        실내거주공간의 적용색채에 따른 감성어휘와 뇌파의 상관관계 분석

        본 연구는 실내 거주공간의 적용 색채에 따라 거주자의 감성과 인체 반응의 상관관계를 알아보고자, 실내 거주공간별 적용색채에 따라 거주자의 감성평가와 뇌파측정을 실시하여 상관분석 하였으며, 연구 방법은 다음과 같다. 1) 연구배경과 목적에 따라 연구목표를 설정 후, 이론적 고찰과 선행연구 분석을 통해 연구계획 방향을 모색하였다. 2) 평가대상에 적용할 색채를 선정하고 각 거주공간을 CG제작하여 평가대상을 작성하고, 감성평가어휘와 뇌파측정 지표를 선정하였다. 3) 평가대상을 통해 감성평가와 뇌파 측정을 실시하여 측정된 데이터 결과는 SPSS를 통해 감성어휘와 뇌파와의 상관분석을 실시하여 각 거주공간의 적용 색채에 따른 감성과 인체반응의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 각 공간별 적용색채에 따라 상관성이 가장 높은 뇌파 지표와 어휘들을 분석한 결과, 전체적으로 보았을 때 주방공간의 Yellow색채 적용 시 가장 높은 상관관계가 나타났다. 적용색채를 기준으로 보았을 때는 Blue, Green, White, Yellow는 주방이며, Red는 침실로 나타났다. 공간을 기준 보았을 때는 거실과 주방은 Yellow, 공부방과 침실은 White로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 각 공간별 적용색채에 따라 느끼는 감성과 인체의 반응이 대체적으로 서로 비슷한 반응을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 감성과 인체 반응이 적용공간별 적용색채에 따라 변화하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 실내 거주공간에 한정하지 않고 다양한 공간과 다양한 색상을 대상으로 심리·생리 평가와 분석을 실시할 것이며, 이러한 연구 결과는 앞으로 인체의 생리·심리의 적합성을 고려한 실내 거주공간 색채 디자인에 중요한 데이터로 활용될 것으로 사료된다. This study, with the aim of looking into the correlation between an occupant’s emotion and human body response according to the applied color to indoor living space, did correlation analysis of them by implementing an occupant’s affective evaluation and electroencephalogram measurement according to applied color by indoor living space, and the research method is as follows: First, after setting up the research objective according to research background & purpose , this study sought the direction of the research plan through theoretical consideration and the analysis of the preceding researches. 1) After selecting the color to be applied to the target of evaluation, and preparing the target of evaluation by producing each living space through CG, this study selected the words for affective evaluation and electroencephalogram measurement index. 2) This study used the data result measured by conducting affective evaluation and electroencephalogram measurement through the target of evaluation for doing correlation analysis between affective words and electroencephalogram through SPSS, through which this study analyzed the correlation between emotion and human body response consequent on the applied color to each living space. 3) As a result of the analysis of the electroencephalogram index and words, whose correlation was the highest according to the applied color to each space, taken altogether, there was the highest correlation in time of application of Yellow to the kitchen space. Taken on the basis of the applied color, Blue, Green, White, Yellow were found to be dominant in the kitchen while Red was dominant in the bedroom. Taken on the basis of space, the living room and kitchen were found to be featured by Yellow and the study room and bedroom were featured by White. This research result indicates that the emotion and human body response according to the applied color to each space were showing a mutually similar reaction on the whole. In addition, this study could learn that emotion and human body response varied according to the applied color by applied space. This study, on the basis of this research result, will carry out psycho-physiological evaluation & analysis targeting diverse spaces & colors instead of limiting its research scope to indoor living space, and in that case, it is thought that such research results will be used as the vital data for indoor living space color design in the light of suitability of human physiology and psychology for the time to come.

