한국의 통일 문제에 대한 정책은 다양한 남북 화해와 협력을 전개하며 동시에 남북 대치 국면에서 국가 안보의 길을 가야 한다. 한국 사회는 통일을 위한 남북평화를 추구하고 있다고 한다. 그러나 동시에 남북한 정치, 경제, 군사, 안보, 문화, 사회적 인식의 대립이 심각하게 이루어져 있어, 남북의 갈등 양상은 예측하기 어렵다. 이에 대북 관계 개선내지는 안보적 태세를 위해서라도 우리 사회는 평화적 논의와 안보적 대비를 장기적인 전략으로 전개되어야 한다. 따라서 평화통일을 지향하는 통일교육은 군사적으로 벌어지는 문제에 대한 확실한 국민적 공감을 얻는 내용을 견지해야 하며, 동시에 국내외 사회와 함께 하는 대북 교류와 협력을 반드시 전개하는 이유를 밝혀야 한다. 또한 통일교육은 남남갈등의 문제에 있어서도 보수와 진보 세력들의 갈등 완화를 관여하면서 상호 이해의 폭을 확대하여야 한다. 막연히 종북 논리나 친미 논리, 친일 논리에 편승하거나 낙인찍는 입장으로는 한국의 통일교육이 제대로 성장할 수 없다. 따라서 남북한의 통일 미래는 무엇보다 우선 한국 내부의 화해와 토론의 문화가 지속가능하게 확보되는 통일교육을 강화해야 만들어질 수 있을 것이다. South Korea’s policy on the unification issue should develop various inter-Korean reconciliation and cooperation, and at the same time go the way of national security in the face of inter-Korean confrontation. Even for the sake of improving relations with North Korea or security posture, our society must develop peaceful discussions and security preparations as a long-term strategy. Therefore, unification education aimed at peaceful unification must adhere to the contents of gaining public sympathy for military issues, and at the same time, it must clarify the reasons for exchange and cooperation with North Korea with domestic and foreign society. In addition, unification education should expand the breadth of mutual understanding while involved in mitigating conflicts between conservatives and progressives in the issue of south-south conflicts. South Korea’s unification education cannot grow properly with a position that vaguely jumps on the logic of pro-North Korea, pro-US, or pro-Japanese logic or stigmatizes it. Therefore, the future of unification between the two Koreas can only be created by strengthening unification education that sustainably secures a culture of reconciliation and discussion within South Korea.

Along with the increase in demand for rescue services, the types of rescue services are also diversifying. Accordingly, rescue workers are exposed to various unpredictable dangerous situations, and the possibility of safety accidents is increasing, so the need for systematic management of safety accidents by rescue teams is emerging. It is necessary to present a roadmap for improving the quality of rescue services. An integrated technology roadmap tool that can be used immediately to improve structural quality was applied. The driving elements of the roadmap are composed of three elements that constitute the improvement of structural quality. It can be divided into safety management, professional competence and other (policy support) fields. This study intends to present a long-term and short-term roadmap by dividing it into safety management, professional competency, and other (policy support) fields.

세상은 사람이 만든다. 지역의 발전도 지역의 인재가 이룩한다. 그러므로 지역의 유능한 인재가 서울로 유출되면, 그 지역의 발전을 기대하기 어렵다. 그런데 지금과 같은 현실을 그대로 방임하면, 악순환 구조로 인해 지역의 인재는 지속적으로 유츌될 뿐이다. 이러한 극심한 불균형을 해소하기 위한 한 방법으로 인재충원에서 지역할당제를 실시할 것을 주장한다.

In this study, the purpose that perform parking durability test in the lab, before actual vehicle parking durability test. We confirm the vehicle loads which transfer to parking system in transmission by measuring the drive shaft torque, when parking position and release parking position on slope. We confirm the parking impact torque when parking position on the slope, the parking pull out torque when release parking position, similarity of the calculated hill climbing resistance and actual hill climbing resistance on the vehicle. Furthermore, confirm the linear proportionality between the hill climbing resistance and the vehicle loads. At the result of this study, the behavior of the vehicle loads that transfer to parking system on slope was confirmed, it will improve the accuracy and reliability of the parking system durability test in the lab.

통일교육은 자유민주주의에 대한 신념과 민족공동체 의식 및 건전한 안보관을 바탕으로 한 우리 사회의 통합적 모색이며, 동시에 통일 미래를 바라보게 하는 교육이다. 그러한 인식은 정권의 변화에 따라 통일교육의 변화가 이루어졌다. 2016년 이전의 통일교육은 박근혜 정권의 보수적 통일 정책 입장을 잘 대변하여 왔다. 또한 박근혜 정부는 통일교육을 통해 복합적으 로 인식하며 정권적 논의의 통일교육 성격을 보였다. 이제 2016년 이후 박근혜 정부의 통일교 육 정책은 이명박 정권의 통일교육을 비판적으로 재인식하고 국민 통합적 통일교육을 잘 그 려야 한다. 많은 통일교육 전문가들은 남남 갈등, 남북 갈등 그리고 동북아 갈등 등에 많은 문제를 야기하고 있으나, 정부는 쟁점내용에 대해 유연하게 조화하지 못하였다. 2016년 이후 통일교육은 대북 및 통일정책에서, 미래적 관점에서의 올바른 인식을 다각적으로 두루 접근하 는 다양한 논의가 실천될 필요가 있다. 여기서 본 연구는 박근혜 정부에서의 통일교육을 평 가하면서 남남 및 남북 갈등을 극복하고 갈등을 더욱 평화적으로 조율하게 하는 방안에 대한 논의하고자 한다. Unification education aims to find integrated solutions to our society and to envision citizens the future unified with North Korea. In other words, unification education seeks to implement effective methods for realizing the wishes for unification that the government and its people have. Each regime focused in unification education on the educational aspects of securing social integration in accordance with changing regimes. In such a stance, unification education before 2016 well represented the unification policies of Park Geun-hye. Park Geun-hye government seems to have unification circumstances, public awareness, and government policies mixed. It seems that through unification education, the regimes did campaigns of the government. Therefore, Park Geun-hye government should have learned lessons from the failure of the past Lee Myung-bak regime, and should have implemented unification education integrating all the people. Many conservative personnel have reported that South-South conflicts have a number of adverse effects in the conflicts between North-South and among countries in Northeast Asia. But this government couldn't control the hot issues resulted from South-South conflicts. Under this recognition, it is important that unification education after 2016 should provide people critical thinking about the unification policies of North Korea government. But it's more important to make multifaceted approaches to what's righteous perception of unification education. This study aims to appraise the unification policies of Park Geun-hye government, to seek how to overcome the South-South and North-South conflicts, and to suggest how to coordinate the conflicts more peacefully.
