텔레비전 생중계 뉴스의 포맷과 제작방식에 대한 탐색적 연구

이 연구는 생중계 뉴스에 대한 학술적 논의가 부족함에 주목하면서 생중계 뉴스의 포맷과 제작방식에 초점을 둔 탐색적 연구이다. 통신 기술과 방송장비의 발전으로 생중계 비용은 지속적으로 줄어들었고, 중요한 소식을 보다 빠르게 눈으로 확인하길 원하는 매체 이용자의 욕구에 맞춰 방송사들의 생중계 방송비중은 증가해 왔다. 뉴스 생중계는 지금 중요한 정보가 발생하고 있는 현장에서 주로 이뤄졌고 국민 전체생존에 관련이 높은 재난, 사건사고, 날씨 정보를 주로 제공했다. 국내 한 방송사의 뉴스 생산에 종사하는 연구자의 경험과 관찰을 통해 발견된 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 2014년 한 해 동안 MBC 뉴스데스크에서 보도된 생중계 뉴스는 243건이었으며, 최소 1회 이상 생중계 보도가 있었던 날은 126일이었다. 현장 연결 리포트는 192건, 현장 앵커 진행은 49건이었고 영상만 현장 연결한 경우는 2건이었다. 보도 순서상 첫 번째 아이템으로 방송된 경우가 19%, 뉴스 시작 5분 이내 탑 블록에 방송된 경우는 43%로 나타나, 뉴스 시간에서 차지하는 절대적인 시간은 짧은 반면 중요한 뉴스 전달방법으로 비중 있게 다뤄지고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 생중계 뉴스를 분야 별로 보면, 사회 뉴스가 66%로 가장 높은 비중을 차지했고, 그 다음으로 날씨 뉴스가 18%를 차지해 국민의 안전에 직결된 정보가 주로 다뤄졌다. 둘째, 생중계 뉴스는 리포트와는 다른 포맷을 갖는 것으로 나타났는데, ⑴ 앵커멘트 +현장연결 + 현장화면, ⑵ 앵커멘트 + 현장연결 + 밑그림, ⑶ 앵커멘트 + 현장연결 + 반제품, ⑷ 앵커멘트 +현장연결 + 밑그림 + 현장, ⑸ 앵커멘트 + 현장연결(전화) 등의 5가지 형식으로 시청자들에게 전달되고있는 것으로 조사되었다. `밑그림` 형식이 65.5%를 차지했고, `현장화면`과 `반제품` 형식이 33% 방송되어 주로 상기 ⑴, ⑵, ⑶의 생중계 포맷으로 생방송 뉴스가 전달되는 것을 알 수 있었다. This research is an exploratory study focusing on the format and production method of live news, paying attention to lack of academic discussion on live news. With advances in communications technology and broadcast equipment, the cost of live broadcasting has been steadily decreasing. Media` live broadcasting has increased in line with the desire of media users to see important news more quickly. Live news coverage was mainly conducted at the site where important information was occurring and mainly provided disaster, accidents, and weather information related to the nation`s overall survival. The results of the major researches found through the experiences and observations of researchers engaged in news production of domestic terrestrial broadcasters are as follows. First, in the year 2014, 243 live news reports were reported at the MBC news desk, and at least 126 days were reported on at least one live broadcast. 192 on-site connection reports, 49 on-site anchor proceedings, and 2 for on-site video connections. 19% was broadcast as the first item in the news order, and 43% was broadcasted in the top block within 5 minutes. While the absolute time occupied was short, we could see that it was treated as an important news delivery method. By live sector news, social news accounted for the highest percentage at 66%, followed by weather news at 18%, and information related to the safety of the people was mainly dealt with. Second, the live-news has a format different from the report. (1)Anchor+Field connection+live image, (2)Anchor+Field connection+edited image, (3)Anchor+Field connection+Semi finished product, (4)Anchor+Field connection+edited image, and ⑸Anchor+field connection(telephone). Each format was adopted as a way to transmit information as much as possible, with the most stable information transmission according to the situation in the field. `Edited image` format occupied 65.5%, and `Live image` and `Semi-finished product` type were broadcast 33%, and it was found that live news was delivered in the format of ⑴, ⑵, and ⑶.

로제 플랑숑의 연출론 고찰

Comédien, metteur en scène, auteur dramatique et réalisateur de films, Roger Planchon est une figure majeure de la décentralisation théâtrale. En 1952, il ouvre le Théâtre de la Comédie, premier théâtre de création fixe au coeur d'une ville de province. En 1972, Roger Planchon s'associe à Patrice Chéreau. Ensemble, ils font du Théâtre de la Cité un foyer de création théâtrale unique en France et se voient confier le soin d'illustrer l'emblème du Théâtre National Populaire. Pour lui, le théâtre est le meilleur moyen de réaliser des actions populaires en faisant découvrir au peuple les classiques. Planchon note d'abord que nous questionnons les classiques, mais à la fois ils nous répondent et nous nous répondons à travers eux. En choisissant de donner priorité à la fable, Planchon complète en sourdine; au sens que la lecture dégage, ce que ma lecture dégage. Il n'y a pas à chercher le nouveau. Ce nouveau nait de lui-même si la lecture devient la plus plausible, la plus achevée de l'époque parce qu'elle a emmagasiné les possibilités que la science de la lecture offre. La notion de tradition disparaît. Ou bien elle devient: invention. Cette lecture n'est pas autonome. Elle s'insère dans une position adoptée à l'égard des oeuvres dites classiques et du théâtre. Choisir de faire jouer une pièce classique, c'est en quelque sorte porter un jugement sur le théâtre ancien. Le commentaire de Roger Planchon sur sa mise en scène du ≪Tartuffe≫ remarque tout d'abord l'impossibilité de rendre compte d'une mise en scène. Parce que la représentation reste insaisissable, elle est toujours unique, les acteurs ne sont pas également ‘bons’. Aujourd'hui il existe des interprétations toutes fondées sur l'analyse du texte, qui s'efforcent de répondre à la question: qui est Tartuffe? Mais Planchon arrête son regard pour se poser une autre question: Que fait Tartuffe? C'est-à-dire qu'il pense que les faits et les actes du personnage montrés dans une oeuvre sont essentiels. Mais ce principe n'est pas une nouveauté, cela vient d' Aristote. ≪Tartuffe≫ de Planchon aussi nous faisait voir, de façon un peu psychanalytique, l'homosexualité inconsciente de la relation d'Orgon et Tartuffe. Et le spectacle développe également une dramaturgie politique. Le remarquable, avec le ≪Tartuffe≫ de Planchon, c'est qu'il exploite avec la plus grande subtilité les silences, les ambiguïtés, les ouvertures de sens de Molière lui-même. Mais il n'exprime plus autre chose que ce qui est dit dans la pièce: il se réfugie derrière Aristote, derriére sa ≪Poétique≫, pour se refuser de conclure à la place de l'auteur, car celui qui parle, au théâtre, c'est lui.

