        특수학교 시설기준 수립을 위한 기초연구 -사례조사 및 자문을 중심으로-

        본 연구에서는 기존 특수학교 교육공간이 지니고 있던 문제 및 한계를 벗어나 미래 사회의 변화와 새로운 교육의 방향을 반영하는 창의적이고 새로운 교육공간의 구체적인 실행 모델 구축을 위한 기초연구로써 사례조사와 전문가 자문 결과를 바탕으로 계획방향(Criteria)를 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 교육과정에 대한 고찰과 국내 사례시설의 조사, 특수학교 전문가협의회를 통해 특수학교 계획기준 수립을 위한 구체적인 시설 모델을 마련하여 장기적인 측면에서 교육정책에 따른 효과를 극대화하고자 한다. In order to create future-oriented special school facilities with a high-quality educational environment in response to various changes and demands of the times, it is necessary to break away from the existing uniform and formal framework to find appropriate special school space. This study was a basic research to construct an active detailed model of new and creative educational space that reflects the changes of future society and educational direction. In this study, we proposed a criteria based on case studies and expert advice, deviating away from the limitations and problems that existing special schools' educational space had. The direction of plan was presented based on the compilation of expert consultation and analysis of best practice facility survey across the nation. Based on the results of this study, it is intended to maximize the effectiveness of educational policies in the long term by preparing a specific facility model for the establishment of special school planning standards.

        학교시설 유지관리 법제화 방안 연구

        The recent trend has been consistently raised by the media of educational environment issues such as deteriorated existing school facilities, water-leaks due to the lack of proper maintenance and poor toilet facilities. For the efficient use of the budget to be used for maintenance of school facilities, an effort to extend the life of the facility to the max is needed. However, current maintenance system of school facilities is to deal with the defects after discovered, and consequently the durable period is shortened due to early deterioration of facilities and efficient budget execution cannot be realized. For this reason, the result emphasizes the need to improve maintenance management system of school facilities, and proposes a systematic bill of school facilities maintenance according to expert investigation and correlation analysis through school facilities maintenance-related information that is distributed to a number of laws.

        사용자 중심의 단설 유치원 계획 및 설계기준을 위한 기초연구 -사례조사와 자문의견을 중심으로-

        본 연구에서는 기존 유치원 교육공간의 문제점 및 시설적 한계를 탈피하여 미래 사회 및 미래 교육의 변화에 대응하여 유치원 교육공간의 구체적인 실행 모델구축을 위한 기초연구로써 국내 사례조사와 전문가 자문 결과를 바탕으로 계획방향(Criteria)을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 누리과정에 대한 고찰과 국내 사례분석, 유치원 전문가 협의회를 통해 유치원 시설계획에 대한 구체적인 기준 개정을 통해 구체적인 실행 모델 구축을 위한 기초자료로 사용됨으로써 추후 교육정책에 따른 긍정적인 효과를 주는데 기여하고자 한다. 주요 연구결과로는 사례분석과 자문협의를 통해 배치계획, 일반교실과 지원시설, 공용공간, 외부공간으로 구분된 시설기준 및 계획방향을 도출하였으며, 향후 본 기초연구에서 도출된 시설기준을 바탕으로 공간에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하고, 체계화를 위한 과정이 필요하다. This study aims to propose a planning direction based on the results of domestic case studies and expert advice as a basic research to establish a specific implementation model for kindergarten education space in response to changes in future society and future education by escaping from the issues and facility limitations of existing kindergarten education space. To this end, it is intended to contribute to the positive effect of future education policies by being used as basic data for building specific implementation models through review of the 'Nuri' course, domestic case analysis, and revision of specific standards for kindergarten facility planning. The main research results were case analysis and advisory consultations to derive facility standards and planning directions divided into layout plans, general classrooms, support facilities, public spaces, and external spaces, and a process for identifying and systematizing space-influencing factors based on the facility standards derived in this basic study is needed hereafter.

        학교시설 제로에너지인증제 시행에 따른 요소별 자립률 분석

        The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport (MOLIT) is implementing a zero-energy building (ZEB) certification to save energy for the building section and to accelerate the achievement of national greenhouse gases reduction goals in accordance with a new climate regime. In 2014, the MOLIT announced a plan for early activation of the ZEB, and in January 2016, the "Green Buildings Construction Support Act" was revised and established. In addition, the plan was established to gradually spread zero-energy buildings from the public sector in 2020 to the private sector by 2025. Therefore, this study analyzed the self-sufficiency rate of each energy factor according to the implementation of the zero energy building certification of school facilities that belong to the public sector and are included in the mandatory zero energy buildings from 2020. 국토교통부는 신(新)기후체제 출범에 따라 건물부분의 에너지절약 및 국가 온실가스 감축목표 달성을 앞당기기 위해 제로에너지건축물 인증제를 시행하고 있다. 2014년 ZEB 조기활성화 방안을 발표 하였으며, 2016년 1월 "녹색건축물 조성 지원법"을 개정하고 제도적 기반을 마련하여 2020년부터 공공부문을 시작으로 2025년 까지 민간부문 까지 단계적 제로에너건축물을 확산시키기 위한 계획을 수립 시행중에 있다. 2020년부터 공공부분에 속하는 학교시설은 제로에너지건축물 의무대상에 포함됨에 따라 본 연구에서는 학교시설 제로에너지건축물 인증시행에 따른 에너지요소별 자립률을 분석하고자 한다.

        녹색지수 개념의 학교시설 녹색건축인증기준에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to suggest improvement plans of school green building certification system in the concept of the Green Building Index by comparing items of domestic system with those of foreign system. School is a public facility for students. So Green Building Certification System for School must have educational point of view adding to energy saving, reduction of greenhouse gas emission, etc. Also school is forming a large part with the apartment house in the green building certification system. So we need to manage the green building certification system for school to meet carbon reduction policy.

