        정자형성 과정에서 Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor 및 Endothelin-1 발현의 면역조직화학적 연구

        Objective: The effects on spermatogenesis by expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and endothelin-1 (ET-1) were investigated. Materials and Methods: Testicular specimens were obtained from 40 infertile males due to primary testicular failure and from 10 fertile males with other urologic problems. The specimens of infertile males were devided into 4 groups according to histologic findings; Sertoli cell only syndrome (A), maturation arrest (B), hypospermatogenesis (C) and sloughing and disorganization (D). VEGF and ET-1 expression were detected with immunohistochemical stain. Results: VEGF expression on Leydig cell was detected in all cases. But, VEGF expression rates on germ cell were significantly higher in infertile group B, C, D compared to that of the control group (p<0.05). ET-1 expression rates on Leydig cell was significantly lower in all infertile group compared to that of the control group (p<0.05). But, ET-1 expression rates on Sertoli cell was significantly higher in all infertile group compared to that of the control group (p>0.05). In germ cell of infertile group, LH, FSH and prolactin were significantly decreased, and estradiol is increased in positive stain group on ET-1 immunohistochemical stain (p<0.05). VEGF and ET-1 expression were not correlated mean seminiferous tubule diameter (p>0.05). Conclusions: Abnormal spermatogenesis would be reflected in VEGF expression in germ cell.

        Purpose It is intended to improve the management efficiency of personal dosimeters by analyzing and sharing personal dosimeter loss cases and loss prevention measures. Materials and Methods From 2017 to 2021, data on the number of lost personal dosimeters were collected at large hospitals, and the number of personal dosimeters issued and lost were investigated. Results In order to prevent loss by institution, methods such as the use of auxiliary rings, contact stickers and dosimeter necklaces were implemented. Conclusion Hospitals are a business that frequently changes clothes, such as surgical gowns and work clothes, so there is a lot of loss. In addition, it was confirmed that the loss rate increases as the number of personal dosimeters issued increases.

        지각과 상엽 혼합추출물이 지질 개선에 미치는 영향

        Background : Diabetes is a chronic disease characterized by deficiency of insulin. It has been reported that Fructus aurantii and mulberry leaves have the effect of anti-diabetes. Methods : To investigate the improvement of mixed extracts of Fructus aurantii and mulberry leaves on lipid metabolism, we performed double-blinded, randomized and placebo-controlled multi-center clinical trial. Results : Mixed extracts of Fructus aurantii and mulberry leaves significantly reduced total cholesterol. Conclusion : These results suggest that mixed extracts of Fructus aurantii and mulberry leaves improve lipid metabolism.

        Poly(p-phenylene benzobisoxazole) 고성능 섬유의 자외선 저항성 향상을 위한 표면처리 기술 연구

        A UV testing chamber was designed and prepared for testing the UV-resistance of poly(p-phenylene benzobisoxazole) (PBO) fibers. The optimum conditions for the test were established by measuring UV irradiation at a chamber position using various kinds of UV sources and different irradiation times. Expectedly, PBO fibers (Zylon$^{(R)}$) showed significant degradation under UV irradiation by exhibiting a decrease in the tensile strength and elongation of up to 37% and 18%, respectively. Selected UV-absorbing and -stabilizing agents were successfully coated onto the fibers using water-borne polyurethane. It was found that triazine-type UV absorbing agents were more effective than benzophenone- or benzotriazole-type agents in reducing the degradation of PBO fibers under UV irradiation.

      • 이동 평균법을 이용한 고층 건물의 부등축소량 보정 기법

        시간이 지남에 따라 건물의 수직부재가 수축하는 것을 기둥축소라고 한다. 건물의 고층화 및 비정형화 추세 때문에 수직부재들에 작용하는 축하중 크기 간의 차이를 피할 수 없게 되며, 이의 영향으로 인접 수직부재 간의 축방향 축소량이 차이가 나게 된다. 이러한 부등축소량은 수직부재와 수평부재의 접합부에 추가적인 응력을 유발시키거나 슬래브의 기울어짐 또는 간벽이나 창호 등 비구조재의 사용성에 문제를 초래하게 된다. 이러한 부등축소량의 영향을 감소시키기 위하여 시공 중 수직부재의 설치 시 예측된 보정을 하게 된다. 보정의 합리성은 각 부재별 축소량의 정확한 예측과 예측된 축소량을 이용한 각 부재들의 합리적 보정량 산정에 있다. 부등축소량의 예측은 점점 더 정확해지고 있으나 보정 기법에 관한 연구는 거의 없다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이동 평균법을 사용한 보정 기법과 보정하면서 발생하는 오차에 대한 합리적인 제한조건을 제시하였으며, 제한조건의 변화와 보정 그룹 수의 관계를 살펴봄으로써 제한조건 설정의 객관적인 판단 기준이 되었다. 그리고 이전에 연구되어진 SA 알고리즘을 사용한 최적 보정 기법과 결과를 비교해 봄으로써 이동 평균법 보정 기법의 효과를 검증하였다. The vertical members of structures are shortened as time goes on. Because structures have been high-rising and atypical there should be different axial loads among vertical members and it causes differential column shortenings. The differential column shortening add stresses to connections, make slab tilt, and damage to non-structural components. To reduce these influences compensation is need. The rational compensation means the exact expectation of amounts of column shortenings and the reasonable corrections. The expectation of column shortenings are more exact as researched, however, there is little research about the compensation. This paper presents the average correction method and the constraints for differential column shortenings considering errors due to the construction precision. The relations between constraints and the number of correction groups give an objective criterion for decision of constraints.

