        간기능검사이상의 위험요인으로써 한약복용영향에 관한 단면연구

        Objectives : The aim of this study was to evaluate effects of herbal medicine and other associated factors for abnormal liver function tests(especially total bilirubin, AST, ALT, and ${\gamma}$GT) levels in outpatients at an oriental medical clinic. Methods : A cross-sectional study based on clinical records was conducted on 504 patients at one Oriental medical clinic in Seoul, Korea. They were tested a liver function tests for screening and 497 patients ranging from the age of 4 to 74 were chosen for the study. Patients with basal liver disease or DM were excluded during the screening process. Patients were classified into case(abnormal) and control(normal) groups by normal liver function test references. Results and Conclusions : In this study, Significant correlations for abnormal total bilirubin levels was age, for abnormal AST was gender, for abnormal ALT were gender, smoking, marriage status, and job, for abnormal ${\gamma}$GT were age, gender, obesity, alcohol, smoking, marriage status, and job using the Chi-square test(p<0.05). There was no significant correlations for abnormal LFTs by using herbal medication history, and intake duration. After controlling other covariates, logistic regression analysis showed that the significant associated factors for abnormal total bilirubin levels were age(odds ratio[OR]=0.87, 95% confidence intervals [CI]=0.87-0.99). For abnormal AST levels was obesity(OR=2.45, CI=1.2-4.9), for abnormal ALT levels were age(OR=1.01, CI=0.99-1.03), male gender(OR=3.31, CI=1.62-6.76), and obesity(OR=3.71 CI=2.28-6.08). For abnormal ${\gamma}$GT levels were male gender(OR=4.83 CI=1.34-17.43), obesity(OR=3.29, CI=1.74-6.22), alcohol (OR=2.51, CI=1.19-5.28), and smoking(OR=2.29, CI=1.16-4.50). Herbal medication history was not as a risk factor for all abnormal liver function tests. Therefore, people who are male, obese, alcohol drinker and smoker will have higher liver function test levels. But intake of herbal medication or the duration of intake may not be the risk factor for abnormal liver function test results.

        면역효소법에 의한 한국산 쑥 화분에 대한 특이 IgE 측정 및 Radioallergosorbent Test ( RAST ) 와의 상관성에 관한 연구

        N/A We developed a micro-KLISA assay by use of Korean sagebrush allergen to measure sagebrush-specific IgE. The assay was carried out in polyethylene flat microtitre plates by incubating the allergen, 10% new-born calf serum, test sera and finally horseradish peroxidase conjugated monoclonal anti-IgE. Preincubated with 1 mg/ml of the allergen we prepared, W5-RAST was inhibited by 80.9% and the inhibition curve showed dose-responsive pattern with serial dilution of crude lyophilized sagebrush extracts. The cut-off point for this assay for specific IgE was established by that mean and S.D values from 30 different negative control sera were 0,012 and 0,014 in absorbance value, respectively (Mean+ 2S.D. =0.041). The positive probability of ELISA and RAST assay was 76% and 74%, respectively in 52 patients with positive skin prick test with korean sagebrush extract. The influence from high levels of total IgE was negligible, ranged from 0.063 (5000 u/ml of IgE) to 0.082 (1000 u/ml of IgE). The coefficient variation for the intrassay and interassay reproducibility ranged from 2.83 to 24.14% and 9.64 to 27.03%, respectively. The absorbance value obtained in this assay correlated with the bound radioactivity (%) in RA5T assay (r= 0.553, p<0.05), This showed a higher degree of correlation (r=0.41) with the wheal size on skin prick test than that. This ELISA assay is well suited for mass screening and can be a useful method for measuring specific IgE. It compares favorable in sensitivity and specificity with RAST assay.

