        학생설계전공 이수 동기와 교육적 효과 및 개선점 탐색

        본 연구는 학생설계전공의 이수동기와 교육적 효과 및 한계점과 그 개선점을 탐색하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었으며 이를 위해 총 18명의 학생을 면담하였다. 인터뷰 결과 학생들은 여러 전공에 대한 학문적 호기심, 특정 주제에 대한 관심, 남과는 다르고 싶다는 차별화 의식 등으로 인해 학생설계전공을 이수하는 것으로 나타났다. 학생설계전공의 교육적 효과는 학생들이 다양한 시각을 얻는 데 도움을 준다는 점, 용기와 도전의식을 기를 수 있다는 점, 진로에 도움이 된다는 점이었다. 반면 학생설계전공의 한계로는 두 개 이상의 전공을 결합한 학문으로서 전공으로서 인정받기에 충분하지 않다는 점, 학생설계전공 커리큘럼 수정의 어려움, 교수의 지도 및 관리 부족, 행정 전담 부서 및 담당자 부재 등 운영과 관련된 한계점이 발견되었다. 향후 학생설계전공 활성화를 위해서는 무엇보다도 대학 내에 학생설계전공에 대한 인식이 개선될 필요가 있으며, 커리큘럼을 자유롭게 수정할 수 있도록 하고 교수 지도 및 관리 매뉴얼 마련, 전담 행정 부서 및 담당자 확보 등이 요구된다. This study, conducted with the aim of exploring the educational effects, limitations of the student-designed major and seeking solutions, interviewed a total of 18 graduates, majoring students, and cancellers of the student-designed major. The educational effects of the student-designed major found through interviews were that it helps students gain diverse perspectives, that it can foster courage and a sense of challenge, and that it helps them pursue careers. On the other hand, the limit of student-designed majors was found to be insufficient to be recognized as a major as a combination of two or more majors. However, this could be an advantage if the goal of undergraduate education is to seek free and creative knowledge, rather than to acquire knowledge of majors. Other problems in the operation of the student-designed major included difficulties in revising the curriculum, lack of guidance and management by professors, and lack of administrative departments and personnel. In order to vitalize students design majors in the future, it is necessary to allow them to freely modify curricula, prepare instruction and management manuals for professors, and secure dedicated administrative departments and personnel.

        대한소아치과학회 홈페이지에 오른 진료상담 내용의 분석

        본 조사는 대한소아치과학회 홈페이지의 진료장담 코너의 내용을 분석하여 분야별 분포를 조사하고 그 경향을 파악할 목적으로 시도되었다. 조사대상은 1998년 9월 28일부터 2002년 2월 26일까지 대한소아치과학회 홈페이지 진료상담 코너에 오른 2142개의 질문이었으며, 이들을 7개 대항목과 37개 소항목, 그리고 연령대별 분포상황을 조사하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 환아의 연령대를 $0{\sim}6$개월, $7{\sim}12$개월, $13{\sim}24$개월, $25{\sim}36$개월, $3{\sim}6$세, $7{\sim}12$세, 13세 이상으로 분류하였을 때, $13{\sim}24$개월의 아동과 3세${\sim}$6세의 아동에 관한 질문이 가장 많았다. 2. 대항목별 분류에서는 성장과 발육, 발육장애 및 구강질환, 행동조절, 수복 및 치수치료, 치열과 교합유도, 외상성 손상 및 외과적 치료, 기타로 분류하였을 때, 발육장애 및 구강질환에서 가장 많은 질문이 나타났다. 3. 소항목별 분류에서는 수복 및 치수치료, 치아의 발육과 맹출, 외상성 손상, 반대교합, 신생 유아기 잇솔질 방법의 순으로 많은 질문을 보였다. 4. 연령대별, 소항목 분류에서는 $0{\sim}6$개월에서는 신생치 선천치, $7{\sim}12$개월, $13{\sim}24$개월에서는 치아의 발육과 맹출, $25{\sim}36$개월, $3{\sim}6$세에서는 수복 및 치수치료, $7{\sim}12$세에서는 반대교합을 제외한 교정치료의 시기와 방법, 13세 이상에서는 수복 및 치수치료에 관하여 가장 많았다. 5. 반대교합, 외상성 손상, 연조직 질환에 관한 질문은 연령대별로 비교적 고르게 분포되어 있었다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the parental consultation. Also, it was to investigate the tendency divided into different subjects. The subjects were 2142 questions on korean academy of pediatric dentistry homepage. The questions were categorized into 7 subjects, 37 subdivided subjects and children age. The results were as follows: 1. Age group was divided into $0{\sim}6months$, $7{\sim}12months$, $13{\sim}24months$, $25{\sim}36months$, $3{\sim}6years$, $7{\sim}12years$ 12years and over 13 years. $13{\sim}24months$ and $3{\sim}6years$ age group had the largest number of questions. 2. The subject were growth & development, development disturbance & oral disease, behavior management, operative & endodontic treatment, dentition & occlusal guidance, traumatic injury & surgery and etc. Development disturbance & oral disease had the largest number of questions. 3. In subdivided subjects, operative & endodontic treatment showed the most, followed by development & eruption of teeth, traumatic injury, cross-bite, tooth brushing methods in sequence. 4. In age group within subdivided subjects, the most frequent question was neonatal & natal tooth in $0{\sim}6months$, development & eruption of teeth in $7{\sim}12months$, $13{\sim}24months$, operative & endodontic treatment in $25{\sim}36months$, $3{\sim}6years$, time & method of orthodontics in $7{\sim}12years$ and operative & endodontic treatment in over 13years. 5. The questions about cross-bite, traumatic injury and soft tissue disease were distributed evenly in age group.