        건강보험 추나요법 급여 시범사업 참여 환자들의 만족도 조사

        Backgrounds : In 2017, National Health Insurance implemented the pilot coverage program for Chuna manual therapy(CMT). 65 Korean Medicine(KM) hospitals and clinics were selected in the program to monitor the effectiveness and patients' satisfaction of insured CMT. Objectives : This study aimed to evaluate patients' satisfaction of CMT in the pilot coverage program of National Health Insurance. Methods : Survey participants were recruited among the patients who used CMT at the designated organizations. On-line questionnaire link was sent to the smart phones of patients who agreed to participate in the survey and provide personal contact information. The questionnaire consisted of the basic charactersitics of respondents, imformation on using CMT satisfaction with CMT and willingness to recommend CMT to others. The answers that were automatically coded and saved were statistically analyzed. Results : Of 386 participants who completed the questionnaire, 92.8% satisfied or strongly satisfied with the CMT. Most frequent reason of satisfaction was 'Good effectiveness', and there was no difference in satisfaction between patients of hospital and those of clinics. Patients with the highest and the lowest level of pain satisfied more than those with other pain levels(p=0.003), but the level of copayment and reasons of CMT use did not affect the satisfaction results(p=0.405). The proportions of respondents who had willingness to recommend CMT to others and to revisit for CMT use were 97.8% and 98.8%, respectively. Conclusions : Most patients were satisfied with CMT in the pilot coverage program, and it can provide the rationale for expanding the insurance coverage of CMT to all KM hospitals and clinics.

        발바닥 부위별 인솔 소재 및 경도 변화가 착화감과 충격 흡수에 미치는 영향

        Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the biomechanical effects of insole material and hardness in different plantar regions on the comfort and impact absorption during walking and to analyze the correlations between comfort and impact variables. Background: It is necessary to apply materials tailored to the functionalities of different plantar regions during different phases of the gait cycle: the rearfoot portion should absorb the impact force during the heel-contact phase, the midfoot portion should support the entire arch, and the forefoot portion should enhance the swing efficiency during the toe-off phase. Method: Twenty men in their twenties were recruited for the study (age: 23.4±2.7yrs; height: 175.9±4.1㎝; weight: 72.9±9.4㎏). They wore insoles in random order. Pedar-X system (Novel GmbH, USA) and Treadmill (Instrumented treadmill, Bertec, USA) were used to measure the plantar pressure and ground reaction force. The walking speed was set at 1.3㎧ and 1.7㎧. The sampling rate was set at 50㎐ and 1,000㎐, respectively. For comfort testing, the subjects administered a questionnaire survey using the visual analogue scale (VAS) after walking 1km. Three insole models were tested: Insole A using a mixed material with shock-absorbing and anti-rebound components uniformly spread throughout the insole; Insole B and Insole C using sponge and ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), respectively, as underlying material and strengthened with shock absorber in the rearfoot portion, high-hardness material in the midfoot portion, and anti-rebound function in the forefoot portion. The impulse, mean impact force, initial peak of ground reaction force, and loading rate were calculated. Results: First, Insole B significantly outscored Insole A in terms of the forefoot cushioning comfort (p <.05), with Insole B and C showing higher overall comfort scores compared with Insole A (p <.05). Second, Insole A showed higher mean impact force, initial and peak vertical ground reaction forces, and loading rate compared with Insoles B and C, but without reaching statistical significance. Third, Insole B and C showed statistically higher mean pressure in the midfoot portion compared with Insole A (p <.05). Conclusion: Positive effects in terms of comfort and impact absorption were demonstrated by the insoles fabricated with different materials and hardness tailored to the functionalities of different plantar regions in comparison with the conventional insoles using the uniform material throughout the insole. In particular, positive effects on overall comfort were found to be ascribable to the enhanced hardness in the midfoot portion, which supported the arch more efficiently and contributed to an even distribution of the overall pressure on the plantar. Application: The study results can be applied to insole development as follows: Insole material and hardness should be varied for different plantar regions, and shock absorber and high-hardness material should be used for the rearfoot and midfoot portions, respectively.

