사회적 가치 구현 사례 비교를 통한 토지관리 방안 연구

전 세계적으로 지역 간 격차, 주거의 불안정, 양극화의 심화 등으로 토지관리에 대한 이슈가 대두되고 있으며 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 국내외에서 사각지대 해소 및 사회통합, 일자리 창출 등의 사회적 가치실현이 어떻게 이루어지는지 비교할 필요성이 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내외 사회적 가치 구현 사례를 비교·검토하고 그 결과를 토대로 토지관리의 사회적 가치 실현 방향성을 제시하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 연구범위는 국내외의 정부와 공공기관으로 한정하였으며, 조사방법은 문헌조사를 통하여 2차 자료를 수집하였으며, 접근방법은 서술적 접근방법과 비교론적 접근방법을 병용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같은 관점에서 도출하고자 한다. 첫째, 사회적 가치의 개념 및 구성요소와 토지관리의 개념, 선행연구 및 비교요인 검토, 둘째, 국내외의 사회적 가치 구현의 사례를 비교요인에 입각하여 비교 및 정리, 셋째, 비교사례의 시사점을 기반으로 핵심요소별 토지관리의 사회적 가치의 구현 방안을 검토하고자 한다. Issues on land management are emerging due to regional gaps, housing instability, and deepening polarization, and it is necessary to present how social values are realized, such as resolving blind spots, social integration, and job creation around the world. Therefore, this study compares and reviews cases of implementing social values at home and abroad and presents directions for realizing social values of land management based on the results. To achieve this research objective, the scope of the research was limited to domestic and foreign governments and public institutions, the survey method collected secondary data through literature surveys, and the approach used both descriptive and comparative approaches. The results of the study are to be derived from the following perspectives: First, the concept and components of social value and the concept of land management, the priorities and comparative factors are reviewed, and second, the examples of domestic and foreign social value implementation are compared, and third, the implications of comparative cases are reviewed.

획기적인 기술의 발전과 초연결·초지능 사회 등장 등의 급변하는 시대적 흐름에 따라 더 빠르고 광범위하게 경제적·사회 전반에 변화가 일어나고 있다. 또한, 국민들에게 보다 나은 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 최근 국내외적으로 사회적 가치에 대한 관심이 증가함에 따라 토지관리의 변화에 따라 사회적 가치가 어떻게 창출되는지 제시될 필요성이 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 토지관리의 변화에 따른 사회적 가치의 현황을 검토하여 미래 토지관리 변화에 따른 사회적 가치 창출 방향을 연구하는 것이다. 연구방법은 이론적 연구와 경험적 연구방법을 적용하고, 자료조사는 문헌적 조사와 인터넷 조사를 중심으로 적용하고자 한다. 또한, 연구결과는 토지관리와 관련된 서비스 제공을 위한 사회적 가치 현황은 무엇이며, 미래의 토지관리의 바람직한 방향과 창출되는 가치를 연구하고자 한다. The rapid changes in the times, such as the development of innovative technologies and the emergence of hyper-connected and super-intelligent societies, are taking place more quickly and broadly across the economy and society. In addition, it is necessary to present how social values are created by changes in land management as interest in social values has recently increased at home and abroad to better serve the people. Therefore, this study examines the current status of social values due to changes in land management and studies the direction of social value creation according to changes in land management in the future. The research method is to apply theoretical research and empirical research method, and the data survey is to be applied mainly to the literature research and the internet research. In addition, the research results suggest what the current status of social values for the provision of services related to land management is, and the desirable direction of land management in the future and the value generated are to be studied.

