디지털 미디어를 활용한 독서활동 현황과 특성에 대한 연구

이 연구는 디지털 미디어 환경에서 독서활동의 현황과 특성을 살펴보기 위함이다. 먼저 디지털 미디어 시대의 독자의 특성과 독서환경 변화를 기존문헌과 현상을 통해 살펴보았다. 구체적으로 소설 또는 교양서적, 업무관련 책의 연령에 따른 독서율과 국내와 해외의 연령별 독서 활동의 차이를 알아보았다. 또한 전자책을 통한 독서활동과 국내 포털인 네이버와 카카오의 책 관련 파워 블로그 운영 실태를 내용분석 하였다. 연구결과 국내의 독서율은 연령이 높아질수록 서서히 감소하는 추세인 반면 해외는 연령이 증가함에도 독서율의 하락세를 보이지 않는 경향을 보였다. 디지털 미디어를 활용한 전자책의 발전 가능성은 낙관적으로 보이나 2011년 이후 성인과 학생 모두 이용률이 지속적으로 감소하고 있었다. 그리고 포털의 책 관련 파워 블로그 비율은 점차 증가했지만 전체 파워 블로그에서 차지하는 책 관련 블로그 비율은 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 디지털 미디어를 활용한 독서 시장 확대 위한 전략은 독자의 특성을 파악하고 독서시장의 변화를 이해함이 출판시장의 잠재적 수요를 확대할 것이다. This study is to examine the current trend and characteristics of reading activities in the digital media environment. First, reading activities were analyzed by age and work-related. Following the analysis, differences between domestic and foreign reading activities were examined. Current trends of reading activities in digital media environment included not just e-books but also ‘power-blog’ from internet portals. According to the result, domestic trend showed reading rate decreased as age increased. On the contrary, reading rates of foreign countries showed no relation with age difference. The future of e-books utilizing digital media seems optimistic but usage of adults and students is declining since 2011. Percentage of ‘power-blog’ relating books are increasing but low compared to the whole number of ‘power-blog’. The most important strategy to increase reading activities utilizing digital media is understanding status of customers. Finding the right books, and understanding customers are the start for the expansion of the publishing market.

공익 개념에 대한 존재론적 인식과 당위론적 인식: 한국인의 공익 인식 유형

구성원 다수, 혹은 공동체 전반의 이익을 지칭하는 `공익(public interest)`은 공동체의 목표이자 성립 이유이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 공익의 의미는 명확하지 않다. 우선 사익을 초월하는 규범적 가치로서 공익을 인식하는 견해와 사익의 총합 혹은 절충으로 인식하는 견해가 대립하고 있다. 또한 공익 개념이 지나치게 모호하다는 지적도 존재한다. 그러나 개념의 모호성에도 불구하고 사회공동체들은 여전히 `공익`이라는 이름 아래 다양한 가치를 추구하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 보다 정치한 공익 개념을 확립하고자 기획됐다. 한국사회의 구성원들의 공익 인식을 분석한 결과, 네 가지 상이한 인식 유형이 나타났다. 첫째, `상황적 인식론`이다. 공익의 내용은 상황에 따라 달라지며, 때문에 국가나 공적 기관이 효과적으로 공적 역할을 수행하기 어렵다고 인식하는 유형이다. 둘째, `이상주의적 규범론`으로서 공익은 사익과 다른 도덕적인 행동 규범이라고 인식하는 유형이다. 셋째, `자유주의적 긍정론`으로서 공익은 사익과 유사한 개념이므로 공동체는 사회적 편익을 극대화해야 한다고 인식하는 유형이다. 이 유형은 상대적으로 행정 기구나 미디어가 공적 역할을 잘 수행하고 있다고 생각한다. 마지막으로 `다원주의적 역할론`이 나타났다. 사적인 이익 추구와 도덕적인 규범이 모두 공익에 포함되며, 국가나 공공기관의 역할도 상황에 따라 달라진다는 견해이다. Public interest, which refers to the interest of members of a community or the community itself, is a goal as well as a reason of existence of the community. Nevertheless, there is not a clear and widely accepted opinion regarding what public interest means. First of all, there are two main opinions which conflict each other. One opinion considers public interest as an absolute value surpassing private interests, while the other regards it as a sum or a compromise of private interests. Furthermore, the concept of public interest is sometimes too vague to understand. However, communities are still pursuing diverse values, while assuming them as public interest. This study aims to contribute in establishing a more refined concept of public interest. Through an analysis of what Korean people consider as public interest, this study finds out four distinct types of understanding. The first type focuses on an understanding of situational role for public interest. Because public interest is dubious conept, this type believes that the public interest varies according to circumstances. The second type underlines an understanding of idealistic norm as public interest, considering that it is a norm of behavior distinguished from private interest. The third type highlights an understanding of liberal affirmation of public interest. This type thinks that a community has to maximize its public interest as private interest is pursued. In particular, this type positively recognizes the role of administrative organizations and media in pursuing public interest. The last type focuses on an understanding of pluralistic role for public interest. This type regards that public interest includes seeking both private interest and ethical norms and that the role of government or governmental organizations varies according to circumstances.

