        무궁화 추출물의 항산화 활성 및 혈액 순환 개선에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 발효 무궁화 추출물과 비발효 무궁화 추출물로 나누어 발효하였을 때, 무궁화 추출물의 항산화 활성과 혈액순환 개선에 미치는 효과가 비발효 무궁화 추출물보다 더 높은지 조사하려고 진행되었다. In vitro 실험에서 항산화 활성을 분석하기 위해서 항산화의 생리활성 물질인 polyphenol과 flavonoid의 함량을 비롯한 DPPH radical 소거효능을 측정한 결과 발효 무궁화 추출물과 비발효 무궁화 추출물 모두에서 polyphenol과 flavonoid의 함량이 농도 의존적으로 높았으며 DPPH radical 소거효능도 역시 농도 의존적으로 높게 나타났다. In vivo 생쥐 실험에서는 보통식이군(NOR), 고지방식이군(CON), 고지방식이+발효 무궁화 추출물 섭취군(FHS), 고지방식이+비발효 무궁화 추출물 섭취군(NFHS)으로 나누어 총콜레스테롤(total cholesterol), 중성지질(triglyceride), 고밀도 지질단백질(HDL cholesterol), 저밀도 지질단백질(LDL cholesterol)을 측정한 결과 발효 무궁화 추출물과 비발효 무궁화 추출물은 총콜레스테롤, 저밀도 지질단백질, 중성지질을 저하시키는 효과가 있는 반면 고밀도 지질단백질을 상승시키는 효과가 있었다. 결론적으로 발효 무궁화는 항산화 생리활성 물질을 많이 함유하고 있어 항산화 효과가 있고 혈액순환을 개선하는데 상당한 효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. This study was worked to investigate the antioxidant activity and the blood circulation improvement effect of two Hibiscus syriacus extracts divided into fermented H. syriacus extract and non-fermented H. syriacus extract. As the results of in vitro experiment, both of fermented H. syriacus extract and non-fermented H. syriacus extract had the DPPH free radical scavenging effect and the high contents of polyphenol and flavonoid known as antioxidant components in dose-dependent manner. Six weeks female C57BL/6 mice were divide into four groups and fed high diets for 28 days. Also fermented H. syriacus extract and non-fermented H. syriacus extract was daily intraperitoneal administration for 28 days at 2 mg/kg of body weight of mice. In vivo C57BL/6 mice experiment of normal diet group (NOR), high-fat diet group (CON), high-fat diet plus fermented H. syriacus extract group (FHS) and high-fat diet plus non-fermented H. syriacus extract group (NFHS), each of total cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein (LDL) was decreased in both of FHS and NFHS groups, meanwhile high density lipoprotein (HDL) was increased (p<0.01). Conclusion, the results confirmed that H. syriacus containing the high contents of the antioxidant activity components had the significant effects of blood circulation improvement.

        대학 내 블랜디드 러닝 이용자의 자기결정성 요인이 학습흥미와 즐거움을 통해 만족도에 미치는 영향

        목적 본 연구의 목적은 대학 내 학생들을 대상으로 블랜디드 러닝 이용자의 지각된 자율성, 유능성, 관계성을 파악한 뒤 학습흥미와 즐거움를 통해 그에 대한 만족도를 연구하고자 한다. 이를 통해 블랜디드 러닝을 통해 학습자에 미치는 영향과 블랜디드 러닝의 발전방안에 대해 제시하고자 한다. 방법 설문조사는 블랜디드 러닝을 이용 경험이 있는 서울 소재 S대학, 지방 K대학을 대상으로 실시했으며, 온⋅오프라인 설문을 배포, 회수하였다. 설문조사 기간은 2022년 02월 01일부터 2022년 02월 15일까지 2주간 실시되었다. 이 기간에 총 229부의 설문이 회수되었고, 229부의 설문지가 자료 분석에 사용되었다. 결과 첫째, 블랜디드 러닝의 지각된 자율성은 학습흥미와 즐거움에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 블랜디드 러닝의 지각된 유능성은 학습흥미와 즐거움에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 블랜디드 러닝의 지각된 관계성은 학습흥미와 즐거움에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 블랜디드 러닝의 학습흥미는 즐거움과 만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 블랜디드 러닝의 즐거움은 만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 지난 몇 년간 계속 지속되고 있는 코로나 펜데믹로 인해 대학 내 교수자는 블랜디드 러닝을 통해 수업에 대처할 수 있는 능력을 키우는 동시에 학습자에게도 수업 환경의 변화로 인한 능동적인 대처 능력을 키웠을 것이라 예상한다. 그렇지만 대학 내 블랜디드 러닝을 통해 학습이 진행될 때 학습자의 자기결정성이 중요하다는 것이다. 학습자를 대상으로 블랜디드 러닝에 대한 학습만족도를 높이기 위해서는 교수자는 학습자의 자기결정성을 갖도록 해야 할 것이다. Objectives The purpose of this study is to investigate the perceived autonomy, competence, and relationship of blended learning users among university students, and then to study their satisfaction through learning interest and pleasure. Through this, I would like to present the impact on learners through blended learning and the development plan of blended learning. Methods The survey was conducted for S-University in Seoul and local K-University with experience in using blended learning, and online and offline questionnaires were distributed and collected. The survey period was conducted for two weeks from February 01, 2022 to February 15, 2022. A total of 229 questionnaires were collected during this period, and 229 questionnaires were used for data analysis. Results First, the perceived autonomy of blended learning was found to have a significant effect on learning interest and enjoyment. Second, the perceived competence of blended learning was found to have a significant effect on learning interest and enjoyment. Third, the perceived relationship of blended learning was found to have a significant effect on learning interest and enjoyment. Fourth, learning interest in blended learning was found to have a significant effect on pleasure and satisfaction. Fifth, the pleasure of blended learning was found to have a significant effect on satisfaction. Conclusions The conclusion of this study is as follows. Due to the coronavirus pandemic that has continued over the past few years, it is expected that professors at universities will develop their ability to cope with classes through blended learning, while also increasing learners' ability to actively cope with changes in the class environment. However, the self-determination of the learner is important when learning proceeds through blended learning in universities. In order to increase the learning satisfaction of blended learning for learners, the instructor should have learners' self-determination.

