        PPAR-$\gamma$ 조절을 통한 여택통기탕(麗澤通氣湯)의 항알레르기와 항염증 효과

        Objectives : The aim of this study is to investigate the antiallergic effects of YTT on allergic rhinitis by regulation of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma (PPAR-$\gamma$). Methods : The thirty rats were divided into three groups : normal group, control (allergic rhinitis elicited) group, sample (Yeotaectonggi-tang treated after allergic rhinitis elicitation) group. To induce allergic rhinitis in control group and sample group, rats were sensitized intraperitoneally with 0.1% ovalbumin(OVA) solution 3 times at intervals of 1 week. Then intranasal sensitization was performed by diffusing 0.1% ovalbumin(OVA) solution 3 times at intervals of 2 days. After that time rats in sample group were oral administration treated by YTT for 7days. The change of the amounts of eosinophil, substance P, MIP-2, PPAR-$\gamma$, IL-4, iNOS were observed in each group. we used the statistical method of ANOVA test(p<0.05). Results : The number of eosinophil in sample group noticeably decreased than control group. And the decrease of substance P and MIP-2 positive reaction were observed in mucosa. YTT inhibited IL-4 and iNOS production, mucus secretion, activation of mast cells and fibrosis remodeling by regulation of PPAR-$\gamma$ activation. Conclusion : According to the above results, it is considered that YTT mitigated mucosa damage on the mice model with allergic rhinitis by regulation of PPAR-$\gamma$.

        아토피 피부염에서 유전자 연구와 사상체질의학적 접근의 상관성에 관한 문헌적 고찰

        Objectives: The objective of this study is to investigate the correlation between genetic studies on atopic dermatitis. sasang constitution, and sasang constitional study on atopic dermatitis. Methods: We retrieved data on PubMed for the papers of genetic study on atopic dermatitis. And for the papers on genetic study of sasang constitution and sasang constitional study of atopic dermatitis, we referred to papers have reported on domestic medical journal and domestic korean medicine journal. And we investigated correlations among the studies. Results: 1. There are two studies on genetic study on atopic dermatitis. One has been performed to find out genes related to atopic dermatitis by case-control study. The other has been to investigate the correlation between atopic dermatitis and the genes their functions were well-known. 2. Gene study on sasang constitution was performed to observe the distribution of the genes which is related with characteristics of sasang constitution, but there was no significant maldistribution of the genes. 3. There was no correlation between genetic study on atopic dermatitis and genetic study on sasang constitution. Conclusion & Discussion: In the Sasang constitutional study of atopic dermatitis, it seems that further studies on genes related to characteristics of skin, character affecting on behavior, and neurobiological difference among Sasang constitution are required as well as studies on distribution of genes related atopic dermatitis.

        반도체 광증폭기의 상호 이득 변조를 이용한 2.5 Gbps 다채널 가변형 파장변환기

        본 논문에서는 파장 분할 다중화 방식 광통신에의 적용을 목적으로 하는 다채널 가변형 파장 변환기(Wavelnength Convertor)를 구성하여 이의 성능을 분석하였다. 파장 변환기는 반도체 광증폭기(SOA : Semiconductor Optical Amplifier)의 상호 이득 변조(XGM : Cross Gain Modulation) 특성을 이용한 파장 변환 방식이 이용되었다. 2.5 Gbps 광통신 기반 100 CHz의 채널 간격을 갖는 다채널 신호들에 대한 파장 변환 성능을 측정, 분석하였다. 본 파장 변환기의 상호 이득 변조 성능을 측정한 결과, 소광비(Extinction Ratio)와 비트 오류율(BER : Bit Error Rate) 등의 검증에서 2.5 Gbps 기반의 파장 분할 다중화 방식 광통신에 사용하기에 충분한 성능을 보였으며, 이를 통해 최근 개발된 상호 위상 변조 방식(XPM Cross Phase Modulation)의 다채널 파장 변환기와 비교해 상대적으로 간단한 구조를 가지고 제작 및 변조 효율에 우위를 보이는 파장 변환기로서 대체될 수 있음을 밝힌다. A new structure of tunable wavelength converter based on XCM in SOA was tried and analyzed. This converter used single SOA and had very simple structure. In this paper, results were experimentally obtained and demonstrated. Pump signal was generated with NRZ $(PRBS\;2^{31}-1)$ and data rate 2.5 Gbps. WDM multi conveted signals showed more than 8.3 dB extinction ratio. For BER performance, all these converted signals had within 5.0 dB power penalty compared with the pump signal. With these results, we showed that this converter was suitable for 2.5 Gbps WDM multi-channel wavelength converting.

