        초등학생의 태권도 수련에 따른 신체적 즐거움 및 정서반응의 관계

        The purpose of this research is to offer basic data, which can generate incessant focus and attention on Taekwondo (TKD) as an appropriate educational program for elementary students, as it inquires into the positive impact of their TKD learning level on the pleasure of physical activities and mental development. The responders of the survey insist of 350 elementary students, including each 100 students who are training TKD in Y, K, and STKD gyms located in the Incheon. Only 320 response papers were used for the analysis as it excluded 45 answers, which is suspicious to be duplicated or insincere. Lastly, the pleasure of physical activities are found to influence only the reactive sentiments to general stimulus, fear, society and attack excluding the ones to affection and misdemeanor. More association among the factors of physical activities’ pleasure results in higher reactive sentiments to general stimulus, and less fun generates more reaction to fear. Less creativity, higher confidence and higher level of teamwork enhance the level of reactive sentiment to creativity, and higher creativity results in higher reactive sentiment to attack

      • 프로야구 팬의 관여도와 팀동일시, 재관람의도 및 라이센싱제품 구매의도간의 인과관계

        이 연구의 목적은 프로야구 팬의 관여도와 팀동일시, 재관람의도 및 라이센싱제품 구매의도간의 인과관계를 분석하기 위하여 구조모형분석을 통해 개별변수들 간의 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 2005년 삼성증권배 프로야구 관중을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 편의표본추출법을 이용해 500명을 표집하였으나, 최종적으로 472명의 유효표본을 가지고 AMOS 프로그램을 이용하여 구조분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과를 보면 다음과 같다. 상황적 관여도는 팀동일시에 유의한 영향을 나타내었고, 지속적인 관여도는 팀동일시에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 팀동일시는 재관람의도와 라이센싱제품 구애의도에 유의한 영향을 나타내었다. 이러한 결과가 시사하는 바는 프로야구 팬의 상황적 관여도를 높일 수 있는 특별한 홍보전략이 필요하며 이러한 관여도가 팀동일시에 전이될 수 있어야 한다. 그리고 궁극적으로 관여도를 높이고 팀통일시를 높임으로써 프로야구팀의 성과를 높일 수 있어야 한다. The professional sport fan makes an important contribution to the success of most professional team primarily through financial support(eg., ticket sales, licensed products sales). Researchers have been interested in the professional fan behaviors as consumer behaviors. However, most of researcher has been focused on genre attendance or game attendance intention as fan behaviors. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between fan involvement, team identification and genre attendance intention, purchase intention of licensed products at professional baseball fans. Subjects(n=472) were collected at a professional baseball home genre on four games. we estimated the hypothesized structural model using Amos4.0 These results suggest that situational involvement were positive and significantly related to the team identification but, enduring involvement was positive and not significantly related to the team identification, also team identification was positive and significantly related to the genre attendance intention and the purchase intention of licensed products. The finding of this study show that professional baseball team manager enhance relationships by providing an environment that promotes the fans' involvement and create genre attendance, purchase intention of licensed products.

        고등학교 체육교사 학습방법이 수업만족에 미치는 영향

        his study was conducted with 750 students from four different middle schools located in In-cheon and the sampling method used for the study is stratified cluster random sampling method. The conclusions for the study are as following. First, with regard to physical education teachers's teaching methods according to student gender, democratic type, positive reward type, instruction and order type, and social support type showed significant difference among them. In terms of teaching types according to academic year, positive reward type, instruction and order type, and social support type showed significant differences. Second, in terms of class satisfaction according to teacher gender, satisfaction with teacher's behavior and satisfaction with grade showed significant difference. In class satisfaction according to student year, satisfaction with teacher's behavior, satisfaction with learning environment, satisfaction with score, and satisfaction with exercising ability showed significant difference. Third, teaching types and students's class satisfaction found to have correlation Fourth, it was found that the significant statistical variable for the effect of teacher's democratic teaching on class satisfaction affected satisfaction with teacher's behavior, satisfaction with learning environment, and satisfaction with score, while the significant statistical variable for the effect of teacher's positive reward on class satisfaction affected satisfaction with teacher's behavior and satisfaction with learning environment. Also, it was found that the significant statistical variable for the effect of teacher's instruction and order on class satisfaction affected satisfaction with teacher's behavior and satisfaction with physical activity, while the significant statistical variable for the effect of teacher's social support on class satisfaction affected satisfaction with teacher's behavior and satisfaction with physical activity.

