        백내장수술 후 각막 천공 및 인공수정체 탈출을 보인 세라티아 마르세센스 안내염 1예

        Purpose : To report a case of <em>Serratia marcescens</em> endophthalmitis following phacoemulsification and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. Case summary: A 64-year-old male with a history of diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease was referred with right ocular pain and reduced vision 1 day after cataract surgery. On admission, hypopyon on anterior chamber by slit lamp examination and anterior vitreous was hazy according to ultrasonography. We immediately performed intravitreal antibiotics injection and microbiological analysis of anterior chamber and vitreous samples was performed. On day 3, persistent cornea stormal infiltration and cornea perforation were visible and the organism was identified as <em>S. marcescens</em>. Despite appropriate antibiotic treatment the eye continued to deteriorate. Conclusions: <em>S. marcescens</em> endophthalmitis was diagnosed and treated immediately, but rapid progression and outcome were unsatisfactory.

        정상인에서 근시가 시야검사에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: To investigate the effect of lens-corrected myopia on Humphrey Matrix and Humphrey Field Analyser (HFA). Methods: A total of 59 lens-corrected myopic eyes of 59 normal volunteers underwent Humphrey Field Analyser and Humphrey Matrix (FDP) testing. Spherical equivalent divided into 3 groups: -3 ≤ D < 0, -6 ≤ D < -3, D < -6. HFA and FDP sensitivity for mean deviation (MD) and pattern standard deviation (PSD), as well as axial length and astigmatism, were compared between these 3 groups. Results: The MD of the fields as determined by the HFA decreased significantly as the refractive errors increased, despite correction. However, there were no significant differences in MD or PSD of FDP, or in the PSD of HFA. There were no significant differences in axial length or astigmatism as calculated by MD and PSD for HFA and FDP. Conclusions: The spherical equivalent showed that lens correction alters the MD for HFA but not for FDP.J Korean Ophthalmol Soc 2014;55(9):1355-1360

        기업소유구조와 기업분할 공시효과

        본 연구는 2008년부터 2016년까지 한국거래소 유가증권시장에 상장되어 있는 기업 중 기업분할을 공시한 136건의 표본을 이용하여 기업분할 공시효과와 함께 소유권 구조효과를 분석하고, 기업분할 공시시점에서의 CAAR에 영향을 미치는 기업특성변수가 무엇인지를 횡단면 회귀분석을 통하여 실증적으로 분석하였다. 이와 같은 연구목적을 수행하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 사건연구방법과 횡단면 회귀분석을 이용하였으며, 특히 소유권 구조분석에서는 전체표본을 대주주지분율 및 외국인지분율에 따라 표본을 분류하여 분석한 표본분류법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 발견할 수 있었던 분석결과로는 첫째, 기업분할표본(136건), 인적분할표본(51건), 물적분할표본(85건)에서 모두 공시시점에서 유의적인 양(+)의 CAAR이 관찰되고 있었으며, 또한 인적분할표본이 물적분할표본에서 보다 더 높은 CAAR이 나타났을 뿐만 아니라, 두 표본의 평균 간의 차이도 1% 수준에서 존재하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기업의 소유권구조효과를 분석하기 위해 기업분할표본을 대주주지분율 45% 이상표본(54건)과 40% 미만표본(72건)으로 분류하여 분석한 결과, 사건기간에서 대주주지분율이 높은 표본에서 더 높은 양(+)의 CAAR이 관찰되었다. 그러나 기업분할표본을 외국인지분율 14% 이상표본(45건)과 12% 미만표본(82건)으로 분류하여 분석한 결과, 12% 미만표본에서 사건기간에서 비유의적인 양(+)의 비정상수익률이 관찰되었으며, 전체적으로 외국인지분율이 높은 표본에서 높은 CAAR이 나타나고 있는 것을 발견할 수 있었다. 셋째, 기업분할 사건기간에서 발견된 CAAR에 영향을 미치는 설명변수를 분석한 횡단면 회귀분석에서는 기업분할 전체 및 물적분할표본에서 부채비율변수(DEBT)와 유의적인 음(-)의 회귀계수가, 그리고 인적분할표본에서는 대주주지분율변수(ISER)에서만 유의적인 양(+)의 회귀계수를 관찰할 수 있었다. 따라서 기업분할 공시는 기업가치를 상승시키는 유리한 뉴스로서 작용하고 있으며, 소유권구조 분석에서는 대주주지분율의 크기에 따라 기업가치가 비례관계를 갖고 있으나, 외국인지분율은 이러한 관계가 존재하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. This study analyzes the effects of the ownership structure and the effect of the corporate divestiture announcement by using 136 samples of companies listed on the Korea Exchange Market from 2008 to 2016, and we analyze the characteristics of the firms that affect the CAAR found at the time of corporate split announcement through the regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, the CAAR of positive(+) value at the event period at both the corporate divestiture sample(136 cases), the Spin-off sample(51 cases). The results of the hypothesis 1 are supported by the observation of the abnormal returns, and not only the higher CAAR of the Spin-off sample than the Carve-out sample, but also the difference between the Spin-off sample and the Carve-out sample. Second, in order to analyze the effect of ownership structure of companies, the sample of firms with more than 45% internal ownership(54 cases) and less than 40% (72 cases). In addition to the positive(+) CAAR in the event period, CAAR of more than 45% and less than 40% were observed, supporting the hypothesis 2. However, in the analysis of the corporate divestiture sample divided into the sample with more than 14% foreign ownership(45 cases) and the sample with less than 12%(82 cases), both positive(+) and negative(-) abnormal returns were observed in both cases, And high CAAR are found in samples with high foreign ownership percentage, thus reject Hypothesis 3. Third, in the cross-sectional regression analysis, which explains the explanatory variables affecting the CAAR found in the event period of corporate divestiture and carve-off sample, the debt ratio variable(DEBT) was observed significant negative(-) regression coefficient at the 5% level, and the internal stake variable(ISER) were observed significant positive(+) regression coefficients at the 10% level.