        방풍통성산(防風通聖散)이 아토피 피부염을 유발한 동물모델의 피부 손상에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : Atopic dermatitis has a close relationship with damage of skin barrier function. To investigate the effects of Bangpungtongsungsan(BT) extract to the skin damage on mice model after atopic dermatitis elicitation, this study was done through forcing injury to mice's skin. Methods : The BALB/c mice were distributed into three groups: control(CON) group, atopic dermatitis(AD)-elicited group, Bangpungtongsungsan(BT)-treated group. AD-elicited and BT-treated group were caused AD according to the method of Christophers E., Mrowietz and Minehiro. The BT extract was administered for 48 hours to BT-treated group. We observed changes of external dermal formation, eosinophils in vasculature, lipid formation in stratum corneum, distribution of ceramide, distribution of capillary, $I{\kappa}B$ kinase(IKK) and induce nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) mRNA expression. We used the statistical methods of student t-test(p<0.05). Results : After dispensing BT extract into the AD-elicited group, the number of eosinophil as an atopic index in mice noticeably decreased and dermal injury decreased. Also the decrease of hyperplasia, degranulated mast cells, angiogenesis and substance P were shown. The lipid lamellae, lipid protect formation, were repaired and the distribution of ceramide which inhibit protein kinase C(PKC) activation increased, and the PKC caused inhibition of nuclear $factor(NF)-{\kappa}B$ activation. As a result of inhibition of $NF-{\kappa}B$ activation, iNOS production were inhibited and apoptotic cell were increased. Moreover the decrease of IKK and iNOS mRNA expression in BT-treated RAW 264.7 cell were noted. Conclusion : BT mitigated skin damage on mice model after atopic dermatitis elicitation through recovering skin barrier function and inhibiting nuclear $factor(NF)-{\kappa}B$ activation.

        SAD 알고리즘을 이용한 소형표적 검출속도 개선

        본 논문에서는 소형표적의 검출속도를 개선하기 위하여, SAD 알고리즘을 이용한 소형 표적 검출 방법을 제안한다. 먼저 미디언 필터를 사용해서 클러터를 제거한다. 다음으로 다양한 크기의 구조 요소를 이용해 닫힘 연산과 열림 연산을 수행하고, 닫힘 연산 결과와 열림 연산 결과를 차 연산 하여 표적 후보 화소를 추출한다. 정확한 소형 표적을 검출하기 위해 표적 후보 영역에서 가우시안 거리 함수를 이용하여 표적을 검출한다. 검출 속도를 개선하기 위하여 다음 7프레임에서는 표적의 방향성을 예측한 후, SAD알고리즘을 이용해서 표적을 검출한다. 제안한 방법은 예측된 영역에서만 표적을 추출함으로써 97%의 검출율을 나타내며, 실시간 처리가 가능한 장점을 가지고 있다. We propose a method for improving detection speed of small target detection system using SAD algorithm. First, the proposed method deletes clutters using a median filter. Next, it does closing and opening operation using various size of structure elements, and extracts candidate pixels for a target with subtraction operation between the results of closing and opening operation. It finally detects a small target using a gaussian distance function from the candidate pixels. To improve detection speed, it detects a target performing SAD algorithm only for the predicted target areas for next every 7 frames. The proposed method not only enables a real time process because it considers only predicted area but also shows detecting rate of 97%.

        추천은 고객 유지에 항상 영향을 주는가?

        Recommendation gives an important impact on consumer’s decision making. At that time, consumers" personal mindsets and environmental factors play a role to determine the effect of recommendation. This study intended to observe which role such surrounding factors were playing in the situation of recommendation. The purpose of this study was, firstly, to compare the effect of the recommendation from the friends and family with the effect of recommendation from media, who had a difference of social distance, and secondly to verify the congruency effect between social distance and temporal distance based on the construal level theory. Thirdly, it intended to verify the congruence of socio-temporal distance to be controlled by cultural background, the external factor (i.e., individualism culture and collectivism culture)and the internal factor (i.e., consumer’s involvement). While the existing studies on the effect of congruence have overlooked the role of external factors, this study would complement the limit of such studies. Hence, the studies on the construal level theory for the effect of congruence and the studies on involvement and culture were examined, and a relevant hypothesis was produced. In order to attain such goal, this study intended to explain the effect of the difference measured by cultural background with the consumer’s survey data collected in the United States, Japan and China.

