생쥐에 있어서 투명대의 용해성과 분리할구의 발생 가능성에 관한 연구

The present study was carried out to investigate the cloning of mouse embroys. Female ICR micx were superovulated by intraperitonial injection of PMSG and HCG. Two- and four-cell embryos were digested by proteolytic enzymes; pronase, trypsin, protease and pepsin, and lipase, and separated in vitro by fine glass needles with hand and isolated blastomeres were cultured in vitro for 72 hours. The results obtained were summarized as follow; 1. The proteolytic enzymes had been shown to cause dissolution of zona pellucida, but lipase didn`t. 2. In two-cell mouse embryos, the rate of dichotomy was 89.7% and 97.6 k in zona softened and removed, respectively. Among the dichotomized two-cell mouse embryos, one half and both halves undamaged blastomeres were 30.8% and 57.9% in zone softened and 12.2% and 85.4% in zona removed, respectively. 3. In four-cell mouse embryos, the rate of dichotomy was 85.3% and 96.0% in zona softened and removed. The rate of 4:0, 3:1, 2:2 and 1:3 (undamaged blastomeres vs. damaged blastomeres) were 8.8%, 15.7%, 42.2% and 18.6% in zona softened and 16.8%, 30.9%, 35.6% and 12.8% in zona removed, respectively. 4. The developmental rate of zona softened and removed single blastomeres was 68.5% and 69.0% in 2cell embryo, and 46.7% and 38.5% in 4-cell embryo, respectively. And the developmental rate of zona softened and removed single blastomeres was 10.5% and 6.9% in 2~ell embryo, and 0% and 0% in 4-cell embryo, respectively. The blastomeres isolated from 2-cell embryo developed into blastocyst, but that from 4-cell embryo developed into 8-cell stage, respectively.

Large scale plants are equipped with a number of the rotating machineries which ocuupy important positions in the plant system. Therefore, the most important one is a vibraiton diagnostic thchnology which can detect quickly any abnormal symptom of operating malfunction and guve operational and inspection guides adequately. A new diagnosis method is developed in this paper, in which the fuzzy set theory is introduced to diagnose the defects of ratating machinery. The selection of memgership function and the fuzzy operation model are discussed in datail here. The systme is sucessfully used for various defacts diagnosis of rotating machinery. The result indicate that realixtic application can be builtusing this approach.

Pumped-storage power plants pumps the water from the lower reservoir to the upper reservoir using the extra electric power at night and generates electric power in the daytime. Currently it tends to be a high-head large-capacity machine. In this paper, we developed the computer programs for vibration analysis of the pump/turbine and generator/motor rotor system considering electromagnetic force, hydrodynamic unbalance force, dynamic characteristics of guide bearings and add mass of water. This program was verified by applying it to the real model and calculating the critical speed, natural mode and unbalance response.

This paper presents an artificial life algorithm which is remarkable in the area of engineering for functions optimization. As artificial life organisms have a sensing system, they can find the resource which they want to find and metabolize. And the characteristics of artificial life are emergence and dynamic interaction with environment. In other words, the micro-interaction with each other in the artificial lifes group results in emergent colonization in the whole system. In this paper, therefore, artificial life algorithm by using above characteristics is employed into functions optimization. The optimizing ability and convergent characteristics of this proposed algorithm is verified by using three test functions. The numerical results also show that the proposed algorithm is superior to genetic algorithms and immune algorithms for the multimodal functions.

This paper presents an approach for the derivation of frequency-dependent element matrices for vibration analysis of piping systems containing a moving medium. The dynamic stiffness matrix is deduced from transfer matrix, and, in turn, the frequency-dependent element matrices are derived. Numerical examples show that this method gives more accurate results than those obtained using the conventional static shape function based element matrices.
