      • 취업경험이 있는 정신장애인의 직무스트레스 대처과정에 관한 연구 : 근거이론을 중심으로

        본 연구는 정신장애인의 직무스트레스 대처과정을 살펴봄으로써 직무스트레스가 유발되는 상황과 반응, 대처해 나가는 전략과 기술, 대처해 나가면서 겪는 상황과 어려움, 중재방안, 대처결과 등 일련의 과정을 파악하여 실질적인 직업재활서비스 계획수립에 도움이 되고자 실시하였다. 취업경험이 있는 13명의 정신장애인이 참여, 심층면접으로 수집된 자료는 Strauss와 Corbin(1998)이 제시한 근거이론방법의 절차에 따라 분석되었다. 개방코딩, 축코딩, 선택코딩으로 통해 얻어진 연구결과를 근거로 정신장애인에게 취업 전·후 스트레스 관리 및 훈련이 필요하며 스트레스를 해소와 예방을 위한 여가활용에 대한 지원, 체력 회복 등 기본적인 기능회복을 위한 훈련을 실시, 적합직종 개발 및 적절한 직무배치를 통한 고용안정성 보장, 스트레스관리가 포함된 취업후적응지도 등의 실질적인 지원의 필요성이 제시되었다. By observing the process of coping with job stress by the mentally disabled, this study aims at being helpful in setting up plans for practical job rehabilitation service by identifying a series of processes such as the situation and response that cause job stress, strategy and technology in coping with it, circumstances and difficulties faced on the way, mediation plans and eventual outcome. In this study, data were gathered from 13 mentally disabled persons with at least 3 months of working experience during the last 1 year as of in-depth interview, and these data were analyzed according to procedures of grounded theory suggested by Strauss and Corbin (1998). Following are important suggestions based on the results of this study. First, the stress conditions of the working mentally disabled persons should be examined before and after working, as well as proceed training when necessary. Second, above all, there's need for supporting use of recreation that enriches life. Third, by carrying out recovery training or suggesting methods for replacement, detailed support is needed in preventing overworking. Fourth, continued exercise programs should be provide so that basic physical strength could be recovered. Fifth, development of appropriate occupation types and adequate job arrangements should be made. Sixth, the institutions should carry out continued and detailed adaptation supervision for their stability in maintaining jobs. Seventh, active perception improvement business should be continued within the workplace and also nation-wide so that improper treatments do not take place within work.

        간호대학생이 임상실습 시 겪는 무례함 경험

        Purpose: The purpose of this qualitative study was to evaluate nursing students’ experience of incivility during clinical practice. Methods: Data were collected from 11 in-depth interviews. The main question was “Could you describe your experience of incivility during clinical practice?” The qualitative data from the field notes and transcriptions of the interviews were analyzed using Colaizzi’s method. Results: The experiential themes of incivility to nursing students during clinical practice were "exposure to verbal abuse", "receiving unjust reproaches", "treated as an insignificant person", "excluded from nursing as a bothersome person", and imidated in an unfamiliar atmosphere". Conclusion: Nursing students experienced incivility in many ways and from a variety of sources, such as nursing staff, patients, patients" families, and other employees during clinical practice as part of the 3rd and 4th year curriculum. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a safer environment for clinical practice. Also finding solutions to these incivility problems should lead to improvement in students’ clinical practice.

        신생아중환자실 간호사 업무수행 평가도구 개발

        Purpose: This study was done to develop a performance appraisal tool (PAT) for neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) registered nurses (RNs). Methods: The PAT was developed in three steps: 1) a standard of NICU nursing was established; 2) a draft was made; and 3) the PAT was ratified and its reliability and validity were tested. Results: The standard of practice of NICU nursing was predominantly based on role description and responsibilities for nurses. We identified 4 domains of nursing: professional practice, education, research, and leadership. The validity score for each item ranged from 3.93 to 3.27. The PAT consisted of 76 indicators, 49 reflecting components of professional practice, 5 related to responsibility for education, 3 representing research, and 19 relating to leadership. Cronbachs α averaged 0.99 for the 76 items. Conclusions: The PAT for NICU RNs that we created was found to be reliable and valid. This PAT would be very useful in evaluating nursing performance and facilitate the professional growth of nurses.

        Purpose: The purposes of this study were to assess the efficacy and usefulness of the career ladder program in a hospital and to evaluate nurses` satisfaction with the program. Methods: The study was conducted using a survey consisting of 14 questions on the appropriateness, necessity and usefulness of the career ladder program. The data were gathered from 403 nurses in a hospital. We assessed differences in responses according to the participants` workplace, age, educational background, marital status, experience (total years and years at current working place). We analyzed the data using SPSS/WIN 12.0. Results: Nurses acknowledged that the career ladder program is necessary and profitable within the nursing field, but they worried about the appropriateness of the nurse`s role at each career level and rationality of the portfolio. The study also identified nurses` characteristics that were significant factors in explaining nurses` satisfaction with the career ladder program. Finally, we identified complaints and improvements for the program. Conclusion: We assessed differences in attitude towards the career ladder program according to nurses` characteristics.

