Almost counrties are focusing energy reduction these days. Most energy consumption in buildings is used from HVAC system. In buildings, there"re many ways to reduce energy consumption. In this study, it is stated about minimum airflow of VAV terminal boxes and importance of energy saving in the existing building through reset of minimum airflow of terminal boxes. In this paper, after checking the present operation condition of terminal boxes in the existing office building, Energy simulation is performed through reset of the minimum airflow of terminal boxes.

The supply rate of renewable energy has been increasing under the influence of an energy scarcity. Government has supported the use of renewable energy by government subsidies. The operation of renewable has not been appropriate, although increasing the use of renewable energy. In this study, we found the problem of the operation of renewable energy and offered some improvements. After that, we performed offered improvements through energy simulation. The result of this study is that existing operation method had some problems and if offered improvement is applied to real condition, energy reduction may be possible.

Energy saving is an issue all over the world. The worlds are focusing on renewable energy, however it is not interested in building efficiency. Generally, renewable energy is expensive without high efficiency. To reduce energy consumption, investment for existing building is more important than buildings to be. So, this paper states importance of energy savings and possibility in the existing building through reset of minimum airflow of terminal boxes. In this paper, after checking the present condition of operation of terminal boxes in the existing office building, energy simulation is performed through reset of the minimum airflow of terminal boxes.
Dual Maximum Control Logic이 적용된 VAV 터미널 박스의 에너지 성능 및 실내 열환경 분석

AV terminal box control logic has two types. One is the single maximum, another is the dual maximum control logic. Dual maximum control logic is more efficiency way to reduce the energy consumption. It has a minimum airflow set point and a heating maximum set point. It allows the minimum airflow set point to be much lower than single maximum control logic. The minimum airflow of VAV terminal boxes is a key factor for comfort, indoor air quality(IAQ) and energy cost. If the minimum airflow is not resonable, it would waste energy and make IAQ problems. A building simulation was conducted to evaluate the energy consumption and the IAQ according to the control logic of the VAV terminal boxes. In the simulation, it was found that the 6.6% energy savings when applying the dual maximum control logic.
공공건축물의 신재생에너지 적용분석 및 건물에너지 분담률 분석

Recently the renewable energy has been used widely and the importance of renewable sources is bigger than before. So the government enforced a law to the public buildings to install the renewable energy facilities. The capacity of facilities is 5% of total construction cost until April 13, 2011. Since then, the government changed the law from 5% of total construction cost to10% of predicted energy usage because of the practical use of the renewable energy facilities. So, in this study, the comparative analysis is conducted according to the law to the building installed PV system through the EnergyPlus simulation.

Renewable Energy usage is increasing all over the world because of energy scarcity. Some kinds of renewable energy are supported by government to increase the usage of renewable. Also Renewable energy has been actively developed. GSHP(Ground Source Heat Pump) is widely used in the construction field. But Actually a lot of complaints from usershave been increased because of efficiency and reliability. Therefore, this study was identified GSHP efficiency and showed expected COP. Also This study presented improvement to increase efficiency. The results of this study are as follows. (1) This study can be identified Similarity of BEMS data and Measured data. (2) GSHP of group 1 was designed largely. (3) This study calculated the COP. (4) This study presented improvement of GSHP operation.
대학 건물에 적용한 열 차단 필름이 냉방부하에 미치는 영향 평가

Recently the world is trying to reduce carbon emissions for global warming. Reducing use of fossil fuels can decrease carbon emission. In this reason the construction field has tried to reduce the use of fossil fuels relating to heating and cooling of buildings. An energy loss through the window system is about 10 to 30 percent of energy consumption of the whole building. The use 이 window film insulation is increasing to control the heat loss at the windows. The window film insulation absorbs solar radiation and makes the surface temperature 이 windows high. In this study, window surface temperature is measured, and an impact on indoor air is identified after attaching window film insulation. Finally, we found that cooling load decreases through simulation.
