체계적인 국립공원 관리를 위한 환경자원의 경제적 가치평가 : 지리산국립공원을 대상으로

본 연구는 환경자원의 경제적 가치평가방법 중 가장 널리 적용되고 있는 가상가치평가법(contingent valuation method, CVM)을 적용하여 지리산국립공원의 경제적 가치를 평가하였다. 그 결과 이용가치는 556억 원, 보존가치는 3,358억 원으로 총 경제적 가치는 8조 2,249억 원으로 평가되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 효율적인 공원관리 정책을 수립하고 시행하는데 있어 중요한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. This study conducts to estimate economic value of Jirisan national park by using contingent valuation method. The result shows that use value is 55.6 billion won, preservation value is 335.8 billion won and total economic value is 8,224.9 billion won. The results of this study will be used as important information to establish and conduct national park policies.

북한산 둘레길 이용에 따른 CO2 저감 및 경제적 효과 산정에 관한 연구

본 연구는 북한산 둘레길 탐방에 따른 CO2 저감효과 및 경제적 효과를 산정하여 지속가능한 공원관리 방안마련을 위한 기초자료를 제시하고자 수행되었다. 그 결과 둘레길 개통 이후부터 2011년 8월까지 총 12, 663ton의 CO2저감효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 경제적 가치는 약 741백만 원으로 나타났다. 또한 30년생 낙엽송 91만 그루 식재효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 둘레길은 보전과 이용이 상충하지 않는 국립공원 관리방향을 제시한 대표적인 사례로 지속가능한 공원관리 방향을 모색하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다. This study was conducted to suggest basic information for sustainable park management by estimating CO2 reduction and economic effect. The results showed that total CO2 reduction effect was 12, 663ton since the opening up of the Bukhansan Dule-gil and the economic value was approximately 741 million won. Also, It was effective in planting 910, 000 trees of 30 year old larch. Bukhansan Dule-gil will contribute to seek for sustainable management of national park in order to harmonize conservation and use.

본 연구는 허베이 스피리트호 유류유출사고 이후 일반 국민의 환경의식과 환경보호를 위한 실천행동수준 분석을 통해 보호지역 관리정책 수립을 위한 기초자료를 도출하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2011년 5월부터 6월까지 5대 광역시(서울, 부산, 대구, 대전, 광주)에서 일반 국민 987명을 대상으로 현지조사를 실시하였다. 분석 결과 태안해안국립공원을 유류유출사고로 인한 피해복구지역으로 인지하거나, 자원봉사활동, 환경보호 및 보존 단체 및 교육프로그램에 참여한 경험 등과 같은 환경적 관심이 있을수록 환경에 대한 긍정적이고 적극적인 태도를 갖는 것으 로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과는 생물학적 보전과 이용의 균형을 고려한 보호지역 관리에 기여할 것으로 판단된다. The purpose of this study intends to suggest a basic information to establish protected area policy by analyzing environmental consciousness and environmental protection behavior of citizen after Hebei Spirit oil spill. During May-June of 2011, a total of 987 respondents completed at 5 major cities (Seoul, Busan, Daegu, Daejeon, Gwangju) in Korea. The result showed that more previous experience of environment as recognition of oil spill damaged area, volunteer activity experience, participation in the organization for environmental conservation, and participation in education program led to more positive attitude to environment. Therefore, the result of this study will contribute to manage protected area in balancing ecological conservation and utilization.

농촌지역축제의 만족도가 지역경제활성화에 미치는 영향분석

The goals of lhis Sludy are to figure out the policy alternalives in order to promote the rional economκ activities through analyzing the 1∞al festival in rural area. It analyzes the impacts on the local economκ revita1ization by the examining the correlations among the service quality, visitors’ satisfaction, and loyalty of local Acacia Honey 8ee Festival. The resulls of sιudy showed that festival participation experiences, loya1ty, and reional revitalization effected positivy on vlSltor’s satisfactions but festival facility and servlce were notated with them. As a result, local festival must focus on enhancing visitor' s satisfaction through the improvement ils service and attractive returning program It will result in the successful local festival and regional revitalization.

계절 ARIMA 모형을 이용한 국립공원 탐방수요 예측

본 연구는 국립공원 탐방 수요예측에 적합한 모형을 추정하고, 계절 ARIMA Model을 이용하여 국립공원 탐방수요를 예측하였다. 분석 자료는 2003년 1월부터 2010년 12월까지 우리나라 18개 국립공원의 월별 탐방객 수 자료를 이용하였다. 분석결과 ARIMA(1,0,0)(1,1,0)12모형이 국립공원 탐방수요를 예측하는데 적합한 모형으로 선정되었으며, MAPE를 이용한 사후평가 결과에서도 모형의 정확도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구 결과는 국립공원 탐방수요 예측기법의 신뢰성 및 타당성 향상과 함께 국립공원 관리전략 수립에 기여할 것으로 판단된다. This study was conducted to find out appropriate model and forecast visit demand of korea national parks using seasonal ARIMA model. Data of monthly visitors uses of 18 korea national parks from January, 2003 to December, 2010 was used to analyze. The result showed that ARIMA(1,0,0)(1,1,0)12 model was selected as a appropriate model to forecast visit demand of korea national parks and the result of post evaluation used by index of mean absolute percentage error was accurate. Therefore, the result of this study will enhance reliability and validity of forecasting technique and contribute to management strategy of korea national park.