        거창지역의 기록과 지역사교육

        With respect to history education in Korea, local history can contribute to a multi-layered and multifaceted historical awareness by demonstrating to students a different level of history rather than a national history. This paper reviews the records in Geochang and explores the possibility of a new local history education. Pre-modern records include official histories, geography books, townchronicles, anthologies, Genealogies and lapidary-inscriptions. The modern records include the official records of Japanese imperialism period, newspapers, and magazines. The nature of a town-chronicles provided the foundation for the study of local history because it was succeeded by the local geography book. As a result, the local history of Geochang emphasized the prevalence of loyalty to the pre-modern dynasty and, therefore, has limits on the extent to which modern history can be faithfully described. In Geochang, relics and ruins from the Paleolithic Age to the Iron Age remain, and the presence of local forces and their transition can be ascertained in Geochang. The history of regional forces, regional relationships, regional and central relations, and regional and external relations can also be reconstructed as synoptic history. Local history records help students see for themselves the diversity of their peers and other interests in the same case because they demonstrate the different interests and perspectives on the same incident. Students can also access multiple historical perspectives by comparing Korean history with local history. Therefore, it is necessary to link local education courses to the National History Curriculum.

        1930년 전후 이여성의 약소민족운동 연구와 민족해방운동론

        Lee Yeo-seong was a nationalist who served time in prison for participating in the March 1st Movement and was a socialist who developed communism theoretical movement with Il-Wol-Hoe, a political organization operated in 1920 in Tokyo, Japan. Lee became a man of uncommon acquirement in his work on the Minor`s Independence Movement that happened around 1930, which led to 3 books and quite a number of theses and much criticism. Lee`s opus magnum draws attention to 15 different minorities. Through Lee`s work, this thesis examines Lee`s understanding of the Minor`s Independence Movement and the National Independence Movement around 1930. Although Lee was a socialist, he approved of the concept of ethnicity, and considered it a driving force for the Nationalism Movement, and as well as the influence on the direction of an independent Korea. Being against autonomism, Lee`s ultimate goal was to achieve the uncompromising independence by the Minor`s Independence Movement. Lee`s Minor`s Independence Movement largely adopted the strategy of United Front from Comintern, although his view of ethnicity and the National Independence Movement, as well as the initiative of the strategy of the United Front was different than that of the Comintern. Especially, Lee`s turnover regarding the latter took place in 1930. In 1929, he asserted the theory of Proletarian Hegemony after having evaluated India`s Nationalism Movement. However, in 1930, when the Nationalism Movement in India and Vietnam bore some fruits under the initiative of the nationalists, Lee came to express his position. That is, in 1931 at the National United Front, Lee approved of the validity of Nationalism and the leadership of the Nationalists. Such modification was the opposite of Comintern`s December These of 1928. Lee upheld the Line of the National United Front, not accepting the change of the strategic adaptation of the Comintern. Lee also acted as a socialist intellectual in a legitimate capacity without supporting the re-establishment of the Korean Communist Party. Lee can be classified as a Nationalism-socialist in the differentiation of socialism in the 1930s. Lee`s National Independence Theory became the theoretical foundation of the Center-Left for rebuilding the nation after Korea`s independence from Japanese Imperialism.