        스포츠 센터 회원의 서비스품질 지각과 고객시민행동, 고객불량행동 및 재구매의도 간의 인과관계

        이 연구는 스포츠 센터 회원의 행동유형(고객시민행동, 고객불량행동)과 서비스품질 지각, 구매의도 간의 인과관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 스포츠 센터 회원 257명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, AMOS 5.0 프로그램을 이용하여 구조방정식모형분석을 통해 검증된 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 고객시민행동은 재구매의도에 긍정적인 인과관계를 형성하고 있으며, 고객불량행동은 재구매의도에 부정적인 인과관계를 형성하고 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 서비스품질지각은 재구매의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 고객시민행동, 고객불량행동에도 유의한 영향을 미치고 있음이 입증되었다. 이 연구의 학문적이고 실용적인 의미와 함께 시사점이 논의되었고 연구의 한계, 향후 연구방향도 함께 제시되었다. This study was conducted to confirm the relationship among customer citizenship behavior, customer badness behavior, service quality perception and purchase intention in sports club members. Data were collected from 257 health club members in Incheon area, and the results were as follows; Sports club members. had been show a positive influence on the service quality perception and customer citizenship behavior, but a negative influence on the customer badness behavior. Service quality perception had a significant influence on the customer citizenship behavior, customer badness behavior, and repurchase intention. Customer citizenship behavior had a positive impact on repurchase intention; however, customer badness behavior had a negative influence on purchase intention. The academic and practical meaning of this study was discussed along with research limitations and future research.

        프로농구 관람 소비자의 심리적 몰입이 소비행동에 미치는 영향

        The professional sport fan makes an important contribution to the success of most professional team primarily through financial support(eg., ticket sales, licensed products sales). Researchers have been interested in the professional fan behaviors as consumer behaviors. However, most of researcher has been focused on game attendance or game attendance intention as fan behaviors. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between psychological commitment to team(PCT) and game attendance intention, purchase intention of licensed products at professional basketball fans. Subjects(n=356) were collected at a professional basketball home game on four games. we estimated the hypothesized simple regression using SPSS. These results suggest that PCT were positive and significantly related to the game attendance intention, purchase intention of licensed products. The finding of this study show that professional basketball team manager enhance relationships by providing an environment that promotes the PCT and create game attendance intention, purchase intention of licensed products.

        상업스포츠센터 종사자의 직무만족과 조직동일시, 조직몰입 및 조직헌신과의 관계

        이 연구는 상업스포츠센타 종사자의 직무만족과 조직동일시, 조직몰입 및 조직헌신과의 관계를 분석하여 스포츠센터 조직의 효율성을 증대시키고자 하는데 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 서울과 인천 지역에 소재한 스포츠센터 종사자 260명을 표집하였다. 조사대상자의 일반적인 특성을 살펴보면 남자가 159명, 여자가 101명이었다. 업무형태는 지도자 174명, 행정관리 51명, 기능직 35명이었다. 이 연구의 주요한 변수인 직무만족은 미네소타 산업연구소에서 개발한 설문지를 이상금(1998)이 번역하고 수정하여 사용한 직무만족척도를 상업스포츠센타의 상황에 맞게 재구성하여 사용하였고, 조직동일시의 경우 Mael과 Ashforth(1992)가 개발한 조직동일시 설문지를 김원형(1995)이 재구성하여 사용한 문항을 사용하였다. 조직몰입의 경우, Mowday, Steers 그리고 Porter(1979)의 설문지를 김원형(1993)이 번안하여 사용한 설문지를 사용하였다. 조직헌신의 경우 Mowday, Steers 그리고 Proter(1982)의 설문지를 박광배(1993)가 번안하여 사용하였던 설문지를 참조로 상업스포츠센터의 상황에 맞게 재구성하여 사용하였다. 가설검증과 모형의 적합도를 분석하기 위하여 AMOS 4.0을 이용하여 공분산구조분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 직무만족은 조직동일시와 조직몰입, 조직헌신에 각각 긍정적인 관계를 갖는다. 둘째, 조직동일시와 조직몰입은 조직헌신에 각각 긍정적인 관계를 갖는다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between job satisfaction, organizational identification, organizational commitment and Organizational Devotion of sports center employee. The subject of this study collected 260 sports center employee 408 in seoul and inchon. The structural equation modeling for the hypothesis model were carried as statistical method with AMOS 4.0. The results can be summarized as follows. First, job satisfaction positive effect on organizational identification, organizational commitment and Organizational devotion. Second, each of organizational identification, organizational commitment positive effect on Organizational devotion.

