P-기법을 이용한 터보분자펌프 로터의 구조해석 및 형상최적설계

터보분자펌프는 회전하는 로터 블레이드의 고속회전을 통해 진공을 생성하는 고진공, 고청정 펌프로 로터의 고속회전에 따른 구조적 안전성이 우선 평가되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 터보분자펌프의 배기성능 및 구조적 안전성에 영향을 미치는 인자 중에서 블레이드 각도, 길이, 블레이드가 시작되는 부분의 라운드 크기, 회전속도를 선정하여 그들의 변화에 대한 변위 및 응력 응답을 관찰하는 민감도 평가 및 최적설계를 수행하였다. 일반적인 유한요소해석기법인 H-기법이 아닌 형상요소해석기법인 P-기법을 사용함으로써 복잡한 형상의 유한요소생성 모델링 시간을 단축시켜 해석의 효율성을 높일 수 있었다. In recent times, turbomolecular pumps (TMPs) have been used frequently to generate and maintain high and clean vacuum. Because of the high-speed rotation of the rotor, its structural safety should be treated as the first design concern. This paper presents the structural analysis and optimization of rotor blades of a TMP. To increase the numerical efficiency in the finite element modeling and analysis, the P-method provided in Pro/ENGINEER was used for simulation. The structural responses for several types of rotor blades were investigated, and the effects of the blade angle, blade length, and round size are thoroughly studied for each type of TMP blade. In addition, structural optimization to reduce and even the maximum stress at each stage of the TMP by changing the size of rounds between the blade and the hub was performed very successfully by using the P-method.

본 논문에서는 대표적 투영기반 모델차수축소법인 크리로프 부공간 모델차수축소법(KSM)과 모드중첩법(MTM)을 고려하여 주파수응답해석에 대한 수치적 정확도와 효율성을 비교하였다. 두 모델차수축소법의 수치 정확도 비교를 위하여 주파수응답해석 결과, 축소차수 및 관심주파수에 따른 상대오차를 고려하였으며 이후에 오차수렴지표를 통한 자동적인 축소차수의 결정이 가능 여부를 확인하였다. 효율성 비교를 위해서는 각 축소모델의 주파수응답 해석시간 및 축소차수에 따른 변환행렬 생성시간을 비교하였다. 자동차 현가장치에 대한 유한요소모델을 적용예제로 선정하여 수치 비교를 수행하였다. This paper provides a comparison between the Krylov subspace method (KSM) and modal truncation method (MTM), which are typical projection-based model order reduction methods. The frequency responses are compared to determine the numerical accuracies and efficiencies. In order to compare the numerical accuracies of the KSM and MTM, the frequency responses and relative errors according to the order of the reduced model and frequency of interest are studied. Subsequently, a numerical examination shows whether a reduced order can be determined automatically with the help of an error convergence indicator. As for the numerical efficiency, the computation time needed to generate the projection matrix and the solution time to perform a frequency response analysis are compared according to the reduced order. A finite element model for a car suspension is considered as an application example of the numerical comparison.

