도시이미지와 도시 관광의 인식에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 도시이미지 속성을 연구하여 도시 관광의 만족에 영향을 주는 이미지 차원을 통해 도시 관광의 전략에 도움을 주고자 하였다. 또한 도시민과 방문자들의 인식을 살펴보고 이를 통해 도시정책과 도시 관광 분야의 정책수립에 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 조사방법을 훈련받은 조사요원들에 의하여 이루어졌으며, 조사기간 동안 유효한 표본 311부를 회수하여 불성실한 설문지를 제외한 283부의 설문지를 분석에 활용하였다. 분석 방법으로는 도시이미지의 차원이 어떻게 구성되는지를 알아본 MDS 분석과 해당 도시민과 방문자들 간의 도시이미지 평가차이를 알아본 독립표본 t-test를 실시하였다. 분석결과, 도시이미지 요인은 역동성-현대적 요인과 쾌적성-시각적 요인의 2개 요인으로 추출되었으며, 역동성-현대적 요인과 쾌적성-시각적 요인 모두 도시 관광의 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 도시의 이미지요인은 도시민과 방문자 사이에 인식의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 역동성-현대적 요인의 경우 모든 항목에서 도시민의 경우보다 방문자의 경우가 더 높게 평가되었다. 쾌적성-시각적 요인의 경우 ‘거북한-편안한’ 항목을 제외한 모든 항목에서 도시민의 경우보다 방문자의 경우가 더 높게 나타났다. In this study, the components of urban image were identified, the relationships between the image were identified and the degree of urban tourism satisfaction were analyzed, and the difference between visitors` and citizens` perceptions of he image were identified. Self-reported data from 283 respondents to one city in Korea were collected by questionnaire and analyzed using MDS, multiple regression analysis, and t-test. The results indicated that two factors of urban image were extracted which are dynamic-modern and comfort-visual factor. The factors of urban image gave positive effect on urban tourism satisfaction, and there was difference in the perceptions of the components of urban image were identified between the citizens and visitors. In conclusion, the higher degrees of urban image were, the higher was degree of urban tourism satisfaction. The visitors had higher perception than citizens`. It is noted that strategies from results may not be universal but should vary according to the cultural, social and natural factors cities have.

한국인과 외국인 학습자의 한글맞춤법 지식 정도 차이 연구

이 글은 한국인과 외국인 학습자의 한글맞춤법 지식 정도의 차이를 알아보고 외국인 학습자가 특별히 더욱 어려워하는 한글맞춤법 및 표준어 규정이 무엇인지에 대해 밝히는 논문이다. 연구 결과, 한국이 집단이 표준어 규정을 제외한 모든 문항에서 더 높은 정답률을 보였다. 하지만 초급 수준에서부터 명시적인 교육을 받고 사용빈도가 높은 항목의 경우 외국인 학습자들이 더 높은 정답률을 보이는 세부 항목도 있었다. 즉, 모어로써 습득하는 것보다 명시적인 교육을 받을수록 한글맞춤법에 알맞게 한국어를 사용하게 된다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. 세부적으로 한국인들은 ‘소리의 관한 것’ 항목에서 어려움을 느꼈던 반면 외국인 학습자의 경우 ‘형태의 관한 것’ 항목에서 더욱 어려움을 느꼈던 것으로 나타나 집단의 한글맞춤법 지식 정도에 분명한 차이가 있었다. In this study, a paper that examines the status of Korean and foreign learners perception of Hangeul spelling and reveals what are the Korean orthography and standard language rules that foreign learners find particularly difficult. The study found that Korean had a higher correct answer rate in all questions except for standard language regulations. However, there were other details where foreign learners had higher correct answers for items that received explicit training from beginner level and were more frequently used. In other words, through explicit education, the Korean language can be used accordingly. In detail, Koreans found themselves more difficult in the ‘Following the sound’ category, while foreign learners found themselves more difficult in the ‘according to the word-rule’ category, indicating a clear difference in the group s perception of Hangeul spelling.

