산업현장에서 많이 사용되고 있는 전력기기에 결함이 발생하면 치명적인 사고로 진전되어 경제적, 인적 손실이 발생될 수가 있다. 본 논문은 GIS에 사용되는 절연가스인 $SF_6$의 압력 변화에 따른 부분방전을 모의하고, 발생되는 부분방전 신호를 절연 진단 방법 중 하나인 UHF법을 이용하여 부분방전 시 방사되는 방사전자파의 스펙트럼을 분석해 금속 이물질이 $SF_6$가스 부분방전에 미치는 영향을 측정하였다. 이러한 연구는 현장 GIS 및 $SF_6$가스절연 전력설비에서 내부압력 변화 시 금속 이물질에 의해 발생되는 절연파괴 사고의 방지에 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 사료된다. The disastrous accident happens and the economic loss comes into being at the power facilities that used a industry site, if the fault comes into being. This paper experiments the partial discharge in the GIS used a $SF_6$ insulation gas by the pressure change. We studied the influence of particles at the partial discharge in a $SF_6$ gas. We use UHF method and measure the partial discharge signal radiation electromagnetic waves and to be happened at the $SF_6$. And we analyzed the influence on the $SF_6$ gas to have the particles which the partial discharge analyzes a spectrum of the radiated electromagnetic waves and comes out. The paper results aided the prevention of breakdown accident that happened by particles when an inside pressure changes at the GIS & the power facilities used $SF_6$ gas.
전압파형을 이용한 트래킹 진전과정 분석방법에 관한 연구

고전기 전자 측정에서 가장 쉽고 정확하게 측정할 수 있는 것이 전압이다. 그래서 우리는 단지 전압만으로 트래킹의 진전과정을 알 수 있는 방법을 연구하였고, 이를 분할-FFT(Partition-FFT)라고 명명하였다. 트래킹은 IEC 60112에서 제안하는 방법과 시험 장비로 모의하였다. 이 때 얻은 전압파형을 분할-FFT로 분석하였고, 그 결과 정상상태에서 트래킹이 일어나기까지의 과정을 6단계로 명확히 구분할 수 있었다. 트래킹 현상은 전기재해의 주요 원인 중 하나이다. 분할-FFT는 오실로스코프와 컴퓨터 소프트웨어에만 의존한다. 따라서 기존의 전기설비에 분할-FFT를 적용한다면 적은 비용과 쉬운 측정으로 트래킹으로 인한 전기재해를 방지할 수 있다. 무엇보다도 분할-FFT는 트래킹 진전과정을 시각적으로 표현해 주기 때문에 일반인들도 쉽게 전기재해 발생 가능성을 판별해 낼 수 있을 것이다. Voltage is generally and exactly measured in the electric and electronic field. So, we studied method for detecting electric equipment faulty state using only electric voltage. It is called the Partition-FFT. Tracking is simulated by method and tester proceed on IEC 60112. We analyze voltage waveforms by tracking tester with Partition-FFT. As the result tracking process is clearly distinguished by 6 steps. Tracking is one of the major reason of electric accidents. The Partition-FFT is using a digital oscilloscope and a computer software. If Partition-FFT analysis is applied to the electricity facilities, We can prevent from happenning electric accidents cause of tacking breakdown with low prices and easy measurment. Most of all, Partition-FFT is system that make a visual tacking process. So, everyone is able to detect to possibility of electric accidents.

This paper presents an operating characteristics of the 5-phase 5kW with developed the surface permanent magnetic synchronous generato (SPMSG) in order to make a study of a polyphase ac motors keeping hold of more advantages. There are shown a amplitude and waveform of the generated electromotive force, in FFT analysis of harmonics, within output voltages, and reviewing a experiment results in no-load test, resistive load, and inductive load using 5-phase induction motor by variable output frequency. The operating characteristics of the developed manufacturing generator include voltage regulation, efficiency, power factor, THD, and so on at rated load.