        이스라엘 초기 공동체 형성기의 역사적 배경

        The Historical Background in the Formative Period of the Earliest Community of Israel Park, Hae-Ryeong To explore the formation of the earliest community of Israel is one of the most contentious chapters in the historical studies of Israel. Although there are disagreements, some who would the Late Bronze-Iron Age transition is generally recognized as the earliest possible period to which Israel`s formative period may be traceable. At the close of the 13th century B.C. the rapid momentous changes occurred in the political and social fabric of Late Bronze Age society. Archaeologically, this is vividly illustrated by demographic redistribution and an increase in the settled population, especially in the central hill country and Transjordanian highlands. According to the archaeological evidences, the finds indicate that the new people who constitutes the earliest community of Israel inhabited the highlands of central Canaan beginning in about 1200 B.C., the period of the Israelite Judges. The people settled in that region that eventually became Israel did not begin to form any kind of identity as a distinctive social entity called Israel until Iron Age I. Archaeological excavations of this period of time which started with the collapse of the older order - the Late Bronze, Canaanite city-states under Egyptian domination, indicate that the collapse was a gradual decline that started in the 13th century and lasted until the late 12th century B.C. The traditions of the Old Testament describe the land of Canaan as a fragmented multi-national land: inhabited by Canaanites, Horites, Hivites, Jebusites, Perizites, Hittites, Girgashites, and subsequently Philistines. From the ANE documents we know the peoples, such as Amorites, Hurrians, Habiru, Arameans. Some of these peoples, especially the sea peoples and the nomadic peoples immigrated to Canaan, others may have been part of the indigenous population. These inhabitants most likely comprised different elements of Late Bronze Age society, namely, the indigenous and nonindigenous populations. In conclusion, with the decline of Egyptian influence and power over Canaan during the 12th century B.C., some of its inhabitants constitute the earliest community of Israel.

        [일반논문] 한국 산업노동자의 도시 경험-70년대를 중심으로

        산업노동자가 된다는 것은 또한 동시에 도시민이 됨을 의미하는 것이기도 하다. 이농민이 대부분이었던 초기 산업화 시기의 노동자들은 여러 요인들에 의해 노동자로서의 정체성을 획득하게 된다. 그 중의 한 요인으로 도시 경험도 노동자들의 정체성 형성에 기여한 중요한 문화적 요인이었다. 그동안 우리 사회에서 노동자계급 형성에 대한 논의들이 상당히 있었음에도 불구하고, 그 문화적 형성에 대한 연구는 거의 찾아보기 어렵다. 그런 점에서 이 연구는 노동자계급의 문화적 형성 연구의 한 부분으로 자리매김될 수 있다. 도시 경험은 크게 주거와 여가의 두 차원으로 나누어, 그것이 노동자들에게 어떻게 수용되고 표상되며 결과적으로 정체성 형태로 표현되는가를 살펴보고 있다. 그 결과는 분리와 배제의 경험이었다고 결론지을 수 있다. 도시의 화려한 경관의 그늘에 자신의 주거 공간을 마련하고, 사회적 여가와는 다른 하층적 형태의 여가를 누리면서 노동자들은 숙명처럼 결함있는 정체성을 긍정하게 된다. 그리고 이러한 상처를 농촌과의 연결을 통해 보상하는, 전근대와 근대가 결합된 노동자상을 구성하였다고 결론지을 수 있다. 하지만 이러한 도시 경험이 노동자 정체성을 형성했던 주된 요인은 아니다. 이 연구는 이후 작업장 경험에 대한 연구와 결합되어 보다 발전될 필요가 있다. This study examines effects of urban experience on formation of working class in the 70s. To be a worker means to be a citizen at the same time, so urban experience can be regarded as an important cultural factor exerted on the formation of working class.<br/> Urban experiences include two dimensions of residing and leisure. This study examined how they influenced to workers and were represented in workers' expressions and were included in identity forms as a result.<br/> Summing up, it can he said that workers' urban experiences were that of separation and exclusion. Their space of residing was in the other side of splendid landscape in the city, their leisure were different with social leisures, and their space of leisure was separated from other's. In this situation, the flawed identity of working class tried to be compensated by keeping relations with the rural. The rural, being in contrasted with the urban, represents the exchange of honor between workers and family members or relatives. So it is highly probable that the working class identity was a mixed form of modern and pre modern, and this identity form made workers adapt to the factory of hierarchical order. But it remains to be seen how this mixed form of identity had been transformed by experience in the work places after this.

