In this paper, we attempt to control the pressure between two specimens using a servo gun m the resistance spot welding process. Servo guns have some advantages over pneumatic guns in that the fast response, the precise position control, and the accurate torque control are assured by virtue of the servo motor control, To demonstrate. the practical significance of our results, we present some experimental results.
유도전동기의 효율적인 회전자 저항 추정 알고리즘에 관한 연구

We propose a nonlinear feedback controller that can control the induction motors with high dynamic performance by means of decoupling of motor speed and rotor flux. A new recursive adaptation algorithm for rotor resistance which can be applied to our nonlinear feedback controller is also presented in this paper. Some simulation results show that the adaptation algorithm for rotor resistance is robust against the variation of stator resistance and mutual inductance. In addition, it is computationally simple and has small estimation errors.<br/>

In this paper, we implemented the failure detecting and monitoring system for high-pressure natrium lamps and ballasts. The hall CTs of the local detecting system measure the current flowing into natrium lamps via ballasts and ascertain whether the natrium lamps or ballasts are out of order or not. These test data are transmitted to the main monitoring system. So, we can see the status of the natrium lamps or ballasts promptly.<br/> <br/>

With respect to the researches of the optical flying head(OFH) , the head-gimbal assembly should be analyzed to guarantee the stable fabrication and the characteristics of shock resistance. The suitable design is proved through the Probabilistic analysis of the design parameters and material properties of the model. Probabilistic analysis is a technique that be used to assess the effect of uncertain input parameters and assumptions on your analysis model. Using a probabilistic analysis you can find out how much the results of a finite elements analysis are affected by uncertainties in the model. Another factor is analysis of the dynamic shock analysis. For the mobile application, one of the important requirements is durability under severe environmental condition, especially, resistance to mechanical shock. An important challenge in the disk recording is to improve disk drive robustness in shock environments. If the system comes in contact with outer shock disturbance. the system gets critical damage in head-gimbal assembly or disk. This paper describes probabilistic and dynamic shock analysis of head-gimbal assembly in micro MO drives using OFH slider.

The detent function of the current consist open-loop control by using Joystick and electromagnet. Therefore, the Detent function is affected by the disturbance. In this paper, I applied closed-loop control to detent function instead of open-loop control in order to have a constant performance in a real work environment. The closed-loop controller used in this paper is RNTOC which was proposed by W. S. Newman. Considering the real operating conditions, I have compared to the Detent performances with the open-loop control system and the RNTOC-based control system for various the weights of loads and the engines speeds. As a result, the RNTOC-based control system showed superior control performance to the current open-loop control system regardless of the disturbances. However, because of the time-optimal characteristics of the RNTOC-based control system, the system should solve the shock occurs during the boom stopping.

In this study, the vertical distribution of giant jellyfish analyzed echo counting method and such survey methods as sighting and trawl were used to compare its density estimates. In May and July 2021, surveys were conducted in the East China Sea and the coastal waters of Korea. As a result, Nemopilema nomurai were evenly distributed in all water layers in East China Sea in May and July. When considered the correlation by each survey methods, it is possible to identify jellyfish in the surface area by sighting method and using sampling net; however, it has a low correlation with acoustic estimates due to marine environmental factor such as weather condition, wind and atmospheric pressure. Therefore, the result can be utilized by basic data when estimating jellyfish’s distribution patterns and density estimates from each survey methods hereafter.