이 연구에서는 우리나라 국어 교과서 개발에 대한 시사점을 얻기 위해 미국 국어 교과서에 제시된 범교과적 쓰기 활동의 특징을 검토하였다. 미국 국어 교과서에는 범교과적인 제재가 풍부하며, 다른 교과와 연계된 활동들이 제시되어 있고, 범교과적 쓰기 활동이 다양하다는 점이 특징이다. 범교과적 쓰기 활동을 검토해본 결과, 쓰기 수행 과정에서 범교과적 제재에 포함된 풍부한 정보를 활용하도록 유도하고 있었다. 또한, 쓰기 활동과 다른 교과 학습 내용을 연계하는 활동을 제시하여 교과 문식성을 향상시킬 수 있는 기회를 제공하였다. 마지막으로, 다른 교과 특정쓰기 활동을 통해 학문 문식성을 향상시킬 수 있는 기회를 제공하였다. 향후 국어 교과와 다른 교과가 연계된 방식으로 범교과적 쓰기 교육이 이루어져야 하며, 국어 교과서에도 이를 반영한 범교과적 쓰기 활동이 구성되어야 한다. This study examines the characteristics of the cross-curricular writing activities presented in American English Language textbooks in order to gain implications for the development of Korean textbooks. American English Language textbooks are rich in cross-curricular sanctions, exhibited activities linked to other subjects, and characterized by diverse cross-curricular writing activities. As a result of reviewing the cross-curricular activities, we were able to utilize the rich information contained in the comprehensive curriculum during the writing process. In addition, it provided an opportunity to improve the content area literacy of the text by suggesting activities that link writing activities with other curriculum contents. Finally, it provided an opportunity to improve academic literacy through other subject-specific writing activities. In the future, cross-curricular writing education should be done in a way that Korean subjects are connected with other curriculum, and cross-curricular writing activities should be composed in Korean textbooks.

We report the case of a 66-year-old man with a past medical history of hypertension who suffered from the first time syncope. Transthoracic echocardiography showed two echogenic material of interatrial septum. And there is dynamic midventricular obstruction with hyperdynamic left ventricular systolic function. Transesophageal echocardiography showed dumbbell-shaped interatrial septum.

가시파래 분말 첨가 대두 스프레드의 품질 특성 및 항산화성

본 연구에서는 가시파래 분말 0%, 1%, 3%, 5%를 첨가해 대두 스프레드를 제조한 후 가시파래 분말 첨가량에 따른 이화학적 품질 특성 및 항산화성을 측정하였다. 가시파래 첨가량이 증가할수록 스프레드의 수분 함량과 당도 및 환원당은 감소하였다. pH는 가시파래 분말 함량이 증가할수록 감소하였고, 산도는 증가하였다. 색도는 가시파래 첨가량이 증가할수록 명도와 적색도가 감소하였고 황색도는 증가하였다. 클로로필과 피코시아닌은 가시파래를 첨가할수록 증가하였다. 기계적 조직감의 경도는 가시파래의 첨가량이 증가할수록 증가하였다. 항산화 실험의 총 페놀 함량과 총 플라보노이드 함량은 가시파래의 함량이 증가함에 따라 증가하였다. 가시파래를 첨가할수록 DPPH 라디칼 소거능의 IC50값과 SOD 유사 활성의 EC50값은 낮아져 가시파래 분말의 항산화능이 높았다. 관능검사에서는 가시파래 분말을 1%(1.5 g) 첨가한 대두 스프레드가 가장 높은 점수를 받았다. 이와 같은 결과를 통해 가시파래 분말을 첨가한 대두 스프레드의 항산화능이 우수하고 기호도를 증가시킨다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 관능검사의 맛과 향을 고려하였을 때 가시파래 분말을 1% 첨가해 제조하는 것이 적당할 것이라고 생각하며, 건강 기능성 식품으로 개발 가능하다고 생각한다. This study evaluated the physicochemical properties and antioxidant activities of soybean spread containing 0%, 1%, 3%, or 5% Enteromorpha prolifera. As the content of E. prolifera increased, the degree of moisture (%) decreased, and the sugar content (°Brix) and reducing sugar content (%) decreased. The pH decreased, and the acidity increased with increasing amount of E. prolifera. On the Hunter color system, the L (lightness) and a (redness) decreased, and b (yellowness) increased as the more E. prolifera was added. The C-phycocyanin, allophycocyanin, and total phycocyanin content increased with increasing E. prolifera. The chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, and total chlorophyll content also increased. The textural properties by a texture analyzer showed that the hardness of 5% showed higher values than soybean spread without E. prolifera. The total phenols, flavonoids, superoxide dismutase-like activities, and 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl radical scavenging activities of the antioxidant activities increased with increasing addition of E. prolifera. In the preference test, soybean spread containing 1% E. prolifera received higher scores for overall preference. Based on these results, the antioxidant activities of the soybean spread with E. prolifera powder were considered excellent and increased with increasing amount of E. prolifera.
