The management of mandibular condyle fractures continues to be a subject of much debate. It is suggested that, if not properly managed, these fractures may give rise to serious problems, such as malocclusion, mouth opening limitation, temporomandibular joint disorders. Treatment planing of mandibular condyle fractures is very important. The aim of this present study was to evaluate the long-term results according to treatment methods in condylar fractures. Also, it was to evaluate results of treatment according to condylar fracture level. We conducted a retrospective analysis of 43 mandibular condyle fractures. 43 patients followed for average period of 9.00 years(mini. 7yr, max. 12yr). All patients underwent a clinical and radiologic evaluation focusing on mouth opening, mandibular movements, TMJ function, change of ramal height, condylar remodelling. If the level of fracture was positioned in high, especially in level II, mandibular movement disability and ramus length loss was more prominent. This results were similar to the cases of treatment of fragment removal. In high level fracture and fragment removal cases, It is thought that more intensive and long term management are needed than other treatment cases using different operation methods. Also, direct fixation by each approach showed good results in mandibular movement, ramal height change and condylar shape. Through this results, accurate reduction of the mandibular condyle fractures was a very important factor in postoperative prognosis.

Recently, Platelet rich plasma(PRP) is commonly used because it is now well known that platelets have many functions beyond that of simple hemostasis in aspect of containing autogenous source of several growth factors. It could be responsible for increasing cell mitosis, increasing collagen production, recruiting other cells to the site of injury, initiating vascular ingrowth, and inducing cell differentiation, enhancing bone formation capacity and easily handling to clinician. However, in spite of these clinical advantages, still the theory behind the use of PRP is compelling. This study was to determine preparation techniques used to increase the concentration of platelets and growth factors are all crucial steps in early wound healing of bone graft which may lead to a more rapid and denser bone regenerate. 200 volunteers were sampled and PRP were prepared according to each evaluation item in this study. Higher concentration of platelets have been gained in double centrifugation. 2000 and 2500 rpm showed proper concentration of platelets at first centrifugation and 5000 rpm in second. Timing for 2 minutes was showed good concentration of platelets in high and low centrifugation speed. It was better concentration of platelets in 20 or 30 ml volume during centrifugation. In histomorphologic findings, degrnulated and high concentraion of platelets were found in low centrifugation speed.

A fibrin adhesive have been widely used in oral and maxillofacial surgery for microvascular anastomosis, autogenous chip bone grafts, many kinds of soft tissue surgery (vestibuloplasty, bleeding control after extraction, primary healing by covering of suture of a gum after the extirpation of large cysts). There are two principal components in adhesive systems biologically: lyophilized human fibrinogen and bovine thrombin. The fibrinogen component contains coagulation factor XIII and enhance the initial wound healing, which polymerizes soluble fibrin monomers into an insoluble clot. The thrombin is dissolved in a solution of calcium chloride to provide the second component. We applied fibrin adhesive, Beriplast (Behring, Behringwerke AG, D-3350, Marburg, FRD), to 4 patients for fixation of free skin grafting donors who had facial scar around eye, nose, mouth corner which received from accidents, or burn. We have experienced initial accelerated graft fixation between donor and recipient sites with no additional fixation. And It's made easy bleeding control and easy manipulation during operation. But two cases showed partial hypertrophic scar engrowth in above 3 months follow up, but no significant. Histopathological reviews in general were showed similar scar findings such as abundant collagen bundles in H&E, M/T stain, but slight positive signs in elastic and collagen antibody immunopathologic findings in hypertrophic scar cases.

본 논문에서는 버스운송업에 대해 업종별로 총요소생산성 성장 및 구성요인별 기여도를 측정하였다 버스운송업에 있어서는 규모의 경제가 존재하며, 총요소생산성 성장은 시내버스운송업 0.32%, 시외버스운송업 0.06%, 전세버스운송업 -1.35%로 나타나, 시내버스운송업, 시외버스운송업, 전세버스운송업 순으로 총요소생산성 성장이 크게 이루어졌다. 시내버스운송업에서는 보유차량규모가 클수록 총요소생산성 성장이 커지는 반면, 시외버스운송업에서는 보유차량이 중간인 규모에서 총요소생산성 성장이 크다. 시내버스운송업에서는 기술적 효율성효과가, 시외버스운송업에서는 기술변화효과가, 전세버스운송업에서는 규모경제효과가 총요소생산성 성장에 가장 크게 기여했으며, 시내버스운송업과 전세버스운송업에서는 기술적 효율성효과 개선이, 시외버스운송업에서는 기술변화효과 도입이 필요하다. 특히 총요소생산성 성장이 부(-)의 값으로 3개 업종 가운데 가장 작은 전세버스운송업에서는 시내버스운송업과 마찬가지로 단위투입당 산출을 최대화해야 하며, 총요소생산성 성장이 시내버스운송업보다 작은 시외버스운송업에서는 첨단기술 및 장비를 확충하여 기술진보를 도모해야 한다.
製造業을 中心으로 한 道路 및 鐵道의 投資 效率性에 관한 硏究

본 논문에서는 제조업을 중심으로 도로 및 철도 관련 비용구조 분석결과와 내부 수익률 추정 값을 활용하여 도로 빛 철도의 투자효율성을 분석하였으며, 주요 연구 결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 제조업에는 규모의 경제가 존재하며, 도로는 철도보다 가변비용 절감 정도 및 산출에 기여하는 정도는 크다. 그러나 투자효율성을 살펴보면, 도로 및 철도 투자는 모두 효율적이지만, 철도 투자는 도로 투자보다 효율 적인 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과는 철도가 도로에 비해 충족도가 낮고, 투자 여건이 양호한 상태를 반영하는 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 향후 철도는 도로보다 더 큰 투자 증가율을 유지하는 것이 바람직하다.<BR> 둘째, 도로, 철도 모두, 단위투자에 따른 단기총비용절감보다 단위투자에 따른 임대료가 단위투자에 따른 총사적보수의 현재가치(이하 편익의 현재가치)의 더 큰 부분을 차지하고 있다. 이 가운데 후자는 전자의 투자 비효율성을 극복하기 때문에 도로 및 철도 투자는 위에서 제시한 바와 같이 효율적인 것으로 분석되었다. 이와 같은 후자는 단위투자에 상응하여 주어지는 보수로서 투자효율성에 대해 정(+)의 영향 을 미치고 있으며, 편익항목의 하나인 운영자수입과 관련된 것으로 사료된다. This thesis analyzes efficiency of investment project about road and rail by using values of cost structure and the IRR relating to road and rail sectors based on manufacturing industry. Important findings of this thesis are as follows: First, manufacturing industry has economies of scale. Road reduces more variable costs than rail does, and produces more output than rail does. However, investment of rail is more efficient than that of road. Analysis results of investment efficiency have some relevance to the fact that FD and q-value Therefore, it is recommandable that investment increasing rate of rail should be higher than that of road. Second, STC reduction by unit investment is smaller than rent by unit investment in the side of Bpv and IRR. Therefore, the latter plays an important role for promotion of efficiency of road and rail investment. In the result, we can consider the latter as operator’ s income, which is one of benefit items in the field of economic feasibility analysis.