팔공 올레의 방문동기·만족도·행동의도의 영향관계에 관한 연구

본 연구는 팔공 올레의 방문동기, 만족도, 그리고 행동의도간의 관계를 파악하기 위하여 수행되었다. 자료 수집은 2010년 5월 8일부터 30일 동안 팔공 올레를 탐방한 방문객을 대상으로 이루어졌다. 수집된 313개의 자료 분석을 위하여 SPSS 14.0 통계프로그램을 이용하였으며, 분석 방법으로는 요인분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 방문객의 방문동기는 일상탈출, 자연추구, 문화 및 자연학습, 유대관계, 그리고 자아성취 5개의 요인으로 추출되었다. 둘째, 만족도는 선택만족도와 방문만족도로 구분되었으며, 선택만족도의 경우 방문동기 요인들 중 자아성취, 일상탈출, 자연추구, 유대관계 요인이 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났으나, 문화 및 자연학습 요인은 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 한편 방문만족도는 문화 및 자연학습, 일상탈출, 자연추구 요인이 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났으나, 자아성취와 유대관계 요인은 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 팔공 올레의 방문객 만족도가 행동의도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 즉, 선택만족도와 방문만족도가 높을수록 팔공 올레를 다시 방문하거나, 다른 사람에게 팔공 올레를 추천할 의사가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 팔공 올레 방문객의 방문동기와 방문만족도가 높을수록 재방문의향과 추천의사가 높게 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있다. 이는 팔공 올레의 방문객 만족도를 높이기 위한 체계적인 관리방안 수립에 많은 노력을 기울일 필요가 있음을 시사한다. This study was conducted to identify the relationship between visitors’ motivation, satisfaction, and behavioral intention at Palgong Olleh. First data were collected through interviewed surveys from visitors who had experienced the Palgong Alleh during month of May, 2010. 313 data were used to test factor analysis and multiregression analysis by using SPSS 14.0 statistic package program. The results are as follows: First, factors of visitors’ motivation consisted of 5 dimensions such as escape from everyday life, nature seeking, culture and nature studies, bond with family and friends, and self-actualization. Second, among these factors, escape from everyday life, nature seeking, and self-actualization factors were statistically significant with the level of choice satisfaction. However, culture and nature studies, escape from everyday life, and nature seeking factors were statistically significant with the level of visit satisfaction. Third, satisfaction from the visit had positive effect on the behavioral intention, intent of revisit, and positive word of mouth. In conclusion, these results represent that the higher the visitors’ satisfaction will lead to the higher intention of revisit and recommending the Palgong Olleh. These imply that it is necessary to increase the visitors’ satisfaction level for developing the systematic management strategies at the Palgong Olleh.

모바일 서베이를 활용한 국립공원 나홀로 탐방객 특성 분석 연구

국유자연휴양림 이용객 만족이 행동의도에 미치는 영향분석

본 연구는 국유자연휴양림 33개소를 대상으로 이용객의 만족이 재방문이나 긍정적인 구전을 전할 의향과 같은 이용객의 행동의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 33개 국유자연휴양림에서 총 909명의 숙박이용자를 대상으로 현장조사가 이루어졌으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자연휴양림 이용객 만족이 재방문의향에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 이용요금 체계, 직원서비스, 자연휴양림 관리상태, 자연자원, 시설 요인이 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자연휴양림 이용객이 긍정적인 구전을 전할 의향에 미치는 만족요인은 자연휴양림 시설, 자연자원, 직원서비스, 이용요금 체계, 자연휴양림 관리상태, 접근 용이성 요인으로 나타났다. 따라서 이용객의 재방문의향이나 긍정적인 구전을 전하는데 영향을 주는 만족요인들에 대한 체계적인 관리를 통해 재방문을 통한 기존 고객확보 및 유지와 긍정적인 구전에 의한 신규고객 확보를 위한 전략을 수립할 필요가 있을 것으로 여겨진다. This study was performed to identify the influence on user behavioral intention, where user satisfaction led to become revisiting intention or positive word of mouth. Data were derived from total 909 cases those who were overnight visitors at the 33 national recreation forests in 2007. The results of this study were: first, fee system, personnel service, maintenance of recreation forests, natural resource, and quality of facilities had positive effect on visitor’s revisiting intention. Second, quality of facilities, natural resource, personnel service, fee system, maintenance of recreation forests, and accessibility were statistically significant on positive word of mouth. Consequently, it is necessary to mere s the factors which influence visitor’s satisfaction and revisiting intention through buil s thmere stati strategy. This will bring more new customers as well as existing customers for the national recreation forests.
