예비 초등교사의 고정신념과 테크놀로지 내용교수지식(TPACK) 간의 관계 연구

본 연구의 목적은 예비 초등교사들이 지니는 교수상황에서의 테크놀로지 활용 능력에 대한 고정신념과 지각된 테크놀로지 내용교수지식의 관계를 분석하는 데 있다. 이를 위하여 교육대학교에 재학 중인 예비교사들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료 분석을 위하여 먼저 교수상황에서의 테크놀로지 활용 능력에 대한 고정신념과 테크놀로지 내용교수지식 간의 상관을 살펴보았다. 고정신념은 7가지 테크놀로지 내용교수지식의 하위구인 중 특히 교수지식, 내용지식, 테크놀로지 내용지식, 테크놀로지 내용교수지식 등과 통계적으로 유의미한 부적 상관을 보였다. 이는 예비교사들이 자신의 테크놀로지 활용 능력은 노력을 통해 변화시킬 수 없다고 인식하는 정도가 높을수록 자신의 교수지식, 내용지식, 테크놀로지 내용지식, 테크놀로지 내용교수지식의 정도를 낮게 지각하는 것을 의미한다. 한편, 회귀분석 결과에 따르면 테크놀로지 지식과 교수지식은 테크놀로지 내용교수지식에 영향을 미치는 반면, 내용지식과 고정신념의 영향은 유의미하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 이론적 시사점과 교사교육과 관련된 교육적 시사점을 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between elementary pre-service teachers' fixed mindsets regarding their abilities to teach with technology and their perceived Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK). A survey was administered to 149 pre-service teachers to measure the degree to which they had fixed mindsets, or beliefs that their abilities to teach with technology cannot be changed, and their TPACK. The results of exploratory factor analysis suggest that the TPACK survey was a valid measure. The results of correlational analysis showed that there were positive correlations among Technology Knowledge (TK), Pedagogical Knowledge (PK), Content Knowledge (CK), Technological Content Knowledge (TCK), Technological Pedagogical Knowledge (TPK), Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK), and TPACK. Having a fixed mindset was negatively correlated with CK, PK, TCK, and TPACK. The results of regression analysis showed that PK and TK predicted TPACK, while CK and having a fixed mindset had no effects on TPACK. Theoretical and practical implications of this study are provided in the discussion section.

‘그림 묘사 후 추론하기’ 글쓰기 유형 중심의 영어수업 모형 개발 연구

The purpose of this study was to develop English writing instruction models in order to improve 1st grade high school students’ writing ability under the communicative framework. A writing pattern ‘describing pictures and making an inference’ was utilized to develop writing instruction models and lesson plans. In order to accommodate a wider range of teachers’ needs in high school, the study took into consideration two teaching conditions, learner proficiency levels (high, mid, and low) and skill integration (listening, writing, and reading, writing) in the development process. A total of five English writing instruction models and lesson plans for different teaching conditions were developed using two chapters extracted from two textbooks. The characteristics of the newly developed models and lesson plans were provided so that teachers can easily modify them for their own needs in the practice. Further, the writing pattern ‘describing pictures and making an inference’ turned out to be quite adaptable to real teaching conditions and seemed to contribute to enhancing students’ creativity as well as their writing skills. At the end, study limitations were discussed.

한미FTA가 우리나라 방송광고판매제도에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 : 방송시장개방과 ISD(투자자국가소송)의 파급효과 분석을 중심으로