CNT 구동을 위한 면광원 안정기

탄소나노튜브를 이용한 이미터 전계방출 면광원용 안정기를 제안한다. 안정기는 고전압 직류전압 부분과 양극의 펄스를 생성하는 부분으로 구성되어 있다. 탄소나노튜브를 이용한 전계방출 램프는 3가지의 전극 (애노드, 게이트, 캐소드)으로 구성되어 있는데, 애노드와 게이트 사이에는 고전압 직류가 공급되고 게이트와 캐소드 사이에는 양극의 펄스가 공급된다. 램프 및 안정기를 보호하기 위하여 과전류, 과전압, 과온도에 대한 보호 기능을 추가하였고, 실험을 통하여 제안된 방식이 탄소나노튜브 램프 구동을 위한 적합함을 검증하였다.

텔레비전뉴스 DVE 화면에 나타난 선거후보자의 이미지 프레임

본 연구는 국내 주요 지상파 TV 뉴스 DVE 이미지에 나타난 정치인 이미지 프레임에 대한 연구이다. 2012년 대통령선거 공식 유세기간 동안(2012년 11월 27일~12월 18일) 방송된 KBS, MBC, SBS 저녁 메인 뉴스에 사용된 각각의 합성된 DVE 이미지들(n=100)의 프레임을 분석하였다. 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지상파 방송3사의 DVE 이미지 성향은 방송 3사 모두 정보적 이미지, 편향적 이미지, 선정적 이미지 순이었으며, DVE 영상과 제목의 일치 정도는 80%가 일치하는 것으로 볼 수 있었다. 둘째, 방송사의 DVE 구성 형식을 보면, DVE 제작을 위해 합성된 이미지 개수는 2개 정도의 이미지를 사용하는 경우가 가장 많았다. DVE에 사용된 후보 이미지는 후보 단독으로 구성된 경우가 많았으며, 배경 이미지 역시 1개인 경우가 과반수를 차지했다. 셋째, 후보자 이미지 관련 변인인 후보자 얼굴 밝기, 손의 상태, 얼굴 표정, 눈의 표정, 카메라 앵글 등에서 여야 후보가 차이가 있음을 확인했다. 선거 방송의 공정성은 오랫동안 그리고 지속적으로 제기되어 오던 문제이다. 잠시의 노출만으로 감정의 변화와 정향성을 생기게 할 수 있다는 이미지의 특성을 생각한다면 보다 공정하고 객관적인 보도를 위해 이미지에 관한 추가적인 관심과 연구가 필요하다. This study investigated media framing of political candidates shown in digital video effect (DVE) images on the major terrestrial television news channels during the campaign period for the 2012 presidential election in Korea. DVEs are visual effects that provide comprehensive video image manipulation. By analyzing media frames of a total of 100 DVE images on prime-time news of KBS, MBC, and SBS, this study revealed results as follows. First, the characteristic tones of DVE images of three television news programs were informative, biased, and sensational in order of volume, while the degree of agreement between DVE images and titles reached approximately 80%. Second, in terms of format of organizing DVEs, two images for each DVE were most frequently used for television news, and DVE images of each respective candidate were usually used separately for each news. Majority of background images on DVE screens were also composed of only one image. Third, significant differences between the two presidential candidates on DVE images were found in variables of candidates’ tones of faces, position of hands, face expression, eye expression, and camera angle for them. Fairness of news has been long argued as a substantial issue in journalism. In respect of short notice of images functioning to raise individuals’ attitude change and their orientation for understanding electoral atmosphere, further research on DVE images for television news would be required in terms of pursuing fairness and objectivity of news, along with research on news texts.

Xe(제논)을 이용한 무수은 면광원 안정기

최근에 환경친화적인 관점에서 많은 형태의 무수은을 이용한 형광램프가 연구되어오고 있다. 그 중에서도 제논을 이용한 형광램프는 수은을 대체하는 방전기체의 조건을 만족하고 있다. 따라서 제논을 이용한 면광원의 구동 시 지금의 수은이 들어간 광원의 구동에 있어서 안정기요건이 차이가 있으므로, 본 논문에서 제논을 이용한 면광원을 위한 안정기를 제안한다. 제안된 면광원 안정기는 크게 AC입력 측의 PFC (power factor correction)부분과 면광원을 구동하는 인버터 부분으로 구성되어있다. 특히, 인버터 부분에서는 제논 면광원의 특성에 대응하기 위해서 정전력회로, 아크 방지 기동회로 등이 포함되어 있다.