        During the manufacturing and the service life of Au?Al wire bonded electronic packages, the ball bonds experience elevated temperatures and hence accelerated thermal diffusion reactions that promote the transformation of the Au?Al phases and the IMC growth. In this paper, the IC under high temperature storage (HTS) tests at 175℃, 200℃, and 250℃ are meticulously investigated. Thermal exposure resulted in the IMC growth, Kirkendall void and the crack of the Au?Al phases. The crack propagation occurs resulting in the failure of the Au?Al ball bonds. As the IC was exposed at the high temperature, decreased in the lifetime.

        한국인 궤양성 대장염 환자의 진단 과정

        N/A Background : In Korea, the incidence of ulcerative colitis has been very low, but there are few pidemiologic studies about ulcerative colitis. The aim of the present study is to obtain basic epidemiologic information about the diagnostic course of ulcerative colitis in Korea. Methods : The diagnostic course and methods of 150 patients with ulcerative colitis were analyzed by standard questionnaire and interview. Results : The median time between the onset of symptoms and diagnosis was 5 months (2 weeks-10 years). The initial diagnosis made at the institution first visited was ulcerative colitis in 31.3%, hemorrhoid in 16.7%, dysentery in 8.7%, irritable bowel syndrome in 9.3%, enteritis in 12.0%, and others in 22.0%. The diagnostic rate of ulcerative colitis among institutions was 13.0% in clinics (14/108), 28.6% in hospitals (8/28), 47.9% in general hospitals (23/48), and 83.3% in academic medical centers (105/126). Among 39 patients who have received both barium study and endoscopic evaluation at the time of diagnosis at Asan Medical Center, the overall sensitivity of barium study was 76.9% (30/39) (p=0.001). Depending on the extent of the disease, the diagnostic sensitivity of barium study was 50.0% in proctitis (5/10), 69.2% in left-sided colitis (9/13), and 100% in extensive colitis (16/16).

        텐서그리티 구조 형태를 바탕으로 한 금속 조형 연구

        기하는 건축과 미술을 포괄한 만물현상의 기본 구성요소가 되고 있으며, 기하의 근원성으로부터 자유로울 수 없다는 점은 건축과 미술의 공통된 특성이라 할 수 있다. 기원전 6세기경 피타고라스에 의해 논리적 학문으로 정립된 기하학은 고대로부터 인간 생활 전반에 걸쳐 사용되어 왔으며, 그 논리적 체계는 과거부터 현재까지 건축 설계를 질서 있고도 조직적으로 이끄는 절대적인 요소로 작용하고 있디. 이러한 기하 형태는 건축 속 기본 뼈대가 되는 ‘구조’와 함께 본인의 작업 속에서도 공간 형태를 구축시키는 요소로 작용하고 있으며, 조형의 원리를 바탕으로 재구성되는 과정을 거쳐 입체적인 3차원의 형태로 표현되고 있다. 건축적 시각과 방법론을 차용하고 응용하는 활용법은 현대미술에서 많이 시도되고 있으며, 이러한 시도는 미술의 전통적 범위에서 벗어나 새로운 기능성을 열어주는 요소로 작용하고 있다. 건축과 미술의 관계를 분석하다 보면, 두 장르는 공통점과 차이점을 동시에 갖는데 이런 양면성의 적절한 응용과 해석 여하에 따라 예술에 있어서의 창작 가능성은 더 풍부해질 수 있음을 알 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 여러 건축물들 중 텐서그리티 구조와 인장에 의해 완성되는 구조 형태를 바탕으로 이를 조형화 하는 작업이 진행되었으며, 공간형태와 이를 실현하는 구조와의 연관성, 형태에 작용하는 힘의 흐름과 균형에 관한 연구가 이루어졌다. 작업 속 주재료로 쓰이는 스테인레스 스틸선은 텐션(Tension)이라는 금속 선재의 특성을 극대화하는 역할을 하고 있으며, 방향성과 운동감을 가지며 공간 속에서의 리듬감이라는 조형적 효과를 연출하고 있다. 또한 광원에 따라 연출되는 시각적 질감을 효과적으로 연출할 수 있는 매개체로 작용한다. 이번 연구를 통하여 본 연구자는 긴장감이 느껴지는 텐서그리티 구조에 의해 발생하는 힘과 형태를 완성시키는 구조적 해결을 통한 조형을 실현할 수 있었다. 또한 서로 다른 장르인 건축과 미술이 상대방의 관점에서 차용될 경우 융합의 과정을 통한 상호보완적인 결과물을 얻게 되는 기능성을 확인할 수 있었다. One of the common points between architecture and art is that it can't be free from the origin of geometry and this geometry that works as the most basic medium becomes the basic component of all things' phenomena apart from architecture and art. Geometry has been used widely in human life from ancient times and in around the 6th century B. C., based on the establishment to a logical study by Pythagoras it had already established the logical system Before Christ. The logical system of this geometry has been working as the absolute factor to lead the architectural design orderly and systematically from the past to the present. The form conception in my work started from the geometric factors working in architecture and is expressed in a three-dimensional from after recomposition based on the formative principle. In contemporary art, the utilization method to borrow and apply architectural viewpoint and methodology is commonly tried. This trial works as a factor to open a new possibility beyond the traditional scope of art. When the relationship of architecture and art is analyzed, the two genres have common points and differences simultaneously and it can be known that appropriate application and interpretation of this double-sidedness can enrich the creative possibility in art. The research and analysis of this thesis focused on bridge structure completed by tensegrity and tension among various structures and the work to develop it to molding progressed. The stainless wire used as a main material in work becomes a medium to efficiently produce visual feel according to a light source. This plays a role in maximizing the characteristics of metal wire of tension and produces formative effect of rhythm in space through a sense of direction and motion. From this study, this researcher could realize molding through the structural solution to complete power and forms caused by tensegrity structure. Furthermore, in case of borrowing other architecture and genres of art in the creative aspect from counterpart's viewpoint, it could confirm that the third lift tendency beyond the border of genre could be understood.