한미FTA가 우리나라 방송광고판매제도에 미치는 영향은 두 가지다. 첫째는 방송시장 개방의 효과이다. 미국 콘텐츠들이 케이블TV 시장에 쏟아져 들어오고, 시청자와 광고비가 유료 비지상파방송에 몰리게 된다. 이는 지상파방송사들의 경영 위기를 초래하고, 무료 보편의 공공서비스를 위축시킬 수 있다. 이에 따라, 현행 KOBACO 독점체제의 정당성을 심각히 약화된다. 둘째는 투자자국가소송(ISD)에 따른 효과이다. 국내 방송광고판매시장은 법률에 의한 독점체제이고, 미국 투자자의 실질적 참여가 봉쇄돼 있다. 이는 서비스무역 투자 영역에서 내국인대우 의무를 위반한 차별적 간접수용에 해당할 수 있다. 이에 따라, 방송법 제73조 제5항은 한미FTA 발효와 함께 실질적으로 무력해질 수 있다. 한미FTA협정의 비준 전까지, KOBACO 독점체제를 일정 수준의 경쟁체제로 전환하는 것이 이러한 위험들을 극 복할 수 있는 해법이라 할 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to analyse influences of KOREA USA FTA on the Korean roadcasting advertising sales system based on analysis of opening broadcasting market and Investor-State Dispute. The following results were derived from this study. First, opening broadcasting market is going to bring on-air broadcasting stations to a financial crisis based on the diminution of rating and proceeds. Those results must impair the legitimacy of KOBACO monopoly system. Second, KOBACO has monopolized Korean broadcasting advertising market is governmental entity based on Para.5 of Art.73 of Korean Broadcasting Law. Such system is going to be conflict with the duty of National Treatment that KOREA-USA FTA rules. It is quite probable that the Para.5 of Art.73 would be powerless against the Investor- State Dispute(ISD).

Purpose: In this prospective study, we evaluated the clinical significance of inflammatory cytokines in women with acute uncomplicated pyelonephritis undergoing antimicrobial therapy. Materials and Methods: We analyzed 26 female patients diagnosed with acute uncomplicated pyelonephritis between September 2007 and March 2008. Body temperature, white blood cell(WBC) counts, serum C-reactive protein(CRP), and serum and urine interleukin(IL)-6 and IL-8 were measured before and 12 hours, 24 hours, and 4 days after the intravenous administration of empirical ciprofloxacin. Results: Initial serum CRP levels were correlated with initial serum IL-6 and initial urine IL-8 levels. Twenty-four hours after the start of antibiotic treatment, the CRP level and urine IL-8 level continued to be high, whereas serum IL-6 levels decreased significantly(26.1±32.4 vs 9.9±23.5pg/dl, p<0.01). When we divided the patients into mild(CRP<15mg/dl, n=14) and severe (CRP≥15mg/dl, n=12) groups according to initial CRP levels, the serum IL-6 level decreased significantly in both the mild(14.2±4.0 vs 4.0±1.7pg/dl, p<0.01) and the severe(41.1±12.7 vs. 22.7±16.4pg/dl, p<0.01) groups within 24 hours, whereas CRP and urine IL-8 levels did not change significantly in either group. Conclusions: Clinically, initial serum IL-6 and urine IL-8 levels were increased according to disease severity. Moreover, the serum IL-6 level decreased rapidly after antibiotic treatment within 24 hours. Serum IL-6 levels are a better indicator of the severity of disease and the therapeutic effect of empirical parenteral antibiotic use in patients with acute uncomplicated pyelonephritis than were either CRP or WBC counts. En France, la DDM (Direction du Développement des Média) a pour but d'assurer la promotion des oeuvres audiovisuelles, avec l'aide du CNC (Centre national de la cinématographie) qui est chargé de la gestion. Le CNe soutient d'une manière directe la production audiovisuelle de d ux façons; aide automatiques et aid s sélectives. Le CSA(Conseil Supérieur de l'Audiovisuel) est chargé de la surveillance du poin de vue juridique et du respect des quotas de diffusion et production. Les lois de promotion de l'industrie de l'audiovisuelle et du cinéma français sont fondées sur les deux axes fondementaux : la loi de liberté cie communication, qui définit les devoirs des société audiovisuelles, et les lois du COSIP (Le Compte de outien à l'Industrie des Programmes Audiovisuels) et celle de finance mentionnée dans les articles du C C, qui défnissent les devoirs de l'Etat. Les production étant, en France, de l'ordre du 'patrimoine culturel que le gouvernement doit protéger', le soutien se limite en principe aux oeuvres considérées comme patrimoine culturel. 1ais dans l'opération institutionnelle, le plan industriel a un rôle important, car il sera difficile d'assurer d'une maniere modernisée la protection du patrimoine audiovisuel1e sans ' la poli tiqu de promotion de l'industrie cinematographique et audiovisuelle' dirigée systématiquement par l'Etat.