        경피적 신동맥 혈관 성형술로 치료한 신혈관 고혈압증 1례

        신성 고혈압은 소아기 이차성 고혈압의 흔한 원인이며, 그 중 신동맥 협착에 의한 신혈관성 고혈압은 치료 가능한 고혈압의 가장 흔한 원인이다. 신혈관성 고혈압 치료로 최근 경피적 신동맥 혈관 성형술은 비침습적인 방법으로 각광 받고 있다. 저자들은 작은 직경을 가진 신동맥 분지 혈관 협착에 의한 신혈관성 고혈압 소아에서 관상동맥용으로 쓰이는 풍선 카테터를 이용하여 경피적 신동맥혈관 성형술을 성공적으로 시행한 경험을 하였으므로 보고하는 바이다. Renovascular hypertension results from a lesion that impairs blood flow to a part of or all, of one or both kidneys. Renal artery stenosis is the major cause of renovascular hypertension and the most common cause of treatable secondary hypertension. Recently, percutaneous transluminal renal angioplasty(PTRA) with or without stent placement, has become the preferred choice for correcting symptomatic renal artery stenosis since it is less invasive than surgical reconstruction. PTRA with balloons designed for the dilatation for the dilatation of the coronary artery can be tried in small sized renal artery stenosis. We report a case of renovascular hypertension in a 13-year-old male who had small sized renal artery stenosis. Hypertension was controlled by PTRA with balloon dilatation.

        주민자치와의 협력을 통한 한국형 공공도서관 실행공동체 활성화 방안 연구

        The study is to find the possibility of cooperation between civil servants as a mediators for changing a society in a region into community of practice. "Community" is the value-oriented concept and exists in a local community, a community of practice and a organization that have the characteristic of "Community." Public libraries as "Community" have both characteristics of local community and community of practice. And public libraries as community gives public services for neighborhood region problem-solving to people. But in Korea, Residents autonomy system in Dong gives the service to people. They all conducts the business for changing a society in a region to community of Practice. Therefore the study conducted a survey about sense of community and necessity of cooperation in the business. The results are following: The group of higher awareness on community feels less needs to corporate the work in community than the group of lower awareness on community; The group of higher awareness on community or the group having more experience on community have lower job satisfaction. Therefore the motivation on working for community is needed for the mediator.

        Triethylgermyldiphenylphosphine과 Phenylisocyanate의 반응

        Triethylgermyldiphenylphosphine과 phenylisocyanate를 1:10 mole 비로 ampoule 속에서 혼합하여 여러 온도에서 반응시켰다. 그 결과 $0^{\circ}C$에서는 phenylisocyanate의 고리화 2합체인 N, N-diphenyluretidine-2,4-dione만이, $20^{\circ}C$에서는 phenylisocyanate의 고리화 3합체인 triphenylisocyanurate가 함께 생성되었으며, $50^{\circ}C$에서는 위의 생성물 이외에 diphenylcarbodiimide가 생성되었다. 또한 $100^{\circ}C$이상에서는 2합체는 생성되지 않고, diphenylcarbodiimide와 1,3,5-triphenyl-2,4,6-tris(phenylimino) hexahydro-1,3,5-triazine이 주로 생성되었다. 그리고 Triethylgermyldiphenylphosphine은 상기 고리 화합물들의 생성에 촉매로 작용하였다. Triethylgermyldiphenylphosphine was reacted with phenylisocyanate at various temperatures for three days in sealed ampoules. At $0^{\circ}C$, only N, N-diphenyluretidine-2,4-dione, a cyclic dimer of phenylisocyanate (35%), was formed. But at $20^{\circ}C$, phenylisocyanutrate, a cyclic trimer of phenylisocyanate (30%), was formed along with the dimer. At $50^{\circ}C$, diphenylcarbodiimide (55%) was given together with the compounds described above. At the higher reaction temperatures than $100^{\circ}C$, instead of the dimer and trimer of phenylisocyanate, 1,3,5-triphenyl-2,4,6-tris(phenylimino) hexahydro-1,3,5-triazine, a cyclic trimer of diphenylcarbodiimide (30%) and diphenylcarbodiimide (70%) were mainly produced. Triethylgermyldiphenylphosphine appears to act as a catalyst for the formation of the above cyclic compounds.