        방사능 계측법에 의한 티탄산 바륨의 특성화 연구 (I). 옥살산염법에 의한 티탄산 바륨의 합성

        방사성 바륨 또는 방사성 란탄 추적자를 함유하고 있는 Ba(NO$_3)_2$ 와 TiO(NO$-3)_2$의 무기혼합용액을 옥살산의 에탄올 용액으로 적정하므로써 바륨티탄닐의 옥살산 염을 합성하였고, 이를 1000$^{\circ}$C에서 하소시켜 BaTiO$_3$를 만들었다. 옥살산염의 분석결과는 BaTiO(C$_2O_4)_2{\cdot}4H_2O$이며, 무기혼합용액중 Ba/Ti의 몰비가 0.950∼1.05 범위 내에서 화학양론적 결합으로 합성됨을 방사성 바륨 추적자의 도움으로 쉽게 확인하였고, Perovskite형의 구조임을 XRD로 확인하였다. 그리고 란탄 첨가제가 침전에 화학적으로 균일하게 혼입됨은 방사성 란탄의 추적자 실험으로 발견하였다. 이와 같은 실험적 사실로부터 침전물의 구성 성분의 결합이 분자준위에서 일어나고 또 티탄산바륨이 단일상의 결정임을 설명하였다. Barium titanyl oxalate was synthesized by adding ethanol solution of oxalic acid to the mixed aqueous solution which contained barium or lanthanum radiotracers in addition to Ba(NO$_3)_2$ and TiO(NO$_3)_2$. The oxalate was finally converted to BaTiO$_3$ by calcination at 1000$^{\circ}$C in air. The chemical formula of the oxalate was confirmed to be BaTiO(C$_2O_4)_2{\cdot}4H_2O$ by the thermal analysis of the barium titanyl oxalate. When the mixture's molar ratio(Ba/Ti) was within a range of 0.950-1.05, the formation of stoichiometric Barium titanate was confirmed with the help of barium tracers. The homogeneity of lanthanum deposite in the final product was also confirmed through the behavior of lanthanum tracers. The results as well as those obtained by XRD and SEM have been explained on the basis of the fact that the reaction occurs on the molecular level in solution and the barium titanate is formed in crystals of single phase.

        엘립스 방식의 초음파유화기를 이용한 2.2 mm와 2.8 mm 절개 백내장 수술의 결과 비교

        Purpose: Introduction of phacoemulsification and development of foldable artificial lens has facilitated smaller incisions, even micro-coaxial incisions. However, there have been several studies showing that micro-coaxial incision has no benefit compared with the conventional small incision method. Cases where Ellips ultrasound was used have not yet been reported. Therefore, we compared the postoperative results between 2.2-mm and 2.8-mm incision groups using Ellips ultrasound. Methods: Among 49 eyes receiving cataract surgery from March, 2012 to August, 2012, 27 eyes in the 2.2-mm group and 22 eyes in the 2.8-mm group were examined to obtain cumulated dissipated energy (CDE), use of balanced salt solution (BSS), best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA), corneal endothelial cell count (ECC), corneal thickness at center and incision site, and keratometric astigmatism before and after surgery. Results: There were no statistically significant differences between the 2.2-mm and 2.8-mm groups in CDE (2.5 ± 2.0 vs. 2.5 ± 2.3) and use of BSS (188 ± 127 vs. 138 ± 43 mL) during the surgery, BCVA (-0.45 ± 0.62 vs. -0.55 ± 0.79 log MAR), ECC (-178 ± 210 vs. -99 ± 114 cells/mm²), corneal thickness at center (23 ± 23 vs. 27 ± 23 μm) and incision site (24 ± 19 vs. 27 ± 19 μm) and keratometric astigmatism before and after the surgery. Conclusions: A 2.2-mm micro-coaxial incision using Ellips ultrasound showed no statistically significant differences in BCVA, ECC, corneal thickness at center and incision site, and keratometric astigmatism compared with 2.8-mm small incision.         o-메틸염화벤질의 가용매분해반응에 대한 압력의 영향

        온도 30$^{\circ}$와 40$^{\circ}$C에서 $o^-$메틸염화벤질의 가용매분해반응 속도를 에탄올 몰분율에 따라 압력을 1~ 1600 bar까지 변화시키면서 측정하였다. 이 반응의 속도 상수로부터 활성화부피 ${\Delta}V^{\neq}$, 활성화압축율 계수 ${\Delta}{\beta}^{\neq}$, 활성화 파라미터 ${\Delta}H^{\neq}$, ${\Delta}S^{\neq}$, ${\Delta}G^{\neq}$를 구한 결과 electrostriction현상이 0.30에탄올 몰분율에서 extremum behavior가 나타남을 알았다. 그리고 Laidler - Eyring식을 적용하여 압력에 따른 가용매 분해반응 속도와 혼합용매의 유전상수와의 상관관계를 알아 보았고, 또한 반응메카니즘 변화를 검토하기 위하여 전이상태에서 반응에 관여한 물분자수를 계산하여 메카니즘의 성격을 고찰하였다. 이러한 사실로 부터 전이상태에서 반응은 bond-breaking이 지배적인 반응으로 진행되며, 압력증가와 물 함량감소에 따라 $S_N$1형의 반응 메카니즘 성격이 약화됨을 알았다. Rate constants for the solvolysis of o-methylbenzyl chloride were determined at 30$^{\circ}$ and 40$^{\circ}$C in aqueous ethanol mixtures under various pressures up to 1600 bar. From the rate constants, the activation parameters ${\Delta}V^{\neq}$, ${\Delta}{\beta}^{\neq}$, ${\Delta}H^{\neq}$, ${\Delta}S^{\neq}$ and${\Delta}G^{\neq}$ were evaluated. The values exhibit the extremum behavior at about 0.30 mole fraction of ethanol. This behavior is discussed in terms of electrostriction. To examine the reaction mechanism by Laidler and Eyring equation, we compared the rate constants with the dielectric constants of aqueous ethanol and the number of water molecule participated in the transition state. It was concluded that solvolytic reaction proceeds via $S_N$1 mechanism.