        서울지역 일반 한의원과 네트워크 한의원의 환자만족도 및 추천의사에 미치는 영향요인 비교

        Objective : This study aimed to compare the patients' satisfactions with local Korean Medicine(KM) clinics and networked KM clinics, and to find out which factors had an effect on it. Method : Six local KM clinics and six networked KM clinics were selected, and patients' questionnaires on the satisfaction with KM clinic use were administered using exit poll method. The questionnaires were developed to measure satisfactions with facility, doctor and staffs, and services. 240 patients completed the questionnaires, and the data were statistically analyzed. Results : There was more diversity in patients' diseases among networked KM clinics users, however, treatments provided were not differentiated clinically between two types of KM clinics. Patients' satisfaction scores for local KM clinics were significantly higher than those for networked KM clinics in the aspects of doctors/staffs (9.35 vs 8.92, p<.01) and services (8.76 vs 8.42, p<.05). 90.0% of local KM clinic users expressed their willingness to recommend the clinics they used to others, while 75.0% of networked KM clinics users did. For both the local and networked clinics, 'KM doctors' kindness', and 'process and waiting time' were statistical factors affecting patients' satisfaction. Conclusion : The patients' satisfactions with general KM clinics were higher than those with networked KM clinics. Networked KM clinics need to develop services to meet the diverse medical demands which were created by them selves.

        한국과 중국의 전통 상업거리 건축물의 색채 현황 비교 · 분석

        본 연구의 목적은 전통적 지역문화를 가지고 있는 서울과 북경의 대표적인 전통 상업거리를 대상으로 각 대상지의 건축물 색채의 차이점을 알아보고자 비교·분석하였으며, 연구 방법은 다음과 같다. 1) 연구배경과 목적에 따라 연구목표를 설정 후, 이론적 고찰과 선행연구 분석을 통해 연구계획 방향을 모색하였다. 2) 대상지 선정 및 현황분석과 각 대상지의 색채 분석 방법을 설정하였다. 3) 선정된 대상지역 건축물의 색채현황 비교·분석 단계로 먼저 건축물의 색채를 주조색·보조색·강조색으로 분류하여 분석하였다. 또한 대상지의 연속적 가로공간의 가로변에 입지하고 있는 인접 건축물간의 L*a*b*색차값을 추출하여 비교·분석하였다. 먼저 각 대상지의 색채현황을 비교·분석한 결과 한국 전통상업거리의 건축물이 중국 전통상업거리의 건축물보다 따뜻하고 밝은 분위기를 연출하였음을 알 수 있다. 또한 색차분석 결과 한국 전통상업거리 건축물은 신구건축물 입면의 혼재와 외장재료의 다양화로 인한 색차의 기복을 보이며 통일감과 연속성을 갖추지 못한 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 시각적으로 안정감 있는 전통 상업거리 환경조성을 위해서는 의미있는 색차를 상회하는 건축물의 입면 재료들을 다른 재료마감에 비해 색채변경이 용이한 재도장 혹은 마감재로 교체를 하여 주변 건축물과 조화를 이루는 색채의 유효범위가 필요할 것으로 분석된다. 본 연구는 환경이 다른 두 지역의 전통 상업거리 건축물 색채의 차이점을 비교·분석하는 것을 1차적인 연구 목적으로 하였으며, 이러한 연구는 앞으로 한국과 중국의 전통 상업거리 관련 연구의 중요한 데이터로 활용될 것으로 사료된다. This study is aimed at doing comparative analysis of the color used for architectures of the traditional commercial street in Korea and China through the color status analysis of traditional street architectures in Seoul and Beijing, which have traditional regional cultures, and its research method is as follows: 1) After setting up the research objectives according to research background & purpose, this study inquired into the direction of research planning through theoretical consideration and analysis of the preceding researches. 2) Also, this study prepared the colors extracted through the process of selecting target areas, doing status analysis of target areas. 3) To compare and analyze the colors of selected architectures, the colors were classified into the following: dominant colors; supplementary colors; highlighting colors. Also, L*a*b* color difference values of adjacent architectures on the streets of target area with continuous horizontal spaces were extracted, analyzed, and compared. When the colors were comparatively analyzed, the following results were obtained. First, the architectures of Korean commercial streets created a brighter atmosphere than the Chinese commercial streets. When the color differences were analyzed, the architectures of Korean commercial streets lacked unity and continuity due to color differences. It was caused by a mixture of new architecture elevation and diversification of exterior materials. To create visually stable commercial streets, the following measure is necessary: replacing the elevation materials beyond meaningful color differences with repainting or finishing materials whose colors can be changed more easily than other materials. It will help create a color coverage compatible with surrounding architectures. This study set doing comparative analysis of colors on the basis of the traditional commercial street architectures of the two areas, whose environment differs from each other, as a primary research purpose, and it is thought that such a research as this will be used as important data for the research related to the traditional commercial streets of Korea and China for the time to come.

