The purpose of this study is improving the convenience of the disabled who use accommodation in recreational facilities. Rooms and accommodations are essentially requied facilities in recreational facilities. In order to derive the direction of improvement, it would be identified problems of the disabled who feel uncomfortable using accommodation and analyze features and space which rooms should have. Survey is limited professional recreation, general recreation, and national natural forest defined 『The law of tourism』, with accommodation facilities to be able to stay. One of professional recreation, two of general recreation, six of national natural forest were chosen. It is also proposed directions of system and servicies, spatial configuration, room information, the direction of evacuation plans of room facilities through tracking analysis about available rooms space, configuration analysis, and a flat space analysis, amenities of room facilities.

Canine influenza virus (CIV) is an emerging pathogen that causes severe and acute respiratory disease in dogs. In 2006, the H3N2 CIV was first identified in dogs from Guangdong province in China. The nine isolates were grouped together with the canine H3N2 viruses isolated from dogs and cats in Korea. The possible interspecies transmission of influenza A virus is very important. We carried out a serological retrospective study using invited canine serum. The hospital invited 123 dogs, first vaccination group were revealed with CIV antibody positive rate of 81.8%. the second vaccination group were detected a positive rate of 91.2%. Antibody generation rate was higher in 3∼10 years dogs. Protective antibody titers were detected from 2 weeks to 12 months. thereafter below the protective antibody. The results indicate that H3N2 CIV may have been consistently circulating in dog populations. Recently. These findings showed that H3N2 CIV has the capacity to replicate in and transmit among cohoused dogs and underscore the need for continued public health surveillance. Considering the result continuous management and prevention system against CIV is required at the concentrated animal care centers. The importance of CIV surveillance in this region for understanding the genesis of this virus, and it is important to remain aware of the potential of H3N2 CIV to be transmitted from dogs to the human population.
울산지역의 개 디스템퍼 및 파보 장염의 항체보유 실태 조사

The results from a total of 412 blood samples consisted of 187 samples from regular visiting group (RV), 94 samples from first visiting group (FV), 52 samples from abandoned group (A), 54 samples from special breeder group (SB), and 25 samples from preliminary breeder group (PB) showed that RV(94.7%) and SB(88.9%) groups had the higher levels of protective antibody, but PB (36.0%) group revealed the lowest level. Among 96 blood samples with lower protective antibody levels, 14 samples (14.6%), 72 samples (75.0%) and 10 samples (10.4%) were below the protective antibody levels to distemper/parvo-virus, distemper only and parvovirus only, respectively. These results implied that antibody to parvovirus was well generated than that to distemper. Eighty six samples (20.9%) showed the protective antibody titer under 1:96 to distemper and 24 samples (5.8%), the protective antibody titer under 1:40 to parvovirus.
동물(動物)에 있어서 Yersinia속균(屬菌)의 분포(分布)와 특성(特性)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)

This paper deals with the distribution of Yersinia spp. isolated from the feces or the cecal contents of 1,755 pigs, 558 cows, 428 pigs slaughtered, 271 dogs slaughtered and 91 deer during the period of March 1985 to February 1986. Isolated Yersinia spp. were examined for serotype, biotype and antibiotic susceptibility of Y. enterocolitica. The results were as follows; One hundred and fourty-three stains of Yersinia spp. were isolated from 141(4.5%) out of 3,103 animals examined and their isolates were identified as Y. enterocolitica(138 strains), Y. kristensenii (3 strains), Y. intermedia(1 strain) and Y. pseudotuberculosis(1 strain). Yersinia spp. were isolated from 122(7.0%) of 1,755 pigs in piggeries, 15(3.5%) of 428 pigs slaughtered and 4(1.5%) of 271 dogs slaughtered, but no Yersinia spp. were isolated from cows and deer. The isolation rate of Yersinia spp. in pigs ranged from 5.9~8.0% in piggeries, it was higher in summer and autumn and highest in fattening pigs groups(10.4%), especially. One hundred and thirty-eight Y. enterocolitica isolates belonged to serotype 0 : 3(95 strains), 0 : 8(13 strains), 0 : 5(7 strains), 0 : 9(6 strains), 0 : 1, 2(1 strain) and untypable(16 strains), among them strains of serotype 0 : 3 biotype 3B(91 strains) were predominant. Antibiotic susceptibility test of 138 isolates of Yersinia spp. was performed by the agar dilution method, using 8 antibiotics as follows: ampicillin(Am), chloramphenicol, kanamycin, nalidixic acid(Na), rifampicin(Rf), streptomycin, sulfadimethoxine(Su) and tetracycline. All the strains tested were susceptible to Rf and Na, but resistant to Su, and 136 strains(98.6%) were also resistant to Am.
경주지방의 경주개 동경이(무미 또는 단미 형태의 개) 에서 혈액상 분석에 대한 실태조사

Investigations for hematologic and biochemical values for Gyeongju DongGyeong dogs were performed. This study were conducted to determine normal blood and serum chemical values on DongGyeong dogs. Normal blood and serum chemical values were studied in 47 healthy dogs (male 28, female 19). The hematologic and serum chemistry results were confirmed by age, sex, shape of tail. The hematological values showed no difference from Korea native dogs. The hematocrit values (49.0±8.1(%)) of DongGyeong dogs (2-3 years group) were significantly higher than other dogs. The mean levels of MCV (61.6±3.8(?m3)) in DongGyeong dogs were lower than general dogs. The levels of cholesterol(220±80.5(mg/dl)) and inorganic phosphorus (3.6±1.0 (mg/dl)) of DongGyeong dogs (2~3 years group) were significantly higher than Korea native dogs. Totally concentration of triglyceride (66.2±17.0 (mg/dl)) of DongGyeong dogs were significantly lower than Korea native dogs. The mean values of BUN were increased with age but no significantly. In conclusion, data obtained from this study may be valuable as a standard for interpretation of the results in hematologic and biochemical analysis of Gyeongju DongGyeong dog populations.
경주지방의 무미 또는 단미 형태의 개(경주개 동경이)의 혈청 단백질의 분획에 대한 실태조사

Serum proteins of Korean native dogs (Gyeongju DongGyeong dogs) was analyzed by capillary electrophoresis system. Electrophoretic patterns showed six fractions. Total serum protein and ratio of albumin to globulin were 5.99±0.83 (g/dl) and 1.41±0.29 (g/dl) in DongGyeong dogs. Relative percentages of total serum albumin and α-1, α-2, β-1, β-2, γ-globulin fraction were 57.94±5.43, 3.15±2.30, 7.49±4.09, 9.43 ±3.50, 7.63±5.70, and 14.36±7.63, respectively. It was observed that β-globulin was higher than other fractions. The most striking alternation with age was founded in the γ-fractions. Also, it was observed that ratios of albumin to globulin in DongGyeong dogs were higher than on other dogs.

Even though there is an increasing recognition that the disability comes from the ambient environment and the increasing number of the disabled population, the housing environment for disabled people has not improved, though, having the existing inconvenient housing situation as it was before, Accordingly, have studied on the current situation of domestic housing adaptation projects to find out their problems and limits. Also studied on foreign housing support systems find out the operation system and organization factors which can be utilized when the housing adaptation support system is introduced. As this study has focused on the systematic support such as operation system in housing adaptation but not handled on the physical solutions such as the standard and method of housing adaptation, it has some limits as far as the comprehensive support system is concerned.
