이 연구에서는 3D 프린팅 복합재료의 레올로지 특성과 출력 패턴에 따른 적층 시험체의 압축강도 특성을 평가하였다. 레올로지 측정결과, 압출 후 60분 후부터 급격한 재료 변화가 나타났으며, 배합직후 대비 1.4배 높은 항복응력과 14.94~25.62% 낮은 소성점도를 나타내었다. 실린더 몰드에 제작한 시험체와 적층 시험체의 압축강도를 비교하였으며, 적층 시험체의 출력패턴은 0°, 45°, 90°를 변수로 하였다. 재령 1~28일까지의 몰드 타설 시험체와 적층 시험체의 압축강도는 출력 패턴과 관계없이 유사한 성능을 나타내었다. 특히, 재령 28일에서는 모든 시험체의 초기 접선탄성계수와 최고 압축강도 및 최대 응력 시 변형률은 거의 동일하게 나타났다. X-ray CT분석을 통한 적층 시험체의 계면 분석결과, 압축강도 측정 후의 시험체의 적층 계면에서의 균열이 발생하지 않은 것을 확인하였으며, 이는 적층 시험체 내의 각각의 계면이 일체화 거동을 한 것으로 판단할 수 있다. In this study, the rheological characteristics and of 3D printing composite materials and the compressive strength characteristics according to the lamination patterns were evaluated. As a result of rheology test, rapid material change was observed after 60 minutes of extrusion, yielding stress 1.4 times higher than immediately after mixing, and plastic viscosity was 14.94-25.62% lower. The compressive strength of the specimens manufactured in the mold and the laminated specimens were compared, and the lamination pattern of the laminated specimens were 0°, 45°, and 90° as variables. The compressive strength of the mold casting specimen and the laminated specimen from 1 to 28 days of age showed similar performance regardless of the lamination pattern. In particular, at the age of 28 days, the modulus of elasticity, maximum compressive strength, and strain at maximum stress of all specimens were almost the same. In order to analyze the interface of the laminated specimens, X-ray CT analysis of the specimen whose compressive strength were measured was performed. Through CT analysis, it was confirmed that cracks did not occur at the lamination interface, which can be judged that the interface in the laminated specimen behaved in an integrated manner.

N/A Objectives : To examine the cytotoxicity and the effect of Aconiti Radix(AR) on oxygen free radicals in cultured myocardial cells of neonatal rat. Methods : Toxic effect was measured by MTT assay after myocardial cells were incubated for 4 hours in the media containing 10-40 PM concentrations of H202. In addition, the protective effect of AR was determined in these cultures. Results : Cell viability was positively decreased in a dose-dependent manner after exposure of 30 μM H₂O₂to cultured rat myocardial cells for 4 hours. In the protective effect, AR prevented the H₂O₂-induced cytotoxicity in these cultures. Conclusion : From these results, it suggests that H₂O₂has cytotoxicity in cultured rat myocardial cells and AR blocked the cytotoxicity induced by H₂O₂.

