경영자의 과신성향이 원가행태에 미치는 영향:제조업과 비제조업을 중심으로

[연구목적] 본 연구는 경영자의 과신성향이 기업의 원가행태에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 제조업과 비제조업을 실증비교분석을 실시하여 원가행태의 차이를 분석하였다. [연구방법] 본 연구의 표본은 2003년부터 2019년간 13,321개의 기업으로 분석하였고, 주요변수인 경영자의 과신성향은 Schrand and Zechman(2012)의 연구를 바탕으로 측정하였고, 원가행태는 Anderson et al.(2003)의 연구를 활용하여 분석하였다. [연구결과] 첫째, 경영자의 과신성향이 높은 기업일수록 하방경직성을 보이는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 제조업과 비제조업과의 차이를 분석하였는데 제조업보다 비제조업에서 과신 성향이 원가의 하방경직성에 더 큰 영향을 보이는 것으로 확인되었다. [연구의 시사점] Schrand and Zechman(2012)의 과신성향 측정치로 원가의 하방경직성을 확인하였고, 선행연구들에서 확인하지 못한 과신성향이 판매비와 관리비에도 하방경직성을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 본 연구에서는 Schrand and Zechman(2012)의 과신성향 측정치 뿐만 아니라 Malmendier and Tate(2005), Ahmed and Duellman(2013)의 과신성향측정치를 함께 분석함으로서 각각의 측정치 국내외 선행연구들과의 방향성을 확인하는 최초의 연구이다. [Purpose] This study identified the impact of managerial overconfidence on the company’s cost stickiness and conducted an empirical comparison analysis of the manufacturing and non-manufacturing industries in the market to differences in cost stickiness. [Methodology] The sample of this study was analyzed by 13,321 companies from 2003 to 2019, measured based on the study of Schrand and Zechman (2012), and the asymmetric cost stickiness was analyzed using Anderson et al. (2003). [Findings] First, it was analyzed that companies with higher overconfidence tendencies of managers show higher cost stickiness. Second, the difference between manufacturing and nonmanufacturing was analyzed, and it was found that the overconfidence trend in nonmanufacturing had a greater effect on the downward rigidity of cost compared to manufacturing. [Implications] The downward rigidity of the cost was identified by Schrand and Zechman (2012)’s Management’s Overconfidence measures, and the Management’s Overconfidence rigidity, which was not identified in prior studies, could be confirmed even in sales and management costs. It is also the first study to confirm the direction of each measurement with prior domestic and international studies by analyzing the over-the-counter measures of Malmendier and Tate (2005), Ahmed and Duellman (2013), as well as Schrand and Zechman (2012).

성별차이에 따른 스피드 스케이트 최대하 운동시 심박수 반응 비교

이 연구는 남녀 엘리트 스피드 스케이트 선수를 대상으로 안정시 심박수, 그리고 최대강도의 70%의 훈련 중 심박수와 회복기 심박수를 비교하는데 목적이 있다. 이 연구에서 남자 7명, 그리고 여자 6명의 엘리트 스피드 스케이트 선수가 참여하였으며, 안정시 심박수는 1회를 측정하였으며, 훈련 중 총 10 구간, 그리고 회복기 총 6 구간의 심박수를 10초 단위로 측정하여 다음과 같은 결과를 획득하였다. 안정시 심박수는 성별에 따라 유의한 차이가 없었다. 또한 각 시기별 훈련 중 심박수와 심박수증가율도 유의한 차이가 없었으며, 회복시 심박수와 심박수 감소율도 유의한 차이가 없었다. 이와 같은 결과는 남녀 엘리트 스피드 스케이트선수에서의 안정시, 운동시 그리고 회복시 심박수 반응이 유사하다는 것을 의미한다. The aim of the present study was to compared heart rate at resting, during exercise and recovery in male and female elite speed skaters. Seven male and six female athletes were participated in this study. Resting heart rate was measured by 1 time. Heart rate during exercise and heart rate recovery was divided into 10 seconds and was measured 10 times and 6 times, respectively. Results of this study were as follows. In resting heart rate was no significant difference in male and female speed skaters. Both the heart rate and the increasing rate during exercise at each periods were also no significant differences in male and female speed skaters. There was no significant differences in both heart rate recovery and recovery rate from exercise between male and female speed skaters. These results indicate that heart rate responses were similar between male and females elite speed skaters at rest, during exercise and recovery from exercise.

The existing leg-rest for transmission line construction was established on the ground as a structure. As a result of that, it caused some problems such as, a tremendous forest damage, excessive construction costs and the long time of construction period. In order to solve these problems, we suggest the protective net for an air installation. It is a new method of construction which has a dielectric strength with a light-weight and high-strength. And it’s not influenced by a geographical feature. This excellent method doesn’t affect a forest and can reduce tremendously the construction cost and period.