        Influence of Regularization Parameter on Algebraic Reconstruction Technique

        환자의 병변 진단에 효과적인 CT 검사가 광범위하게 실시되고 있어, 방사선 피폭이 매우 크게 증가하였다. 환자의 피폭 선량을 줄이기 위해 다양한 방법이 강구되고 있고, 영상재구성 측면에서 반복 재구성 기법이 적용되고 있다. 반복 재구성 기법 중 대수적 재구성 기법의 정규화 인자에 대한 재구성된 단면 영상의 품질을 정규화 제곱평균제곱근 오차를 이용하여 조사하였다. 프로그램은 Visual C++로 작성하였으며 평행 빔하에서 512 × 512 크기의 Shepp-Logan 두부 팬텀, 360장의 투영 영상, 1024개의 검출기 픽셀을 적용하였고, 전방투영과 역투영에 Joseph 방법을 사용하였다. 0.09-0.12의 정규화 인자에서 10회 반복으로 최소의 N RMS값 0.108을 얻었고 0.1% 및 0.2%의 잡음에 대해 8회 및 6회에서 최적의 영상을 보였다. 사용하는 팬텀 에 따라 최적화된 값의 변동이 관찰되어 ART를 사용할 경우 정규화 인자에 대해서는 case-by-case로 최적의 값을 찾아야 한다는 것을 알 수 있다. 대수적 재구성 기법에서 최적의 정규화 인자를 발견함으로써 단면 영상을 획득하는데 걸리는 시간을 단축할 수 있을 것이다. Computed tomography has widely been used to diagnose patient disease, and patient dose also increase rapidly. To reduce the patient dose by CT, various techniques have been applied. The iterative reconstruction is used in view of image reconstruction. Image quality of the reconstructed section image through algebraic reconstruction technique, one of iterative reconstruction methods, was examined by the normalized root mean square error. The computer program was written with the Visual C++ under the parallel beam geometry, Shepp-Logan head phantom of 512 × 512 size, projections of 360, and detector-pixels of 1,024. The forward and backward projection was realized by Joseph method. The minimum NRMS of 0.108 was obtained after 10 iterations in the regularization parameter of 0.09-0.12, and the optimum image was obtained after 8 and 6 iterations for 0.1% and 0.2% noise. Variation of optimum value of the regularization parameter was observed according to the phantom used. If the ART was used in the reconstruction, the optimal value of the regularization parameter should be found in the case-by-case. By finding the optimal regularization parameter in the algebraic reconstruction technique, the reconstruction time can be reduced.
