiment was conducted based on the “2017 Safety Inspection and Precise Safety Diagnosis Guidelines” of the Korea Infrastructure Safety and Technology Corporation, and the damage on the actual specimen was determination based on the displacement value occurring on the specimen.

This study proposes a construction method reinforcing with hybrid mortar using Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate Copolymer (EVA) used as an environmentally friendly noise reduction material in Korea and other countries, POSS nano complex (Polyhedral OligomericSilses-quioxaneS) and wire mesh. The final form of destruction, performance against force, strength, malleability were evaluated based on the flexural compression, a calculation equation of the slab reinforced with wire mesh and composite mortar was analyzed by comparing the values of the experiment and the values of the calculation equation proposed by existing theses.

This study conducted a bending strength experiment between re-bar and new hybrid concrete mixing POSS (Polyhedral Oligomeric Silses-quioxanes) nano complex on the inside of concrete, and by assembling the inside of each concrete with 3 and 4 main re-bars as an experiment to supplement various problems that occur by the expression of this strength and the distribution of the reinforcement. The number of the main re-bars. and the direction of laying the concrete were applied as the principal variables of the experiment. The experiment results displayed that the hybrid concrete had uniform performance based on the rapid reaction speed of POSS nano complex.
집성재에 표면 매립된 주근과 집성재간의 부착강도에 관한 연구

A structural timber receives a lot of attention because the demand for green timber houses are growing in Korea. However, the structural timber completely depends on foreign trades and it would be a big disadvantage although it is an outstanding material for construction in that it has good ductility and excellent fire resistance. This study propose Near surface mounted Re-bar into the glued laminated timber for reducing consumption of timbers. Even though the laminated timber is able to conserve wood resources as remnants will be recycled using lamination process after woodworking, there is a difficulty to investigate mechanical properties. This study indicates about bond properties between re-bar and the laminated timber in order to verify basic performance for uniform stiffness by embedding re-bar into renewable collection trees. In addition, 12 models were manufactured to figure out bond strengths between re-bar and the laminated timber affected by failure mode, shape of gutters, bond lengths and diameter of re-bar and then, compared with existing proposed equations. As a result of the study, the bond strength of the serrated model increased by 59 ∼ 62 %. From this result, The process that is embedded with serrated shape in re-bar improve the ability of bond strength between laminated timber and adhesive Also, re-bar strain was getting higher when bond strength became higher so the adhesive used near surface mounted might have a strong influence on the experiment.
압축철근에 따른 순환 R/C보의 장기처짐에 관한 실험적 연구

The aim of this study is to evaluate the instant and long-term deflection of reinforced concrete beam made of recycled coarse aggregate. Test specimens are designed to have various compression steel ratio. The uniform load is applied to the specimen according to the ACI’ loading criteria to avoid the arching action. Test results were compared with the predicted deflection by ACI code, Branson's formula and Mayer’s. As a result, it was found that the predicted result by ACI and Mayer’s formula are similar to test value in both immediate elastic deflection and long-term deflection. The deflection of test specimen decreased when the compression steel ratio increased.

In this paper, long term deflection of RC beam with variable replacement ratio of recycled aggregate[RA] is investigated. 6 RC beam specimens are designed using concrete made of coarse aggregate[CA] of 25㎜ size, mix strength of 21㎫, slump of 120㎜ and air content of 5.0±1.5%. A few concrete blocks are made and used for long term loading. The loading and deflection instrumentation are conducted following the process codified in ACI 318-05 code. Test result shows that the deflection of specimens with RA replacement ratio 10%, 20% is low compared with normal specimen with natural CA but the specimen with RA replacement ratio 30%, 40%, 50% is higher than the normal specimen.