        사회공포증 환자에서 자기 및 타인 얼굴 인식의 행동 특성

        Objective : Social Phobia is associated with extensive disability and reduced quality of life. The concept of 'social self' is a representation of the self-reflected in the eyes of others, and is recruited during self-face recognition, which is closely related to self-esteem. The aim of this study was to identify the relationship of face recognition for self and others using measures of social anxiety and self-esteem in patients with social phobia. Methods : Twenty-seven patients with social phobia and twenty-three normal controls were evaluated with scales of self-esteem, depression, anxiety and other psychiatric symptoms. All participants completed the self-face recognition task. Nine self-faces, nine other faces and eighty-one morphed faces were presented randomly for each trial. The participants were instructed to make a decision as to whether the stimuli were self-face or not. The responses and reaction times were recorded during the task. Results : There were no group differences of the morphing composition at the recognition start point as self-face. In patients with social phobia, the mean reaction time at the start point of recognizing as a self-face was 1,037.6 ms, which was significantly longer than that of normal controls (911.3 ms, p<0.05). Patients with social phobia showed a significant negative correlation between the mean reaction time and the severity of depression when the stimuli were recognized as a self-face (r=-0.421, p<0.05). Conclusion : A difficulty in attention rather than avoidance may be an important factor of face recognition in patients with social phobia. When considering self-face recognition in such patients, many factors, such as anxiety, depression, working memory and theory of mind, need to be considered.

        인터넷게임장애 환자들의 내재동기 저하와 기본심리욕구의 관련성

        Due to the increasing use of the internet, various social problems have been emerging, and one of them is internet gaming disorder (IGD). The purpose of this study was to investigate whether low internal motivation was present in IGD and basic psychological needs affected internal motivation. Twenty-one individuals with IGD and 21 healthy controls performed a 'motivation task' in which the avatar in virtual reality asked whether they would accept an activity in two conditions stimulating intrinsic or extrinsic motivation. The task performance was compared between the two groups, and was correlated with the Basic Psychological Needs Scale scores. Patients had a significantly lower acceptance rate of the proposal in the intrinsic motivation condition than controls, and this intrinsic motivated tendency was correlated with the satisfaction in their basic psychological needs. As with other substance use disorders, IGD was associated with a lower level of internal motivation, which was related to the dissatisfaction of basic psychological needs such as autonomy, competence, and relationship.

        사회불안장애에서 편도 하위영역의 내재 기능적 연결성의 특성

        Objective : The amygdala has been considered to be a critical region in the pathophysiology of social anxiety disorder, but subregional connectivity pattern has not been examined yet despite lots of previous functional neuroimaging studies. Methods : Resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging data was obtained in 19 patients with social anxiety disorder and 20 normal controls, and default mode functional connectivity with each of basolateral, centromedial and superficial areas of the amygdala was measured and compared between the two groups. Results : Differential amygdala-based networks between the two groups were distributed to all over the brain. In particular, however, a bias on the amygdala-cingulate pathway was observed in the superficial amygdala only. Connectivity strengths between the superficial amygdala and perigenual anterior cingulate cortex were correlated with scores of social interaction and avoidance. Conclusion : Our findings provide new insights into understanding of the intrinsic cognitive bias model of social anxiety disorder. An abnormality in superficial amygdala-anterior cingulate connectivity may influence on cognitive processing of socially-relevant information in social anxiety disorder.

        인터넷게임장애 환자에서 자기상에 대한 양가감정의 특성

        Objective : This study aimed to evaluate the characteristics of ambivalence of self-image and its relationship with other characteristics in patients with an internet gaming disorder (IGD). Methods : The level of ambivalence of actual and ideal self-image was evaluated numerically in 20 patients diagnosed with IGD as well as 22 normal controls. The ambivalence scores of the two groups were compared, and their correlations with psychometric scales were counted in each group. Results : Patients with IGD showed a significantly higher level in ambivalence of ideal self-image than did the controls, but not in their ambivalence of actual self-image. Both the actual and ideal ambivalence scores in the IGD group did not have a significant correlation with each other or other scales. In the control group, however, there were significant correlations of the actual ambivalence score and the ideal ambivalence score with the scales representing the level of self-esteem, self-concept clarity, impulsivity, basic psychological needs (autonomy, competence, relatedness), and of the ideal ambivalence score with the scales representing the level of impulsivity, situational motivation (amotivation, external regulation) and basic psychological needs (competence). Conclusion : This study suggested that patients with IGD might feel more intense ambivalence of ideal self-image and patients with IGD independently possess ambivalence of self-image.