        아마추어 골프 스폰서십을 통한 구매의사 결정 경로 분석

        The purpose of this study was to validate a influential process on Sport sponsorship purchase decision of national companies through amateur golf. A survey was conducted, with 268 samples of amateur golf player, using convenience sampling among the nonprobability sampling method. For the variables of this study, sponsorship exposure route was selected as an Independent variable and purchase decision was selected as a dependent variable. To extract usually result brand image was selected as a intermediary factors regression analysis. For all variations, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and correlation analysis were conducted. And to verify the influencing relation of variations, regression analysis was used. To test appropriateness of structural model, path analysis was conducted. According to study result, the results are as follows. First, exposure route are reduced in to sponsor, endorsement equipment, and endorsement wear factor. Brand image is reduced in to soft image and hard image factor, and Purchase decision, in to transmission and purchasing factor. The result revealed that all factors are correlated positively. Second, the factors have effect on soft image are upper garment and commercial of golfer. Upper garment, shoes, hat were the factors that influence hard brand image. Third, brand image of clearness and joy is influential with transmission and interest, joy, clearness, and highly wrought are influential with purchasing. Fourth, hat, glove, exposure route of broadcasting sponsor influence for transmission directly. For purchasing behavior, ball sponsor, title sponsorship, and gallery exposure are the influential factors. Fifth, according to intermediary effectiveness of structural model sponsor influences purchasing and reveals positive effectiveness through soft image.

        상업스포츠시설 종사원의 조직신뢰가 조직동일시 및 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to empirically establish connectivity between organizational trust and organizational identification which are perceived by commercial sports facilities employees and organizational citizenship behavior. For the purpose of this study, 239 copies of the final valid samples were collected from convenience sampling and survey targeting the employees who work as office administrators, leaders and contract workers in the sports centers in the areas of Seoul, Incheon and Gyeonggi-do Province. The collected date were processed by carrying out frequency analysis, reliability analysis and correlation analysis using SPSS 14.0 and by confirmatory factor analysis and covariance structure analysis using AMOS 17.0. Following outcomes were obtained through the abovementioned method and procedure. First, commercial sports facilities employees’ organizational trust was found to have a positive (+) effect on their organizational identification. Second, commercial sports facilities employees’ organizational trust was found to have a positive (+) effect on help and loyalty which are the subfactors of organizational citizenship behavior. Third, commercial sports facilities employees’ organizational identification was found to have a positive (+) effect on help and loyalty which are the subfactors of organizational citizenship behavior.

