        소비자의 친환경농산물 구매확대 결정요인 분석

        This study was designrd to determination factors of purchase expansion for environment-friendly agricultural products on consumers. The 310 subjects formatted questionnaires were analyzed to frequency, percentage, descriptives, T-test and logistic regression by SPSS WIN 10.0. The results were as follows : First, it is proved that degree of cognition, standard of information acquisition, basis of valuation were significant variables, Second, it is revealed that the producer and the direct deal, the consumer organization's co-op and the food floor of large-sized discount hoarded goods for purchase places of environment-friendly agricultural products were significant variables. Third, it is proved that reduction in a price the improvement matter for purchase expansion of environment-friendly agricultural products was determination factors. Forth, it is proved that age and income for purchase expansion of environment-friendly agricultural products was determination factors. Accordingly, we should find the positive factors of purchase and consumption that it will become an important subject for environment-friendly agricultural products on consumers.

      • 관광농원 개발사업의 현황 및 운영실태에 관한 고찰

        For over a century, the powerful trends of industrialization and urbanization have steadily changed the economic and social position of rural society. In the last a few decades those trends have intensified. Farm incomes have fallen in real terms. Technological developments have accelerated the deterioration of the rural environments.<br/> In response to these trends, green tourism which provides a bridge between economic development and the environmental conservation for a rural so챠ety continue to be important agri-environmental policy concerns. As a part of the green tourism, there has been a move toward a more sustainable farm tourism industry propelled by a government policy to promote the rural development and to increase farm income since 1984. Consequently, 397 tourism farms were established as of December 1998.<br/> Primary objectives of this study are to identify the farm management strategy needed and to evaluate economic achievements for the tourism farms. For the analysis of this study, 30 tourism farms were randomly selected across the country and field survey was conducted to collect necessary information.<br/> A major finding of the study is that average farm gross income from agri-products is only 26.6% of the total farm income, while other incomes come from by running lodging and dinning facilities. Other results of the farm management and countermeasures are presented.

        사과 부란병의 미생물학적 제에

        Three antagonistic bacterial strains against Valsa ceratosperma,one of the apple tree pathogens, were isolated from the nature and investigated. Out of the about 3,000 species of microorganisms which was isolated from the nature, the 3 strains designated as CH219,CH220 and CH245 were selected through the test of their antagonistic activity. The antagonists showed over 50% of antifungal activity against the growth of Valsa ceratosperma. on PDA plates and, by the treatment of the culture broth and the heat-treated culture filtrate of it, showed over 95% of antifungal activity. When we tested on the medium which contained their culture filtrate or heat-treated culture filtrate, the antagonists strongly inhibited Valsa ceratosperma. In bioassay on the apple trees, the antagonists also showed their antifungal activity.

        잿빛 곰팡이병의 미생물학적 제어

        In order to screen the antagonistic bacteria which inhibit the growth of the plant pathogen, Penicillum expansum,we isolated an effective bacterial strain and investigated into the antifungal activity of the antagonist and it's identification. The eleven strains of bacteria which strongly inhibited P. expansum were isolated from the nature, and the best antagonistic bacterial strain designated as KB22, was selected. The antagonistic strain KB22 was identified to be the genus Bacillus subtilis based on morphological and biochemical characterization. The KB22 showed 55.9% of antifungal activity against the growth of P. expansum. By the treatment of the culture broth and the heat treated culture filtrate of it, the B. subtilis KB22 showed 90% and 15% of antifungal activity, respectively.

        가을철 수경재배시 품종과 재식거리가 시금치의 생육 및 수량에 미치는 영향

        가을철 수경재배에 알맞은 품종을 선발하기 위해 19개 품종을 대상으로 선발 실험을 하였고 그 중 가장 우수한 ‘아트라스’를 대상으로 생육 및 수량 실험을 수행하였다. 선발 실험결과 직립형태이면서 발아율 90%이상, 초장이 25 ㎝ 내외인 ‘아트라스’와 ‘딤플’이 기장 좋았고, 발아율은 다소 떨어지지만 ‘마호로바’도 비교적 우수한 생육을 보여 수출용 품종으로 적합하였고, 직립형태 중 초장이 20 ㎝ 정도인 ‘프리미엄’과 ‘플라톤’ 품종은 내수용으로 적합한 품종으로 생각 되었다. 정식시 재식거리를 12×9 ㎝, 12×11 ㎝, 12×13 ㎝, 12×15㎝로 하여 ‘아트리스’를 재배한 결과 초장 등 엽 생육은 처리간 유의성은 없었다. 재식 거리에 따른 초장의 차이는 12×11 ㎝가 24.1 ㎝, 12×13 ㎝가 21.5 ㎝, 12×15 ㎝가 21.2 ㎝에 비해 재식거리가 넓어짐에 따라 감소되었다. 한편 지상부의 생체중은 재식거리가 넓어질수록 증가되었으며, 1개체의 무게는 12×9 ㎝의 7.3 g에 비해 12×11 ㎝, 12 × 13 ㎝, 12×15 ㎝이 각각 10.7 g으로 46% 컸으며, 정식 1홀당 생체중도 재식거리가 넓을수록 증가되어 12×9㎝의 20.2g에 비해 12×11 ㎝에서 33.8 g, 12×13 ㎝에서 29.7 g, 12×15 ㎝에서 26.9 으로 각각 67~33% 증가되어 수량에 영향을 미쳤다. 수량은 12×11 ㎝가 14,890 ㎏ㆍ㏊?¹으로 12×9㎝의 8,900 ㎏ㆍ㏊?¹에 비해 67% 증가되었다. 따라서 가을철 시금치 수경 재배시 안정 생산을 위한 재식거리는 12×11 ㎝라고 생각되어 진다. This study was carried out to investigate the effects of cultivars and to establish the hydroponic cultivation method of spinach (Spinacia oleracea L.) for autumn season. Considering the rate of germination, plant height is 25 ㎝ interior and exterior and leaf blade and petiole attitude is erect the best two cultivars 'Artlars', 'Dimple' were selected among the 19 cultivars tested. Seed germination was more than 90% in both cultivars of' Artlars', 'Dimple'. Seed rate of germination drops more or less, but it was cultivar that 'Mahoroba' cultivars is becoming in export standard production, and 'Premium', 'Platon' cultivar which plant height of leaf blade and petiole attitude is erect is about 20 ㎝ was thought by suitable cultivars to domestic. Plant height relationship difference that follow to planting distances decreased according as planting distances growth than 12×11 ㎝ to 12×15 ㎝. In the meantime, the increase of leaf area and fresh weight was increasing transplanting distance. The yield per ha of 14,890 ㎏ in the 12×11 ㎝ was 67% increased than that in the 12×9 ㎝. Therefore, 12×11 ㎝ spacing is considered optimum planting distance for spinach hydroponic cultivation in autumn season.

        사과 탄저병 방제를 위한 길항미생물 분리

        In order to acquire microbial agents that can be utilized for biological control of bitter rot(Glomerella cingulata), the major airborne disease to apple, the effective microorganisms were isolated, tested for antagonistic activity to the pathogen. Through the screening of more than 1,000 species of microorganisms collected in nature, 11 species of antagonists were selected. On of the 11 species, one species designated as CH1141 demonstrated outstanding activity. The bacterial strain, CH1141 exerted antagonistic efficiency of 65% on Glomerella cingulata. The CH1141 was identified as a bacterial strain to Bacillus subtilis based on morphology, culture conditions, and physio-biochemical characteristics.