This paper propose a improved operating characteristics of the 5-phase 5kW within developed the surface permanent mount synchronous generator (SPMSG) in order to make a study of a polyphase ac motors keeping hold of more advantages. The developed manufacturing motor was necessary to do improvement of voltage regulation, efficiency, operating characteristics, and so on at the rated load. There are remake a redesigned and distributed stator winding connection without changing the frames of stator and rotor core in previous established generator by a repeat tests. There are shown a amplitude and waveform of the generated electromotive force, FFT analysis of harmonics within output voltages, and reviewing a experiment results in load of resistive and 5-phase induction motor by variable generator output frequency.

The high frequency inverter to generate the large power high frequency subject to power electronic technology pursuit various applications. Also, in emboss with environmental destruction problem cause the atmosphere and the water pollution to growth of the commercial society, the research in favor of cleaning environmental a pollutant actively proceed. Therefore, this paper describe study on the high frequency pulse power supply. The theoretical results are in good agreement with the experimental ones. The proposed pulse power supply is considerated to be useful for discharge lamp.
대기압 플라즈마 처리에 의한 TAC 필름의 표면에너지 변화

표면의 친수성 작용기 형성과 접촉각 향상을 위하여 대기압 플라즈마를 이용하여 Tri-acetyl-cellulose(TAC) 필름에 대한 표면개질을 연구하였다. TAC 필름의 표면개질 목적으로 대기압에서 플라즈마를 발생시키기 위한 Dielectric barrier discharge(DBD) 구조의 플라즈마 반응기 내에서 이온화된 질소 플라즈마를 사용하였다. 플라즈마 처리 공정변수인 처리속도, 방전전력, 방전 갭 및 질소 가스 유속을 변화시켜가며 접촉각을 측정하여 접촉각과 표면에너지 변화를 검토하였다. 대기압 플라즈마 처리속도 100[㎜/sec], 방전 전력 1.5[㎾], 방전 갭 2[㎜] 및 N₂ 가스유량 140[LPM] 에서 가장 높은 접촉각과 표면에너지 값을 보였다. 표면친수화의 정도는 플라즈마 방전 전력과 처리 시간에 의존하였다. Tri-acetyl-cellulose(TAC) film surface was modified by atmospheric-pressure plasma technique to obtain the hydrophilic functional groups and improve the contact angle. TAC film was modified with N2 plasma ionized in dielectric barrier discharge(DBD) reactor under atmospheric pressure. We measured the change of the contact angle and the surface energy with respect to the plasma treatment conditions such as plasma treatment power, discharge gap and N2 gas flow rate. As the plasma treatment speed of 100[㎜/sec], the plasma treatment power of 1.5[㎾], discharge gap 2[㎜] and the N₂ gas flow rate 140[LPM], the best contact angle and the highest surface energy were obtained. The degree of hydrophilization depended strongly on the plasma-treating time and discharge power.

This paper propose a development of squirrel-cage induction motor(IM) for 5-phase 1.5kW, 220V, 60Hz in order to study a polyphase ac machinery that keep hold of advantages more than traditional three-phase a IM, such as reducing a amplitude of torque pulsation, decreasing electric noises, and increasing the reliability. Designed methods of the motor use a development tools with Maxwell 2D and Simplorer program. There are designed drawing of manufactured frames of the IM. amplitude and waveform of the generated electromotive force, FFT analysis of harmonics within output voltages and current, and reviewing a experiment results are shown by variable output. We are presenting a design and manufacture methods for the 5-phase squirrel-cage IM.
태양의 입사각에 따른 일사강도와 PV 시스템의 발전량 데이터 분석에 관한 연구

The energy of the solar radiation emitted from the Sun to the Earth is different in every season. The intensity of solar radiation depends on weather conditions and the angle of incidence and azimuth, the intensity of solar radiation can also affect solar power generation. In this paper, we are considering the inclination of the PV array installed the pyrometer, recently measured the irradiance of 1 year and analyzed the data. As a result, the inclination angle 30 is the highest. And, we analyzed the monthly trend of power generation quantity from PV systems installed, when designing the PV system, demonstrated that the inclination angle of the array is suitable.