        김성한 단편소설에 나타난 비극성 연구

        This study aims at inquiring the tragedy in Sung-Han Kim’s short stories. The major emotion in his 1950’s novel is tragedy. I explore the tragic reality suffered by main characters in the stories and the courses to overcome it, and then give great significance in understanding the true meaning which the writer tried to tell in his stories. The individual life was skewed, and the relationship between the individual and society was disharmonious in Korea in the 1950s. Sung-Han Kim was one among the writers who had a strong sense of social awareness. He wanted to make new ethical and social values which would be different from other writers. He tried to disclose and criticize the absurd reality and corrupted human beings at that time, and then correct and improve them. Despite the various descriptions and creative organization of content, Kim’s stories have been underestimated because they were thought not to propose a proper alternative to gloomy postwar period. I studied the main characters’ tragic situations and world view, and then analyzed the courses of their overcoming them. As a result, I look forward to contributing to promote the value of Kim’s stories. Sung-Han Kim expresses and criticizes the crisis of Korea’s postwar society as a tragic reality where god is incapable in “Oboongan” and “Gaeguri.” In “Geukhan” Dastuko, who has lived a life denying her existence, feels pity for herself and recognizes her existence. She distrusts human beings and curses the world by killing Chinese who tried to rape her, and then stands against the tragic reality. In “Guihwan” Gyeong-Seok Kim dies form a bullet wound, but Hye-Ran, his wife, never submits to the tragic reality, such as hunger and contempt, and goes to see her husband with a strong will to resolve her deep sorrow. Babido, sewing factory worker, is represented as conscientious man of the period who stands against the corrupted religious circles and carries through his convictions in “Babido.” He chooses death to win true freedom. His death is the beginning of a new life. The death which main characters in Kim’s stories meet is not the end but the new start as well as an another world, that is, the way to God’s realm. It is the willingness to overcome a tragic world what Kim tries to express. All five novels deny God’s realmbut tell the tragic world view of humans who would know that there is no other world to live a new life denying God. Humans do not yield to and hesitate over the realty, and live a life against a tragic reality. This is the tragic human who live in a tragic world and everyone’s life. Sung-Han Kim puts a catastrophe to tragic reality which main characters suffer from in his stories, but he does not wish them to stay in the world. He wants them to struggle against the tragic reality. The death that the characters choose is the expression of true will against the tragic world. I hope this study to pave the way for enhancing the value of his stories by exploring the tragic world view and will to overcome the tragic reality in Kim’s short stories.

        대학 비교과 프로그램이 대학생 사교육 참여에 미치는 영향 분석

        본 연구는 대학생의 비교과 프로그램 참여가 외부 사교육 참여에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가정 하에 대학생의 비교과 프로그램 및 외부 사교육 참여 실태를 살펴보고 두 변수 간 영향 관계를 밝힐 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 「한국교육종단연구2005」자료 중 9차년도(2012년)에 수집된 대학생 6,908명의 데이터를 활용하여 기술 통계, 차이 검증 및 이분형 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 대학생들의 교내 비교과 프로그램 참여 수준 및 외부 사교육 참여 수준은 전반적으로 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학생들의 사교육 참여가 학생 개인 및 대학 배경변인에 따라 차이가 있는지 분석한 결과, 여학생, 고학년 학생, 인문·사회계열 학생, 가구 소득이 높은 학생, 그리고 수도권 대학 재학생의 사교육 참여가 통계적으로 유의하게 높았다. 셋째, 대학 비교과 프로그램과 대학생 사교육 참여 간 관계를 분석한 결과, 대부분의 비교과 프로그램은 대학생의 외부 사교육 참여 감소에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못했으며, 어학 프로그램의 경우 참여 학생들의 외부 사교육 참여가 더 증가하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 결과는 대학이 제공하는 비교과 프로그램이 대학생의 사교육 요구를 충족시킬 수 있도록 프로그램의 재설계와 확대가 필요하다는 것을 시사한다. 대학의 추가 노력은 심화되는 취업난 속에서 대학생들이 비교과 프로그램을 통해 취업경쟁력을 높일 수 있는 기회를 제공한다는 점에서 취업 기회 불평등 해소에도 기여할 것으로 기대된다. This study aims to examine the relationship between university extra-curricular programs and private tutoring under the assumption that university students who participate in university extra-curricular programs will participate less in private tutoring. Descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA tests, and binary logistic regression analysis were conducted using data from 6,908 university students in the 9th year of the 「Korean Education Longitudinal Study 2015」, The results are as follows. First, the level of university students participation in extra-curricular programs and private tutoring were generally low. Second, females, students in senior years, students in humanities and social sciences, students from affluent families and students attending universities in metropolitan areas are more likely to participate in private tutoring. Third, students participating in on-campus language programs participated more in outside tutoring, while the other extra-curricular programs had statistically insignificant effects on the participation in external private tutoring, Based on these findings, a few measures which can contribute to the redesign and expansion of extra-curricular activities within universities have been suggested.