1960년대 한국 희곡문학에 나타난 `서술자`의 양상과 의미

1960년대 희곡문학은 기존의 사실주의 문학 중심에서 벗어나 새로운 극작술과 형식적 실험을 모색했던 시기였다. 이러한 분위기 하에 두드러지는 형식적 시도 중 하나가 `서술자`의 등장이었다. 서술자의 등장은 한국희곡문학사에서 최초의 서사극 실험으로 평가되는 이근삼의 〈원고지〉 이후 김자림, 박현숙, 신명순, 하유상 등 다양한 작가의 작품에서 등장하기 시작한다. 그러나 이러한 서술자의 등장이 모두 서사극적 효과를 위한 것은 아니었다. 이들이 구현한 서술자는 그 효과에 따라 두 가지 양상으로 나타났는데, 하나는 관객이 극에 잘 몰입할 수 있도록 도와주는 `매개자로서의 서술자`였고 다른 하나는 관객이 극과 거리감을 가질 수 있도록 극적환상을 깨트리는 `서사적 서술자`였다. 먼저 1960년대 희곡에서 등장한 `매개자로서의 서술자`는 서술자가 극중인물 중 주인공으로 등장하는지 혹은 주변인물로 등장하는지에 따라 그 양상이 다르게 나타났다. 박현숙의 〈땅 위에 서다〉와 이근삼의 〈인생개정안 부결〉 <국물 있사옵니다〉, 〈실과 바늘의 악장〉에 등장하는 서술자는 주인공을 맡아 관객을 주인공의 정서에 쉽게 밀착시키며, 그들의 의도를 우회적으로 전달했다. 이에 반해 김자림의 〈신들의 결혼〉 〈동거인〉, 이근삼의 〈욕망〉, 신명순의 〈증인〉, 하유상의 〈영육의 지각 위에〉에서 주변인물로 등장하는 서술자는 관객에게 객관적·관찰자적 시선을 제공해주기도, 또는 작가의 의도를 대사를 통해 직접적으로 발화하기도 하였다. 결과적으로 `매개자로서의 서술자`의 등장은 관객이 작가의 의도를 따라 극을 이해하고 주제를 파악하게끔 유도한다는 것을 의미했다. 한편 `서사적 서술자`는 이근삼의 〈원고지〉 〈대왕은 죽기를 거부한다〉 〈데모스테스의 재판〉 〈동쪽을 갈망하는 족속들〉에서 나타난다. 이때 등장하는 서사적 서술자들은 여러 명이 동시에 등장하며 인물 개인에 대해 주목하지 않는다. 따라서 극중인물과 거리를 둔 관객들은 극에 몰입하는 것이 아니라 연극을 인식하게 된다. 본 연구는 1960년대 한국 희곡문학에 나타난 `서술자`의 양상과 의미를 살핀다. 1960년대 희곡에서 두드러지게 나타나는 서술자의 등장을 서사극적 실험으로 살핀 기존의 연구를 비판적으로 고찰하면서, 당시 작품의 서술자가 서사극적 효과만을 지닌 것이 아닌, 오히려 관객과 극을 매개함으로써 관객이 극에 더 잘 몰입하거나 극에 대한 이해를 돕도록 하는 역할을 했음을 논증할 것이다. 이를 통해 한국 희곡문학에 등장하는 서술자의 양상과 문학사적 의미를 재검토 하고자 한다. This paper is an attempt to examine the aspect and meaning of `narrator` in Korean dramatic literature in the 1960s. In the 1960s, the formal attempt that was common in dramatic literature was the emergence of `narrator`. In addition to Lee Geun-sam, who introduced the `epic theater` to Korea, Kim Ja-rim, Park Hyun-sook, Shin Myung-sun and Ha Yu-sang introduced the narrator in their works. It was also part of the common formal experiment that was required for dramatic literature since the 1950s. The narrators were divided into two aspects according to their effects. One was `narrator as a mediator` to help the audience immerse well in the drama and the other was an `epic narrator` that breaks the `theatrical illusion` to make audience have a sense of distance from the drama. First, the `narrator as a mediator` appeared in the 1960s, depending on whether the narrator appears as a protagonist or as a surrounding figure. The narrator of Park Hyun-sook and Lee Geun-sam`s works captured the audience and made the audience feel at ease with the main character`s emotions. Through this, the authors stated their intentions to the audience in a roundabout way. On the other hand, the narrator who played the role of the surrounding person in the works of Kim Ja-rim, Shin Myung-sun, Lee Geun-sam, and Ha Yu-sang gave the viewer an objective perspective and directly expressed the author`s intention through the narrator`s dialogue. As a result, the emergence of the `narrator as a mediator` implies that the audience will follow the author`s intention to understand the play and grasp the subject. Meanwhile, the `epic narrator` mainly appears in the works of Lee Geun-sam. The epic narrators appearing in his works turn up at the same time and do not pay attention to the individual character. Therefore, the audience who are distant from the characters are not immersed in the play, but are aware of the play itself.

Model order reduction methods enable one to perform finite element analysis with a large-size system. Therefore, these method has been steadily studied in electronic and mechanical engineering. In this paper, we compare two methods of projection based model order reduction techniques. Krylov subspace based method(KSM) and modal truncation method(MTM) were discussed in terms of accuracy and efficiency for frequency response problems.