한문산문 작품의 대학 교양 읽기 교육 활용 방안 탐색 -김창협의 <사호조참의소>를 중심으로-

This paper is planned to explore the desirable direction for the culture reading education in university and the useful value and its plan of sino-Korean prose works as a material for the culture reading education in university. The current status of university has been seriously weakened, in accordance with the alteration in social-economic conditions; also, in the cultural education, the numerous transformations have been executed according to the requirements from the nation, society, and enterprises. Under the critical mind about what direction the culture reading education in university in this state should be aiming at and what text and how we should educate, this paper focused on the sino-Korean prose works. All the sino-Korean prose works, such as nonsul-ryu (論說類), seobal-ryu (序跋類), seogan-ryu (書簡類), juui-ryu (奏議類), etc., are the texts that fulfilled a certain role and functions in the contemporary political, social, and cultural contexts and accurately reflected the contemporary social aspect, which have a high value as the cultural education material in that we could grasp the contemporary environment and context, interpret the text based on this, and induce an active and critical reading training deriving the reverse meanings which functioned actually in contemporary reality. In this paper, the cultural reading class model was suggested by using 「Sa-ho-jo-cham-ui-so (辭戶曹參議疏)」, an appealing text of Kim Chang-hyeop as the materials. First of all, in order to analyze 「Sa-ho-jo-cham-ui-so」 considering the stylistic traits of an appealing text and a preface and the background and context for each work, the text was precisely analyzed and based on this, the cultural reading class model was presented in which the two texts were adopted as a material. Through this, we could examine whether or not the critical reading training to grasp the background, context, writing form, and structure of the texts and to actively apply this to the analysis, would be possible when utilizing the sino-Korean prose works as the material of cultural reading class. In addition, we established that such class model could be the opportunity to awake the essence of cultural reading education in university which could foster the critical intellect which would not be swept by the printing types overflowing in all areas, including the modern politics, society, and press, as well as classics.

A conceptional framework for the strategic application of supply chain management practices in the hospitality industry

공급사슬관리는 제조업과 기업의 가치사슬에서 폭넓게 적용되어왔다. 오늘날 이 공급사슬 관리는 서비스산업의 경영에 있어서 전략적 경영 기법으로 확장되고 있으며, 환대산업 또한 서비스산업의 중요한 요소이다. 즉, 원자재나 서비스재료의 흐름, 정보의 흐름, 부서 간 통합 및 사업 단위 간 혹은 사업 단위 내의 통합에 있어서 공급사슬관리는 경영 전략으로서 뿐만 아니라 환대산업 특히 관광산업의 핵심적인 요소인 것이다. 그러나 현재까지 이러한 공급사슬 관리에 대한 적용은 물론 이론적 연구가 거의 없는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 환대산업에 있어서 공급사슬관리의 이론적 배경을 정리하여 적용 가능한 이론적 모델을 설정하였다. 이론적 모델을 위한 연구문제를 개발하고 이를 위한 문헌연구와 변수의 개발을 통해 향후 실증연구의 근거를 마련하고자 하였다. 공급사슬관리에 대한 연구가 전무한 환대산업부문에서의 전략적 적용의 모델개발은 환대산업의 경영이론을 개발하여 발전시키는데 본 연구의 의의가 있다. 본 연구를 통하여 공급사슬관리의 배경변수로서는 정보기술, 파트너십, 로지스틱 통합 등을 들 수 있으며, 서비스경영 변수로서는 JIT, 품질경영, 아웃소싱 등을, 그리고 경영성과변수로는 경쟁력의 학보, 대고객서비스성과, 사업성과 등을 들 수 있다. 본 연구의 이론적 모델을 통하여 이론적인 측면에서 뿐만 아니라 환대산업의 경영자들에서 효과적인 공급사슬관리에 통해 서비스를 성과를 높여 기업의 경영성과로 이어짐을 살펴보았다. 그러나 본 연구가 더욱 환대산업에서의 또 다른 가치 경영의 전략으로 폭넓게 사용되어지기 위해서는 실제적인 자료 수집을 통한 실증분석이 향후 연구에서 지속되어야 할 것이다. Supply chain management practices have been widely applied beyond manufacturing firms and their value chains. Increasingly, supply chain management practices are extended as a strategic initiative to service management. Hospitality industries have the elements of supply value chain. They have the critical components of supply chains in terms of material flows, information flows, cross?functional integration and intrabusiness coordination and inter?business processes integration. In this paper we present a model that indicates how supply chain management practices are strategically applied in hospitality industries??hotel industry in particular. This paper also addresses how key supply chain practices need to be modified to be applicable in hospitality industry. This paper addresses how supply chain practices can make differences in strategic performance enhancement effort. Management implications are discussed.

