BIM 개념을 적용한 ObjectARX기반 1방향 슬래브 설계 프로토타입 구현에 관한 연구

There have been many studies on 3D design program in the field of construction since late 1980's. The problem is that the program doesn't meet the expectation of what it is supposed to be. Structural drawings and design drawings were recognized separately which made it difficult to be revised, and it cost more budget and was time consuming. To resolve these problems, Building Information Modeling(BIM) is being applied in the field of construction recently. BIM makes it possible to design drawings based on 3D so that the shape of structure can be shown in advance which can reduce the errors in a construction site. Also BIM makes it easy to revise drawings, so there is no need to design drawings again which can reduce budget and time. Since the importance of BIM is arising, this study suggests the development of prototype for one-way slab. Using C++ and ObjectARX, the prototype, which is structured in this study, can be executed in AutoCAD. Even though this program can be applied only about one-way slab, it is expected that this study can contribute to the other further studies on prototype modeling program.

The working process of selecting the initial structural system for tall buildings can be not only vital but also important part of construction. Thus the purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of lateral resistance factors to lateral displacement. For this, we selected the strength of material, the size of member section, and outrigger as the lateral resistance factors. Also, we compared and analyzed the lateral displacement and quantity for each analysis models. Finally, we made two last models which met the optimum lateral resistance system. Although the effects of the floor plan types and materials are not considered, we expect that the results of this study could be utilized in the preliminary structural design of tall buildings.

In considering of the lateral force resisting behavior for tall buildings, the outrigger system is realized as the most effective structural system. This paper is aimed at investigating the economical efficiency of structural systems of high-rise buildings. As a variables, experiment was differently took strength of material, size of member section and outrigger as a lateral resistance factor; in addition, Midas was used as an analysis program. Also, the lateral displacement and quantity was compared in the each models. Finally, last two models are compared as an optimum lateral resistance system. The cost evaluation is performed through comparing the cost of RC building that was already constructed with that of the new proposed steel building. Finally This study shows which building is more economical to satisfy with limitation of lateral displacement of roof and could propose that optimal building system.

As the building construction projects have become larger and more complicated scale, Building Information Modeling (BIM) have played a significant and essential role in managing the project effectively in terms of recognizing the importance of huge amount of required information and economical efficiency. However, when it comes to the BIM for structural engineering phase, the interoperability between structural physical modeler and structural A&D application could not be sufficient to perform the perfect operation. This is because it has been still developed considering its introduction and extension period. Therefore, this research is to amend the interoperable system between structural analysis database and integrated design platform.

국내 내진설계 대상 건축물 중 준공된 전체 건축물을 기준으로 내진성능 확보율은 20.1%로 내진보강이 시급한 실정이다. 내진보강 방안으로 연구되고 있는 인성능과 균열제어성능이 탁월한 고인성복합체를 이용한 보강 방법에 경화시간의 차이를 두어 휩 성능을 평가하고자 한다. 실험체를 제작하여 실험을 수행한 결과, 실험체 모두 다수의 균열이 발생하고, 균열 패턴이 유사하게 발생하였다. 고인성복합체를 이용한 보강 방법에 따른 휩 성능 차이는 크지 않아 시공성을 고려하여 적용하는 것이 타당하다고 판단된다.