구비설화를 활용한 출생가족 내 형제자매갈등 상담 프로그램 개발 -어머니의 성차별로 인한 남매갈등-

본 논문에서는 출생가족 내 형제자매갈등 중 ‘어머니의 성차별로 인한 갈등’에 한정하여 연구를 진행하였다. 여기서는 어머니의 성차별로 인한 남매 갈등 설화의 양상을 살펴보고, 실제 내담자를 대상으로 한 상담에 설화가 어떻게 활용될 수 있을지 확인해 보았다. 2장에서는 어머니의 성차별로 인한 남매갈등에 활용될 수 있는 설화군을 제시해보았는데, [오뉘 힘내기, 아들 편든 어머니] 설화군, [오뉘 힘내기, 동생 걱정한 누이] 설화군, <이성계와 변시열 장군>, <오누이의 절 짓기, 못 막기 시합(2)>, <불국사와 오누이>, [불가사리] 설화군이 여기에 해당될 수 있었다. 그리고 각 설화군과 설화에서 보이는 남매갈등의 양상을 정리하여 보았다. 3장에서는 이 설화군, 혹은 설화를 대상으로 실제 내담자를 대상으로 한 상담을 진행하였다. 그 결과 해당 설화군, 혹은 설화는 내담자가 처한 인간 관계 속에서 내담자 본인의 자기서사를 이끌어내고, 내담자가 설화 속 인물들의 삶을 통해 객관적으로 자신의 문제를 바라볼 수 있게 하며, 내담자 본인의 관점에서 설화를 해석하고 자신의 상황에 맞게 수정해 나간다는 것을 확인해볼 수 있었다. 또 [오뉘 힘내기, 아들 편든 어머니] 설화군에서 [오뉘 힘내기, 동생 걱정한 누이] 설화군에서 실패의 요인을 찾아 해결방안을 제시한다면, 그것은 둘 중 하나이다. 한쪽이 더 이상 주장하지 않는 부재의 상태가 되든지, 아니면 대화를 통해 소통하는 것이다. 이런 의미에서 <최장수와 누나의 힘>이라는 설화는 남매간의 소통을 보여주는 중요한 작품서사가 될 수 있다. In this paper, the study was conducted only on conflicts caused by gender discrimination of mothers among sibling conflicts in birth families. Here, I looked at the aspects of the story of sibling conflict caused by the mother's gender discrimination, and how the story can be used in counseling for actual clients. Chapter 2 presents a folktale-cycle that can be utilized in addressing sibling conflicts caused by the mother's gender discrimination. These include Sibling Competition and Mother's Favouritism folktale-cycle, Sibling Competition and Sister's Care folktale-cycle, < Lee Seong-gye and General Byun Yeol-sa >, < Onui's making a temple and a nail-blocking competition(2) >, < Bulguksa Temple and Onui >, Bulgasari’ Monster folktale-cycle. In addition, I also summarized the aspects of sibling conflict observed in each folktale-cycle and folktale. In Chapter 3, counseling was conducted on actual clients for this folktale-cycle or folktale. As a result, it was confirmed that the folktale-cycle or folktale elicits the client's own narrative in the client's human relationship, allows the client to objectively look at his or her problems through the lives of the characters in the story, and interprets the narrative from his or her own perspective and corrects it to his or her situation. In addition, if the Sibling Competition and Sister's Care folktale-cycle finds the factors of failure and suggests a solution, it is one of the two. Either one side is in a state of absence that no longer asserts its rights, or it is communicating through dialogue. In this sense, the folktale of The Power of Choi Jang-soo and Sister can be an important narrative that demonstrates communication between siblings.

신문 광고 어휘의 계량 연구 -개화기 국문 신문을 중심으로-

This study is to purpose the analysis of the lexicon used in the newspaper advertisement during the time of enlightenment as the quantitative way and the definition about the aspect of distribution of part of speech·type of words in the lexicon of advertisement. The arrangement of examined result until now is as following. The subject of investigation and the way of investigation decided first to analyze the lexicon of advertisement as the quantitative way have been examined in chapter 2. Newspapers included in the subject of the investigation are <Doknip Shinmun>, <Maeil Shinmun>, <Chekook Shinmun>, <Daehan Maeil Shinbo>. The material of advertisement was adopted to the way of sample survey performed as the statistical procedure around the sample of uniform cost above newspapers. Also, the survey unit in the lexicon of advertisement is around the basic form. The classification in the part of speech was based on 9 parts of speech, and postposition was excluded. The aspect of distribution in the part of speech·the type of words was examined in chapter 3. The number of whole lexicons in the newspaper advertisement during the time of enlightenment was 11,430, and individual lexicons was 2,798. The nouns of 6,704 were investigated the most highly, and the verbs of 2,479 and the determiner of 910 were followed the next in the whole lexicon of the part of speech. The nouns of 1,793 were investigated the most highly in the individual lexicon. The nexts investigated were verbs of 647, and adjective of 142. Therefore, the order in the whole lexicon of part of speech was noun was noun > verb > determiner > adverb and the order in the individual lexicon was noun> verb> adjective> adverb. Sino-Korean words of 6,308 were investigated the most highly in the whole lexicon of the type of words, and the nexts were native tongues of 3,721 and hybrid words of 1,378. Sino-Korean words were also investigated the most highly in the individual lexicon, and the nexts were native tongue > hybrid word > loanword.