        학교컨설팅에 대한 초등 예비교사의 인식 연구

        이 논문은 최근 대두되고 있는 학교컨설팅에 대한 초등 예비 교사들의 인식을 분석한 연구이다. 예비교사들은 교직 입문 후 가장 중요한 컨설팅 의뢰인 집단이라는 점 그리고 예비 교사 단계에서 학습한 내용이 입직 후에 크게 영향을 준다는 점에서 연구가 필요한 대상이다. 교육대학 4학년 135명을 대상으로 하여 내용분석법으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 이론적 측면에서 보면 예비교사들은 일부의 원리를 중심으로 학교컨설팅을 이해하고 있었으며, 개념적으로 혼란을 겪고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 실제적 측면으로는 학교컨설팅을 교사의 전문성 향상과 학교의 책무성 강화에 도움을 주는 등 긍정적으로 인식하고 있었다. 연구 결과는 학교컨설팅의 이론적 완성도를 높이고 실행의 효과성을 높이기 위한 방향을 구안하는 자료로 활용될 것이다. This is a study surveying and analyzing the perspectives of pre-service elementary teachers on school consulting. As a result of dividing it into theoretical and practical aspects and analyzing with contents analysis, it appeared that the pre-service teachers comprehended school consulting centering on some principles of school consulting among the whole. While there were many cases of understanding it through comparison with similar concepts such as supervision, many of them appeared to be going through conceptual confusion. In the practical aspect, they generally took the concept of school consulting positively. On the other sideptthey suggested several problems that can be caused when school consulting was not properly condosied accordingly. On original purposes. Also, the pre-service teachers considered school consulting as helpful and useful al pprofessional development of teachers and rvenal cement of school accountability. Based on the result of this study, more efforts to research steadily about school consulting, improve the working procedure of consulting and so on so as to actualize the principles and purposes of school consulting in practice. Based on the results of the study, efforts on continuous research and improvement on consulting procedures are needed for school consulting`s principles and purposes to be properly implemented in the school sites.

        혼합치열기 아동의 비염증성 치은퇴축에 대한 보존적 접근

        The occlusal disharmonies resulted from labially protruded or malpositioned teeth can damage the periodontium and induce the non-inflammatory gingival recession. For these cases, a conservative approach was performed by improving oral hygiene and correcting the axial and positional status of the gingivally recessed teeth and removing the prematurely contacted areas. In some cases, rapid remission of tooth mobility and gradual decrease of gingival recession was observed just after start of treatment. In cases of gingival recession in permanent lower incisors of the children with mixed dentition, the treatment of choice is non-surgical conservative approaches. In cases when the gingival inflammation can be controlled through reinforcing the oral hygiene, when attached gingiva have a potential to increase in width through growth (not more than 1 year after eruption or not yet arrived at adult level), and when the recession can be corrected by moving the teeth from labial cortical plated through orthodontic treatment, the conservative measures would be the first choice. On the contrary, when recession has exceeded beyond the level of CEJ, when the gingival inflammation existed with the cause of poor oral hygiene, when the attached gingiva have little potential to increase (for example, more than 8 years after eruption), and when the conservative measures yielded no benefit after 4-8 weeks of treatment, the surgical approaches should be sought.

        수종의 치면열구 전색재의 전처리가 결합강도에 미치는 영향

        For the purpose of comparing the shear bond strengths of pit and fissure sealants, and finding out the more efficient method of tooth surface treatment when the etched surface is contaminaed by saliva or moisture, an experiment was performed on 3 types of pit and fissure sealants. 120 extracted human molars were divided into 3 groups, each of which was composed of 40 specimens sealed with Helioseal. Teethmate-F and FujiⅢ respectively. and each groups was again divided into 4 subgroups according to tooth surface treatment. The shear bond strengths of each froups and subgroup was measured and statistically analyzed. The results obtained were as follows : 1. shear bond strengths of nonfluoridated resin sealant, Helioseal were shown to be higher than those of fluoridated resin sealant. Teethmate-F, but, not significantly different. 2. Shear bond strengths of GI sealant, FujiⅢ were to be markedly lower than those of two resin sealants. 3. When there is moisture contamination, applying primer under sealant (GroupⅣ) results in a significantly stronger bond strength of sealant to enamel than using sealant alone(GroupⅡ) incase of all sealants. 4. When there is no moisture contamination, using primer under sealant(GroupⅢ) results in bond strength equivalent to bond strength on using sealant alone (GroupⅠ). 5. Based on the results above, it was demonstrated that the bond of sealant to tooth surface is greatly affected by saliva contamination and that the complete tooth isolation method should be fully emphasized. The application of primer is recommended when performing sealant under the environment very susceptible to saliva contamination.