        조명의 색채가 뇌파반응에 미치는 영향에 관한 선행연구 분석

        최근 들어 조명의 색채에 따른 뇌파반응에 관한 연구가 증가하고 있다. 이와 같은 연구분야의 활성화를 위해서는 정량적인 데이터의 수집과 해석이 가능한 실험방법의 정립이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 조명의 색채가 뇌파반응에 미치는 영향에 관한 국내 선행연구들을 대상으로 각 연구들의 연구방법론을 분류하여 후속 연구의 연구방법론 선정에 도움을 주고자 하였다. 먼저 2000년대 초반부터 조명과 뇌파에 관한 연구가 발표되기 시작한 것을 고려하여 2000년대 이후 발표된 조명의 색채가 뇌파반응에 미치는 영향에 관련된 학위논문과 학술지논문을 검색하여 총 15편의 선행연구 논문을 선택하였다. 다음으로 선행연구의 연구방법론 정리를 위해서 실험 변인, 조명기구, 조명방식, 피험자 수, 뇌파 분석 지표, 뇌파 측정 위치, 실험 공간, 조도, 색온도, 측정시간, 분석방법으로 분류하여 비교 분석을 하였다. 각 항목별 분석 결과를 바탕으로 관련 연구가 증가함에 따라 체계적이고 정량적인 관련연구의 활성화를 위해 검토 되어야 할 사항을 기존 선행연구를 토대로 제언하였다. 또한 기존의 연구를 바탕으로 향후에는 좀 더 체계적인 연구방법의 정립과 그 밖의 다른 연구방법에 대한 심도있는 검토도 필요하다고 판단된다. 본 연구를 토대로 다양한 분야의 연구방법론을 활용하여 조명의 색채에 대한 뇌파반응의 측정 및 분석과 정량적인 지표 정립을 하도록 해야 할 것이며, 지속적인 후속연구를 통해 관련 데이터를 확보하고 다양한 분석을 시도할 필요가 있다고 사료된다. With the recent developments in the field, an increasing number of studies engage in brain wave response to the color of lighting in the environment. Further vitalizing research in the field requires the collection of quantitative data and establishment of interpretable experiment methods. Under such light, the current study sets out to observe Korean academic literature on the effect of lighting colors on brain wave response: research methodology of previous studies will be classified in this paper, in order to aid following studies in selecting research methodologies. Because studies on the relationship between lighting and brain wave began appearing in the early 2000s, the current study selects fifteen previous dissertations and academic journal articles on the effect of lighting colors on the brain wave response that were published after the 2000s. Next, in order to classify experimental methodologies, the selected previous studies were compared for items including variables, lighting devices, lighting methods, number of subjects, brain wave analysis indices, brain wave measurement location, space of experiment, illuminance, color temperature, measured time, and analytic method. Based on the results of analysis on each item mentioned above, the current study suggests prerequisites for establishing systematic and quantifiable bases that help vitalize and diversify research on lighting colors and brain wave response. In addition, the current study concludes that there is a need consult previous literature on the subject to establish more systematically developed research methodologies, as well as more profound review of other research methodologies. Various aspects of the research topic, as well as a diverse range of research methods suggested by the current study, should be used to measure and analyze brain wave responses to lighting colors and establish quantitative indices. Sustained follow-on research must be conducted in order to secure related data and attempt more variegated analyses.