지역방송 프로그램의 인식 유형 연구: 지역성에 대한 Q방법론 적용

본 연구는 지역방송 이용자들이 지역방송 프로그램의 지역성에 대해 어떻게 인식하는지 그 유형을 살펴보고, 이를 통해 향후 지역방송의 나아갈 방향을 모색하였다. 연구결과, 응답자들은 네 가지 유형으로 방송 프로그램의 지역성을 인식하였다. 구체적으로 제1유형은 ‘하이퍼 지역형’으로 나타났다. 이 유형은 긴밀한 지리적 구성요인과 지역공동체의 삶을 밀도 있게 다룬 프로그램을 통해 지역성을 인식하였다. 제2유형은 ‘사회적 지역형’으로 이 유형은 지역의 독특한 이해와 관심을 반영하는 사회적 문제를 심도 있게 파헤치는 프로그램을 중요한 지역성 요인으로 인식하였다. 제3유형은 ‘로컬 거버넌스형’으로 이 유형은 개인과 지역의 정체성 기반을 뛰어넘는 신지역주의 방송 콘텐츠에 지역성을 인식하였다. 마지막으로 제4유형은 ‘지역 결속형’으로 이 유형은 동질적인 사회적 네트워크 안에서 지역을 결속하는 콘텐츠를 통해서 지역성을 인식하였다. 연구결과 지역방송 활성화를 위해서 급변하는 지역환경에 대응하는 심도 있는 프로그램과 지역민과의 깊은 공감을 이끌어 낼 수 있는 방송 프로그램 제작이 필요하다. This study attempted to examine the types of local broadcasting users’ perceptions of regionality when watching local broadcasting programs. The subjectivity research method was applied to derive the types of perception of locality of local broadcasting users. As a result of the study, respondents recognized locality into four types. The first type derived first appeared as a ‘hyper-regional type’. This type recognized regionality through the contents of geographic components and the life of the local community. The second type was derived the ‘social regional type’. This type was evaluated as a factor of regionality, reflecting the unique understanding and interest of local residents who dig into the social problems of the region. The third type was derived ‘local governance type’, which recognized locality in the new regionalist broadcasting contents based on individual and regional identity. In addition, the 4th type was a ‘united regional content type’, and this type recognized locality in content that united regions within a homogeneous social network. The research results are expected to serve as basic data for the expansion of regional broadcasting theory and policies for activating regional broadcasting.

