This study investigated the effect of the fundamental condition such as release agent, form conditions and types to the surface of concrete with aluminum form. On the observation with the naked eyes, the surface quality when release agent was not used was decreased greatly. For the surface roughness, there was no remarkable difference between water and oil release agents, but it was declined seriously caused by the chemical reaction between concrete and aluminum form. As void on the surface, the factors that release agent was used were quite favorable compared with none release agent. Synthetically, whether or not release agent was used were related in close because all experimental factors got worse geometrically when the release agent was not used.
