In this paper, we developed world’s third Remote Methane Leak Detectors(RMLD) and achieved performance tests to compare our and overseas products. Our developed RMLD showed a gaseous detecting efficiency equivalent to imported brands through concentration measuring tests. Performance tests of RMLDs are conducted by using standard Methane with three different concentrations at a distance of six types from one reference point. Our product could raise risk prevention and efficiency of gas safe management as an alternative source of imported products.
방폭형 적외선 가연성가스 누출검지기 개발 및 정확도 향상 연구

본 논문에서는 적외선센서를 이용하여 방폭형 휴대용 가연성가스 누출검지기를 개발하고 아울러 가스의 농도를 측정하는 정확도를 향상시키는 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 국내최초로 내압 및 본질안전방폭규격(Ex d ib) 적용하여 적외선 가스누출검지기는 개발하였으며, 선형회귀 방정식과 2차 라그랑지(Lagrange) 보간 다항식(interpolation polynomial)을 사용하여 측정정확도를 개선하였다. 아울러 본 연구에서는 현장검사원들의 요구사항을 조사하여 현장에 부합하도록 성능을 향상시키고, 편의기능을 추가하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 가스누출검지기와 타사의 검지기를 비교하기 위하여 한국가스안전공사에서 제조한 표준가스 8종을 가지고 측정시험을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 가스누출검지기의 검지 정확도가 우수함을 실험결과를 통하여 증명하였다. In this paper, we developed an explosion proof type and portable combustible gas leak detector and proposed an algorithm to improve the accuracy for measuring gaseous concentrations. The nations first we developed an infrared gas leak detector with explosion proof standard(Ex d ib) and improved measuring accuracy by using linearization recursion equation and 2nd Lagrange interpolation polynomial. Together, we advanced their performances and added their easy functions after investigating field demands. To compare our and other companys detectors, we performed measurement tests with eight standard gases made by Korea Gas Safety Corporation. We demonstrated the excellence of our instruments in measuring accuracy other than detecters through experimental results.

상온 수압반복시험 시 Type 3 복합재용기 내 공기층의 온도변화

This research aims to increase the reliability and reproducibility of the ambient cycling test by properly making corrections to the test procedure. The vessel (106 L) is initially filled with 70 L of water and horizontally placed on a balance. The pressure range inside the vessel varies from 2.5 to 25.9 MPa at the frequency of 6 cycles per minute. After reviewing the results, there was a temperature difference of approximately 10 °C between the air pocket and the water, and the upper part of the liner faced a repeated temperature change of 40 °C. It is possible for the aluminum liner of the composite vessel to be damaged by such a sharp change in temperature. Additionally, as a result, no pass having anything to do with the purpose of the test would occur. Therefore, it is suggested that the air pocket be completely removed.