        실내 거주공간의 적용 색채에 따른 인체 생리반응 분석

        본 연구는 실내 색채가 인체에 미치는 영향에 대한 체계적인 실험을 위해 실내 거주공간의 적용 색채에 따른 거주자의 인체 생리 반응을 분석한 연구로 연구의 방법은 다음과 같다. 1) 평가대상 제작을 위해 NCS 색체계를 기준으로 Blue(S2060-B), Green(S2565-G), Red(S2070-R), White(S0500-N), Yellow(S0570-Y10R) 색채를 선정하였다. 2) 실내 거주공간 4곳을(거실, 공부방, 주방, 침실)대상으로 선정한 5개 색을 적용하여 CG를 제작한 후 20~30대 피험자 17명을 대상으로 뇌파측정을 실시하였다. 3) 뇌파 측정 결과를 Telescan 프로그램과 분산분석을 통해 실내 거주공간의 색채가 인체에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하였다. 분석 결과 공부방, 침실, 주방에서 White(S0500-N)를 기준으로 Blue(S2060-B), Green(S2565-G), Red(S2070-R), Yellow(S0570-Y10R)에서 각성, 흥분, 불안이 커졌으며, 거실에서는 다른 공간 유형에 비해 White(S0500-N)를 기준으로 Blue(S2060-B), Green(S2565-G), Red(S2070-R), Yellow(S0570-Y10R)에서 이완, 안정되는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 공부방, 침실, 주방에서 B, G, R, Y에 대해 각성, 흥분, 불안이 높아지는 것에 비해 상대적으로 공간적 면적이 큰 거실에서는 색의 변화에 따른 인체 생리반응에 대한 영향이 적은 것으로 해석된다. 또한 거실에서는 다른 공간에 비해 다양한 색채에 대한 수용력이 더 큰 것으로 추측되며, 본 연구 결과는 인체 적합성을 고려한 실내 색채 디자인에 중요한 데이터로 활용될 수 있다고 사료된다. In this study, for a systematic research on the influence that indoor colors exercise on human body, I analyzed the physiological response in the body of residents to colors applied to different residential spaces, and its method is as follows. 1) To create objects of evaluation, I chose colors of B(S2060-B), G(S2565-G), R(S2070-R), W(S0500-N), and Y(S0570-Y10R) based on Natural Color System NCS. 2) After I created CG where are applied five colors selected for different types of residential space(Living Room, Study Room, Kitchen, Bedroom), I performed electrocortigography(EEG) on seventeen subjects in their 20s or 30s. 3) By applying Telescan program and variance analysis on the results of the electrocortigography, I have analyzed the influence that colors in residential space exert on human body. The results of the analysis show that in study room, bedroom, and kitchen, arousal, excitement, and anxiety show greater in B(S2060-B), G(S2565-G), R(S2070-R), and Y than in white(S0500-N), while in the living room, relaxation and stabilization appear greater in B(S2060-B), G(S2565-G), R(S2070-R), and Y(S0570-Y10R) than in white. This suggests that while in the study room, bedroom, and kitchen, arousal, excitement, and anxiety increase in response to B(S2060-B), G(S2565-G), R(S2070-R), and Y(S0570-Y10R), in the living room with relatively small spatial area, different colors exercise small influence on the physiological response in human body. Also, the living room is presumed to have greater reception toward various colors as compared to the other spaces. The study results are expected to serve as important data in creating indoor color design adequate to human body.
