본 연구에서는 복합화물열차를 설계함에 있어서 화물 배치 방안을 수립하기 위하여 다양한 분야의 적재 배치 기술에 대하여 파악한다. 화물 적재 및 하역이 여객 하차 및 탑승 시간에 영향을 미치지 않기 위해 다양한 분야의 화물 적재 배치 사례를 조사하여 특징을 파악하고 복합 화물 열차에 대한 적용 시사점을 도출한다. 이를 바탕으로 복합화물열차의 화물 배치에 있어서 최적의 배치 방안을 수립할 수 있도록 도움을 준다. In this study, we survey wide range of loading/unloading operation problems. The freight loading and unloading operation time should be less than a boarding time. We find out the characteristics of wide range of freight loading studies to apply a planning of loading/unloading on the combined freight train. This study helps a planning of freight loading layout on the combined freight train operations.
신동맥 협착이 요골동맥 맥파에 미치는 영향 : 심혈관계 시뮬레이터 연구

본 연구는 심혈관 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 내부장기의 혈류역학적 변화가 요골동맥 맥파에 미치는 영향을 조사하는 것이 목적이다. 시뮬레이터는 심장 및 단순화된 동맥 시스템과 RAS(신장동맥 협착증) 모델로 구성되었다. RAS가 요골맥파에 미치는 영향은 두 가지 방법으로 비교되었다. 첫째는 침습성 압력센서에 의해 측정된 압력파형이고, 다음은 혈관에 가해지는 접촉압력과 혈관직경의 최대변형과의 관계를 나타내는 PH곡선이다. 80% RAS에서는 평균압력과 최대압력이 증가하였으나 파형변화는 미미하였다. PH측정법에서는 RAS가 진행됨에 따라 혈관변형이 감소되면서 PH 곡선의 피크가 오른쪽으로 이동했습니다. 협착된 신장 동맥의 혈류역학적 변화는 요골 동맥의 맥동파를 변화시켰다. 압력펄스파와 PH곡선을 동시에 사용하여 변화를 보다 효과적으로 검출하였다. RAS는 요골동맥의 맥파를 변화시켰다. 전통적인 압력파형과 PH곡선을 동시에 사용하면 요골동맥의 혈류역학적인 변화를 보다 효과적으로 검출함을 알 수 있었다. This study aimed to investigate the effect of hemodynamic changes in the internal organs on the radial artery pulse using a cardiovascular simulator. The simulator was composed of a heart and simplified arterial system, and RAS (the renal artery stenosis) model. The effect of RAS on radial pulse was compared in two ways. The first is the pressure waveform measured by an invasive pressure sensor, and the next is the PH curve showing the relationship between the contact pressure applied to the blood vessel and the maximum deformation of the blood vessel diameter. At 80% RAS, the average pressure and maximum pressure increased, but the waveform change was insignificant. In the PH measurement method, as RAS progressed, the peak of the PH curve shifted to the right as vascular deformation decreased. RAS changed the pulse wave of the radial artery. It was found that the simultaneous use of the traditional pressure waveform and the PH curve more effectively detects hemodynamic changes in the radial artery.

In this study, we developed a fiber-optic goniometer for the continuous measurement of knee joint angle which provides important medical information on Alzheimer’s disease. The fiber-optic goniometer is composed of a light-emitting diode (LED), a plastic optical fiber (POF), and a voltage output photodiode (PD). As a sensing part of the fiber-optic goniometer, a unclad fiber with regular intervals of 1 mm was fabricated to improve efficiency of bending loss according to the angle variation of knee joint. The emitting light with a center wavelength of 470 nm from a LED is guided by a POF to the PD, the transmitted light is then attenuated by the bending loss inside the bent POF. The intensity variation of the light transmitted from the POF gives rise to a change in output voltage in the fiber-optic goniometer. Therefore, we measured the real-time output voltage of the proposed fiber-optic goniometer using the unclad fiber according to the knee joint angle. Through the repeated experiments, the fiber-optic goniometer shows that it has a reversibility and a wide measurable angle range.

Cam mechanisms are one of the most popular devices for generating irregular motion and are widely used in many industrial areas. The purpose of this study is the development of high precision measuring system for measurement data acquisition and analysis of a manufactured cam profile. The developed system is composed of servo motor, CNC controller, rotary encoder, and laser interferometer. And also, this system is non-contact measuring type. The developed system takes only 5 minutes to measure a cam profile and to analyze the measuring data while the CMM(coordinate measuring machine) takes about 1 hours even by a skilled operator.

This study presents the selection of cutting conditions in high speed pipe cutting machine for the better quality. A high speed pipe cutting machine which uses a rotary knife can make good quality products in short time. But, the machine is much sensitive by cutting conditions because of the complicated mechanism. In this reason, many experiments for cutting condition selection are necessary to improve quality of production. This study carried out cutting experiments with the three factors that are cutting RPM, cutting force and pooling force. 2-dimensional profile measuring instrument is used to measure which is represented by △h, a sum of burr and collapse height. The effects of factors are analyzed by using MINITAB, the commercial software.