도시관광의 평가요소에 관한 실증연구

본 연구는 도시관광의 평가요소를 알아보기 위하여 문헌연구와 실증연구를 병행하였다. 먼저 문헌연구를 통해 도시관광 평가요소를 살펴보고 설문지를 구성하였다. 275부의 설문지가 분석에 사용되었으며, SPSS 17.0 version 통계프로그램을 이용하였다. 분석방법으로는 빈도분석, 요인분석, t-test, one-way ANOVA를 이용하였다. 도시관광 평가요인으로는 매력요인, 자연친화요인, 관광시설요인, 생태요인, 관광비용요인, 도시브랜드요인의 6개가 추출되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 도시관광의 평가요인의 관리방안을 통한 도시관광의 전략적 시사점을 제시하였다. This study has conducted to find out the evaluation factors of urban tourism. First, this study has tried to review the components of urban tourism on literatures. Second, questionnaire were developed by literature review and data were collected by interview method and 275 data were analysed by using SPSS 17.0 version. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA were tested. The results of this study show that 6 factors of the evaluation factors of urban tourism-attraction, nature-oriented, tour facilities, ecology, tour costs, urban brand. The managerial implications of urban tourism have identified in terms of each factors and preception difference by demographic variables.

판소리 「춘향가」의 사건유일성에 관한 고찰 : 광한루의 ‘만남’사건을 중심으로

본 연구는 문학작품의 시공간이 공시적 시각과 통시적 시각의 교차점에서 분석 및 해석되어 있지 않다는 점을 인식하면서 시작하게 되었다. 모든 작품에는 사건이 있으며 사건에는 시간과 공간, 그리고 인물이라는 요소가 존재한다. 지금까지의 문학작품의 연구는 사건과 공간, 인물을 개별적인 요소로 분석하는 성향이 강해 이들을 통합적 시선에서 이해하려는 시도가 부족했다. 시공간에 대한 통합적 인식을 바탕으로 한 해석은 텍스트가 가지고 있는 사건의 특수성과 유일성을 고찰할 수 있는 중요한 배경이 된다. 본고에서는 문학작품의 시공간이 가지는 의미와 중요성을 인식하고 판소리 「춘향가」의 시공간적 특성에 대한 분석을 시도해보고자 한다. 시공간적 유일성을 해석하는 방법론으로 바흐친의 ‘크로노토프’에 관한 이론을 차용하고자 한다. 판소리의 경우 작가의 부재와 관용적 표현 등 비기록문학적 특성을 가지고 있기 때문에 바흐친 이론이 설명하는 실제와는 차이를 가질 수 있다. 하지만 분명한 서사와 사건이 내제되어 있으며 시간과 공간의 결합으로 인한 결과물을 가지고 있기 때문에 해석의 가능성은 열려있다. 연구의 진행을 위해 판소리 「춘향가」의 사건들 중 그 시작점에 위치하는 주요 인물들의 ‘만남’이라는 행위를 중심으로 시공간성에 대해 접근해보고자 한다. 춘향과 이도령의 만남이 보여주는 시공간적인 의미와 그 의미의 해석방향에 대한 고민을 통해 시공간의 사회적 의미와 개인적 의미를 도출하고 당대인들의 인식을 이해하여 작품의 특이성을 찾는데 주력하고자 한다. This study got to start by recognizing that the world of space and time in the literary works would be analyzed and interpreted in the intersection between the spatial view and diachronic view. In all the literary works, there are events, in which the elements of time, space, and characters are exist. Until now, the studies on literary works have recognized these time, space, and characters only as the individual elements, but the approach to the integrated view has not been carried out. With the integrated awareness on the world of space and time, analyzing the works would be an important cornerstone to study the distinctiveness and uniqueness of events that they have. In this study, recognizing the importance of the meaning which the spatiotemporal characteristics have in literary works, the analysis on the spatiotemporal uniqueness of Pansori 「Chunhyangga」 is going to be attempted. As a methodology to interpret the spatiotemporal uniqueness, the theory on Bakhtin’s ‘Chronotope’ will be borrowed. In the case of Pansori, the non-documentary literary characteristics, such as absence of writer, idiomatic expressions, etc., could have the difference from the reality the Bakhtin’s theory explains, but because the obvious description and events exist and it has the output due to the combination of time and space, I think that the possibility of interpretation remains open. To progress the research, of the events of Pansori 「Chunhyangga」, the spatiotemporal character is going to be discussed centered the behavior of main characters’ ‘meeting’, located in the starting point. Through the agony on the spatiotemporal meanings which the meeting of Chunhyang and Yi doryeong shows and those interpretational direction, I would try to concentrate on that the spatiotemporal social- and personal-implications would be drawn, the recognition of contemporary people would be understood through the space, and the specificity of work would be found.