근현대 전북 잡지의 저널리즘 역할과 양상 : 1940-50년대 敎旨(교지)와 文藝誌(문예지)를 중심으로

본 연구는 근현대시대 지역사회에서 발간된 잡지가 지역에서 어떠한 역할을 수행했는지 문헌 검토를 통해 밝혀보고자 하였다. 이에 1940-50년 전북지역에서 발간된 교지와 문예지가 저널리즘의 역할에서 어떠한 방식으로 수행했는지 분석하고자 하였다. 당시 교지와 문예지는 한국사에서 전쟁 전후 시기에 지식인의 문화와 사상의 흐름을 살펴볼 수 있는 중요한 자료로 각 지역을 대표하는 근현대 잡지는 문예지의 창간으로부터 시작되었다고 볼 수 있다. 연구결과 근현대 전북 잡지는 첫째, 지역 기반 정보 교류와 문화의 공론장의 역할을 수행하고 있었다. 둘째, 지역문학의 토대를 이어가는 매체로서의 역할 수행을 하고 있었다. 셋째, 공동체 의식 형성에 기여하고 있었다. 매체가 갖는 고유의 역할과 의미는 시대에 따라 재해석이 될 수 있다. 본 연구는 근현대시대 지역에서 발간된 잡지가 미디어가 수행하는 공론장 형성, 정보 제공, 의식 공유 등의 역할을 수행했음을 밝혀 근현대 잡지의 역할과 기능의 해석을 확장하고자 하였다. This study attempted to reveal through literature review what kind of media the magazine played in the community in the modern and contemporary era. Thus, by analyzing magazines published in Jeonbuk region in 1940-50 era, reinterpretation of the journalism perspective of modern and contemporary Jeonbuk magazines and their role as a medium in the local community were examined. As a result of the study, first, in the modern and contemporary Jeonbuk magazine, it was playing the role of a public forum for regional-based information exchange and culture. Second, it was playing a role as a medium that continued the foundation of local literature. Third, it was contributing to the formation of a sense of community. The unique role and meaning of the medium can be reinterpreted according to the times. This study attempted to expand the role and function of magazines by discovering that magazines published in the modern and contemporary era contributed to the fulfillment of their role as a channel of communication among local residents.

순환골재 치환률에 따른 철근콘크리트보의 최소철근비에 관한 실험적 연구

The purpose of this experimental study is to evaluate flexural behavior of reinforced concrete beams using Recycle Coarse Aggregate (RCA) with the Minimum Reinforcement Ratio (M.R.R) specified in KBC 2009 code equation. In the experiment, nine beam specimens fixed with ρ=0.00352 and design compressive strength of concrete (32MPa) were substituted with 0%, 30%, 50% of RCA and were used with 100%, 75%, 50% of M.R.R. The test value compared with the theoretical value has enough safety margin although theoretical value compared with the code calculation value has not enough safety margin when it is M.R.R of 75% and 50%. Howerever, theoretical value compared with code calculation value has enough safety margin at the M.R.R of 100%.

The objective of this study is to estimate the level of exposure of traffic-related air pollutants (TRAPs) on the pedestrians in Seoul area. The road network's link-based pollutant emission was calculated by using a set of mobile source emission factor package and associated activity information. The population information, which is the number of pedestrian, was analyzed in conjunction with the link-based traffic emissions in order to quantify exposure level by selected 23 spots. We proposed the Exposure Intensity, which is defined by the amount of traffic emission and the population, to quantify the probability of exposure of pedestrian. Link-based traffic NOx and PM emissions vary by up to four times depending on the location of each spot. The Hot-spots is estimated to be around 1.8 times higher Exposure Intensity than the average of the 23 selected spots. The information of Exposure Intensity of each spot allows us to develop localized policies for air quality and health. Even in the same area, the Exposure Intensity over time also shows a large fluctuation, which gives suggestions for establishing site-specific counter-measures.

청소년 인기 웹툰에 나타나는 외모지상주의 현상에 대한 연구

본 연구는 청소년들에게 인기 있는 웹툰에서의 외모 관련 묘사가 청소년의 외모에 대한 인식과 가치관에 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 문제의식을 갖고 청소년 인기 웹툰에서 ‘외모’가 어떻게 묘사되는지 내용분석을 통해 살펴보았다. 연구는 외모의 정도(우월/열등)에 따라 ‘사회적 유용성’과 ‘사회적 차별’이 어떠한 형태로 나타나는지 분석하였다. 연구결과 외모가 우월한 경우 외모가 열등한 경우에 비교해 ‘사회적 유용성’이 높게 나타났으며, 연인관계에서 ‘사회적 유용성’이 가장 높게 나타났다. 반면 외모가 열등한 경우, 외모가 우월한 경우에 비교해 ‘사회적 차별’이 높게 나타났으며, 대인관계에서 ‘사회적 차별’이 가장 높게 나타났다. This study examines how appearance is depicted in popular youth webtoons being conscious of the fact that the images related to appearance in the webtoons, can affect the perception and values of the appearance of youth s who watch them. Particularly, it analyzs social usability and social discrimination appear according to the degree of appearance (superiority / inferiority). The results show that Social usefulness was higher than that of inferiority , Social usefulness was also the highest in lover relationships. On the other hand, when the appearance was inferior, social discrimination was higher than appearance , and social discrimination was the highest in interpersonal relations.
