Recently, a damand of accuracy surface roughness about internal applied to auto-mobile, machine tool, and aerospace is increased. As a result, compared to a existing grinding system, the development of internal superfinishing system microfinishing film is expected a high efficiency for reducing time and equal surface roughness. In study, internal superfinishing system using abrasive film was developed, thus surface roughness of Ra 0.06㎛ become possible, Farther, standardization of grinding condition and selsction of abrasive film to apply real file was investigated.

Recently, Along with the increasing demands for ultraprecision processing parts and polishing in inner surface of cylinder, a variety of studies which can be realized in processing of high quality by development of polishing system for ultraprecision polishing is actively processing in recent decades. Therefore, in this study, we developed polishing device in inner surface of cylinder using abrasive film and a studied on the basic polishing characteristic. According to both particle size of polishing film and backing film thickness, we experimented on the polishing characteristic and measured surface roughness. From this result, In the case of SM45C, if abrasive particles are rough and backing film is thick, the optimal polishing time shows a tendency to decrease. Also, we obtained high-efficient surface roughness.

The construction of structures on soft ground includes many problems. Soft ground- treatment method is necessary to increase in the stability of the soil-structures. Now Geosynthetic reinforced soil method of many soft ground treatment methods is being used widely by the economical and simple method. And the usage is increasing. It has been proved reinforce effects of Geosynthetic as a result of the general study on embankment reinforced Geosynthetic. But It is necessary to study variously on each spot condition to apply for Geosynthetic at the several practical field. Also, It is noted to study of effective installation of Geosynthetic on ground condition as well as tensile strength. This study was performed to analyze the stability through Limit Equilibrium Method on embankment reinforced with Geosynthetic. The applied soil parameter described the usual field conditions by applying design parameter used usually at the field. In finally, the influence of Geosynthetic installation and slope angle appeared slightly, but the influence of the depth of soft Ground, Cohesion, and tensile strength of Geosynthetic appeared relatively highly in stability.

Recently, a demand of accuracy surface roughness about narrow and long components applied to electronics, auto-mobile, machine tool, and aerospace is increased. As a result, compared to a existing grinding system, the development of centerless superfinishing system using abrasive film is expected a high efficiency for reducing time and equal surface roughness. In this study, centerless superfinishing system using abrasive film was developed, thus surface roughness of Ra 0.02㎛ become possible. Farther, standardization of grinding condition and selection of abrasive film to apply real file was investigated.

For this reason, clutch is improving through continuous research and development for flexibility of pedal manipulation and Accuracy of power deliver. But now localization of characteristics measure system of clutch is meager. especially characteristics measure system of clutch equipped to car is depend heavily on other countries for technologies. Therefor in this research, developing portable test device and Algorithm. It's easy to sensor installation and measurement program operation than existing test System as a result of apply to domestic car makers, and clutch manufacturer. specially portability is excellent due to miniaturization.

Production processes of MLCC is required for array mixed cut chip and powder on the plate to second firing after first firing and cutting. An existing production processes is a hand array. therefore an existing production processes had lower production efficiency and higher faulty product. but developed array Automation system could have apply one or more model and one or more part of cut chip array on the plate as a result of this research. Also density of cut chip is higher than 95% as compared with an existing production processes. as well as reduction of working hours by with out vertical arrangement and lamination. While array prepossessing, scattering of chip and breakage of plate could not occur.

MLCC production process is after the first plasticity and 2nd cutting plasticity for mix to plastic chips and powder. And should be constant alignment in the plaid. However, the existing manual tasks in the most efficient product defects were falling. However, this research project was developed through an automated system for sorting on a single system model, one or more of the model can be applied to multi structure and alignment of one plate divided into one or more advantages can be sorted by and compared to existing manual or system-chip alignment and density of 95% or more chips stacked vertically placed, and the symptoms can be reduced, and sorting operations that occur on scattering of chips, broken plates the benefits do not occur.