        발달장애인이 이용한 고용서비스 경험의 제도적 상호관계 탐색 - 제도적 문화기술지의 적용 -

        본 연구는 발달장애인의 고용서비스 이용 경험을 통해 취업 진입과 유지에 어려움을 발생시키는 제도적 상호관계를 탐색한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 제도적 상호관계를 탐색하는 데 많이 사용되는 제도적 문화기술지 연구방법을 활용하였다. 총 20명의 발달장애인과 총 11명의 관련인을 대상으로 심층면접, 현장관찰을 통해 자료를 수집하였으며, 시퀀스 분석으로 탐색된 제도적 상호관계를 기술하였다. 연구결과, 발달장애인은 고용서비스를 이용하면서 ‘나를 배제한 대화의 장’, ‘낯선 도구평가라는 관문’, ‘나도 모르는 나의 계획’, ‘기한이 없는 직업준비 과정’, ‘알아야 할 정보가 누락되는 단순중개’, ‘원하지 않아도 참여해야 하는 과정’, ‘발달장애인 근로자를 위한 옹호 부재’, ‘장애인고용제도 안에서도 힘을 잃는 지원’ 등의 경험을 하고 있었다. 이러한 경험들은 실천 현장의 서비스 서식, 관련법과 제도 등 제도적 텍스트 간의 상호작용으로 발생하고 있었다. 결국 발달장애인의 입장에서 본 고용서비스의 실제는 제도 안에서 발달장애인 주체를 찾기 어려웠으며, 그들의 다양성과 근로자성이 인정되지 않고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이를 기반으로 본 연구는 정책적으로 장애인 고용영역의 사회적/자립생활 모델로의 전환, 발달장애 특성에 기반한 다양한 지원체계 구축 및 제도 간 연계 강화, 고용촉진과 유지를 위한 균형 있는 정책 설계 등의 필요성을 제시하였다. 또한 실천적으로 발달장애인 이용자의 서비스 공동계획을 위한 근간 마련, 쉬운 버전의 서비스 서식 사용, 자립역량 중심의 직업적응훈련 개편, 발달장애인의 옹호 기능 확대 등을 제안하였다. This study is to explore the social organization of the employment service experience of people with developmental disabilities, with the aim of identifying the difficulties they face in finding and maintaining a job in relation to their experiences with employment service. Social organization implies the governing relationship that influences and controls the experiences of individuals. To this end, the study applied the institutional ethnography which is widely used to explore institutional relationships in applied studies within an institutional environment. Data were collected by the depth interview and the spot observation into the 20 persons with developmental difficulties and 11 workers. As a result of sequence analysis, this study find out the social organization of the employment service experience of people with developmental disabilities such as ‘discussion on me without me’, ‘gateway filled with a strange assessment instrument’, ‘my plan that I don`t know’, ‘endless preparation for job’, ‘simple brokerage that omitted necessary information’, ‘course that I should reluctantly participate in’, ‘no advocacy for workers with developmental difficulties’ and ‘support that have no power even in employment service for people with disabilities’. These experiences happen through the interaction among policy texts. After all, people with developmental disabilities has no independence in the institution and the institution does not accept the diversity of people with developmental disabilities or respect people with developmental disabilities as employee in the real world. Finally, it draws theoretical, practical and policy implications based on analysis.

        간호 조직문화에 대한 국내 간호연구 고찰

        본 연구는 간호학에서 조직문화연구의 현 상태는 물론 앞으로의 연구를 위한 방법을 모색하는 일환으로 ‘간호조직문화’와 관련된 연구를 고찰해보고자 하였다. 국내의 간호 조직문화와 관련된 한국연구재단 등재 후보지 이상의 논문을 검색하였고 해당 논문을 분석하였다. 총 30편의 논문이 최종 선별되었으며 그 수에 있어 1990년대 말 이후 논문수가 증가되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 대부분의 논문들은 비 실험연구이며 관계지향적 문화, 혁신 지향적 문화, 위계 지향적 문화, 업무 지향적 문화로 구성된 문화유형을 정의하고 있는 경쟁가치모델의 이론적 접근과 도구를 사용하고 있었다. 간호조직문화와의 관계를 보고자 하는 요인들은 주로 직무만족, 조직몰입, 유효성 등간의 상관관계를 보고자 하는 연구들이었다. 이러한 결과들은 한국의 간호 조직문화에 대한 다음 단계의 연구에서 다양한 접근방법과 연구방법의 사용을 요구하고 있다. The authors reviewed research related to nursing organizational culture in order to determine the direction for future research, as well as the current status of nursing organizational culture. Research that analyzed nursing organizational culture were selected from journal articles in Korea and were reviewed. A total of 30 articles were collected. The number of studies on nursing organizational culture has shown a rapid increase since the late 1990s. Most research studies used a non-experimental design. The most frequently used organizational culture model and instrument was the competing values model defining culture pattern, which consists of relation-oriented, innovation-oriented, hierarch-oriented, and task-oriented culture. Other factors showing correlation with nursing organizational culture included job satisfaction, effectiveness, and so on. These results will be used to provide basic data for nursing leaders. In Korea, the next phase of research on organizational culture will require use of various approaches and research methods.