        사이버교육에 따른 학교건축계획의 방향에 관한연구

        Informationization is fast progressing in Korean and the informationization of education is also moving ahead fast. With informationization of education going fast ahead, cyber education is also increasing. Given such scenario, we should establish countermeasures not only to accommodate the current curriculum but also to accommodate the surplus school facilities created by cyber education by compartmentalizing the classrooms for future life-long education, lease and sale in lots. In conclusion, the school construction plan should be established to systematically cope with the future changes systematically.

        중등학교 건축 규모계획 기준에 따른 결정인자 분석에 관한 연구

        This study is on the architectural planning and factors for secondary schools. The methods in the approach to the results were settled. A sample of factors that affect architectural scale design were drawn from architectural design direction for a secondary school architectural scale estimation direction. These factors arc broken into primary elements and situational elements. Primary elements include students, teachers, and time. Situational elements include public use percentage, classroom percentage, unit area, coefficient of utilization, etc. The 7 architectural planning criteria to cover changes of various architectural scale design elements are the following; 1) consideration of students selection percentage, 2) consideration of the number of teachers, 3) a variety of possible classrooms, 4) organic operation, 5) efficient time management, 6) consideration of different teaching method depending on subjects, 7) coefficient of utilization with flexibility.

        학교시설의 장애물 없는 생활환경(BF) 인증기준 평가지표 개선방향에 관한 연구 - 우수시설학교를 대상으로 -

        본 연구는 학교시설의 장애물 없는 생활환경(BF)인증이 의무화됨에 따라 학교시설에 대한 장애물 없는 생활환경(BF)인증 평가지표에 대한 기초연구로, 장애물 없는 생활환경(BF)인증 평가지표를 바탕으로 학교시설의 편의시설 설치현황을 조사 및 분석하여 학교시설에 적합한 장애물 없는 생활환경(BF)인증 평가지표의 개선방향성을 모색하고자 하였다. 우수시설학교로 선정된 조사대상학교의 편의시설 중 매개시설, 내부시설의 현황과 장애물 없는 생활환경(BF)인증 평가지표를 비교분석한 결과, 배점획득항목에 따라 학교시설에 기 반영되어진 항목과 중 하위 배점 기준으로 최소로 반영되어지는 항목으로 분류될 수 있었으며, 기 반영되는 항목은 배점기준의 변별력이 다소 미흡하여 배점 기준 등의 개선이 필요하다. 누구나 이용하기 편리한 학교시설을 위해 중 하위 배점을 획득하는 항목에 대해 기준개선 및 배점 조정으로 질적 향상을 이끌어내야 한다. This research as an obstacle -free living environment certification mandatory school facilities based on studies of BF accreditation indicators of school facilities, BF Survey and Analysis amenities installation status of school facilities based on the certified assessment indicators and school facilities improvement of the accreditation indicators for BF was to explore. Excellent facilities via one of the surveyed schools selected as school facilities, the comparison analyzing the current status and BF certification evaluation indicators within the facility, the intermediate facility entry access, handicapped parking areas, main entrance item BF was to meet the minimum standards of accreditation indicators. For internal facilities BF accreditation indicators have applied the same criteria to all buildings less than that is not reflected in layout and space planning, environmental planning of school facilities was analyzed that showed the limits conflict with installation.

        녹색건축 인증기준 개선에 관한 연구 -학교시설 용도를 중심으로-

        Currently G-SEED certification standards was in an effort to building energy-saving and carbon emissions reduction. In this study, focusing on school facilities to suggest an alternative improve green building certification standards through data analysis and conduct an expert Delphi survey. In this study, evaluation of the existing areas of green building certification 7-5 suggest that one out. There are five proposed areas of ecology, health, function, energy and resources. Further it can add areas of economics and $LCCO_2$. Through the assessment items of foreign certification standards evaluated to the feasibility of introducing in Korea. Furthermore taking into account the characteristics of each class, kindergarten, elementary, primary, middle and high schools, College or University were broken down by purpose.

        군부대의 지역적 특성을 고려한 효율적인 단열 설계방안 연구

        Recently, some complaints, associated with excessive heating loads as well as occurrence of dew condensation and molds in military residential installments, have been filed by military families because of insufficient housing insulation. The territory of South Korea is classified with Central, Southern, and Jeju zone in accordance with the Korean Energy Saving Design Standards. Most military units are in the frigid cold areas such as Chelwon, Hwachen and etc. unlike Seoul, Yongin and etc. in which the intense of cold is relatively mild. However, these cities are identically appertained to the Cental zone and should follow monolithic insulation standards. This study aims to provide the realistic insulation guidelines which could be applied to the military residential facilities, in particular for the frigid areas. For doing this, the Central zone is sub-divided into some detail regions with cluster analysis based on the heating degree day, which is derived with using 10 years climate data observed by the Meteorological Administration. And then, housing insulation effects using the energy performance simulation are assessed with reference to the various heating transmission coefficients and heating loads of residential facilities in the sub-divided regions. According to the results, the difference of adiabatic heating loads in each sub-region is about 10 to 30%. This results should be reflected to ensure sufficient thermal insulation of the military residential facilities in the frigid area. According to the Green Building Construction Support Law, military facilities should follow provisions specified in the Korean Energy Saving Design Standards because they are also public buildings. This study could be one of the paragons to follow government policies associated with the building energy saving through enhancing insulation level of military residential facilities as well as contributed to improve the quality of military residential facilities.