        국내,외 체육단체의 윤리경영에 대한 의식 조사

        이 연구는 목적은 국내·외 체육단체들의 윤리경영 의식조사에 대한 비교를 통해서 향후 체육단체들의 윤리경영에 대한 비전과 효율적인 실행방안을 제시하고자 한다. 현재까지 국내에서 체육단체들의 윤리 활동에 대한 체계적인 연구와 보고서가 미진하기 때문에 정확한 실태파악이 어려운 현실이다. 구체적으로 선진국 체육단체들과, 국내체육단체들의 윤리경영제도의 특성, 실천 및 현황 파악을 비교분석하고자 한다. 이러한 비교분석을 통해서 윤리경영 도입 및 정착을 위한 인프라요소, 기본적인 윤리경영 운영시스템과 윤리경영 추진 로드맵을 작성하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다. 이 연구를 위해 조사대상 단체들의 정관 및 공개자료 등을 통해 윤리경영 현황에 관한 문헌연구를 실시하였고 윤리경영 인식도와 실천도를 파악하기 위해서 윤리경영 담당자를 대상으로 심층 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 종합하여 보면 윤리경영 실천의지 차원에서 국내 체육단체의 경우 국민체육진흥공단과 프로스포츠팀(SK와이번즈) 제외한 대부분의 단체들이 조직 내부적인 자정운동 등 소극적인 수준에 그치고 있으며, 대외적인 접근은 아직까지 이루어지지 못하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 윤리강령에 대한 보유 및 이행여부는 공공체육단체(대한체육회, 국민생활체육협의회, 국민체육진흥공단, 대한장애인체육회)와 모 기업을 기반으로 하는 프로스포츠팀(SK와이번즈)의 경우 윤리강령과 행동규범에 대한 내용이 비교적 잘 이행되고 있는 것으로 나타났으나 일반 연맹이나 협회들의 경우에는 윤리강령 자체를 보유하고 있지 않거나 상위단체의 강령을 따르고는 있지만 이행여부는 잘 되고 있지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 윤리경영의 실천정도 역시 국민체육진흥공단이 공공기관 내에서도 평균 이상의 윤리경영을 실천하는 것으로 나타났고 프로스포츠팀(SK와이번즈)은 구성원 전체가 강한 실천결의를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 일반 연맹이나 협회들의 경우에는 형식적인 차원에 그치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 외국 단체들의 경우 실천의지, 강령보유 및 이행 그리고 실천정도의 모든 측면에서 높은 수준의 윤리의식을 보이고 있었다. 따라서 국내 체육단체들의 윤리경영을 발전시키기 위해서는 형식적인 비전 제시와 강령제정이 아니라 실질적으로 관리·감독할 수 있는 조직 및 인력 배치, 예산 편성 등을 통해 실효성을 거둘 수 있는 시스템을 갖추는 것이 필요하다. There has been a lack of research on the assessment of business ethics among domestic sport organizations. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to conduct comparative analysis on the level of awareness for business ethics between domestic and foreign sport organizations, and to provide a vision and a roadmap for effective implementation of business ethics among domestic sport organizations. Corporate documents, public information, literature review, and in-depth interview of executives were utilized for the analysis. The analysis showed that, with the exceptions of Korea Sports Promotion Foundation(KSPO) and SK Wyverns(professional baseball team), the level of implementation efforts for ethical business practice were minimal among majority of the domestic sport organizations. Also, public sector sport organizations (e.g., KOC, The National Council of Sport For All, KSPO, KOSAD) and corporate-owned professional sports teams (e.g., SK Wyverns) are currently enforcing the code of ethics within their organizations but all other sport organization did not even possess code of ethics or other policies that are similar in nature. While foreign sport organizations reported comparatively high levels of awareness, implementation, and future intentions for implementation, such existed only in cursory form among many of domestic sport organizations. Therefore, based on the identified infrastructure, manpower and financial requirements, we suggested specific action plans and a roadmap that can facilitate effective and practical implementation of business ethics systems.

        프로농구 관중의 관람만족 요인, 충성도 및 재구매의도간의 관계분석

        This study is to verify the relationship of intention of re-purchase and level of royalty of element of satisfaction of viewing with the object of spectators who visit gymnasiumto watch the games of 「The US Eastern Pro-Basket balls of 2008-2009」 and to analyze the royalty of the media effects of the level of royalty in the relationship between the factors of satisfaction of viewing and intention of re-purchasing. Among total specimens collected, we have carried out Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) using SPSS 16.0 Window Versionafter selecting 266 sheets possible to use except 34 sheets which are not proper for the study. In addition, as the results of reviewing through Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Model (SEM) utilizing AMOS 8.0, first, it was found out that factors of satisfaction of viewing do not provide meaningful effects on intention of re-purchase. Second, it was noticed that the factor of satisfaction of viewing provides meaningful impacts on the level of royalty. Third, it was found out that the level of royalty provides impacts on intention of re-purchase. Fourth, it was noticed that the level of royalty in the relationship between the factor of satisfaction of viewing and intention of re-purchase has a partial media effect.
