본 연구에서는 유비쿼터스 도시의 통합운영센터가 가지고 있는 문제점들을 해결할 수 있고, 기존도시와의 IT서비 스의 차별성을 위하여 스마트그리드를 운용하는 방안을 제안하였다. 이를 위하여 한국전력의 대리자, 해상용력에너지 전력생산 및 판매, 그리고 정전대비보완사항을 제시하였다‘ 이 연구로 유비쿼터스 도시에 대한 운영비 조달과 수익창출 및 정전에 의한 재난관리 예방이 기대되고, 유비쿼터스도시의 참조모델이 될 것으로 판단이 된다.

A FRP (Fiber-Reinforced Polymer) strengthening method is being very widely used to increase the load-carrying capacity of host structures, especially for bridges. However, not only flexure and shear failures but debonding failure also might occur in FRP strengthened concrete structures. The FRP debonding failure would cause a collapse accident of the host structure. Therefore, real-time health monitoring about the FRP debonding is strongly required. In this study, a feasibility of the impedance-based damage detection method using PZT sensors is investigated through a series of experimental study monitoring both concrete cracks and FRP debonding defects.

This Prospect and Technological Prediction established a strategy system for '2050 Future Highway' to propose the direction of the overall development of highway industry and technology and to secure sustainability. It set future tasks to be implemented in the '2050 Future Highway' suitable for the strategy, materialize detailed measures and identify promising future technology. Also, promising future technologies were evaluated for the possibility of successful technological development, creative innovation, significance of each technological element (comprehensive) and the need for governmental investment based on the Delphi research, and from this, top 50 technologies were selected by considering the balance between tasks for future vision system.

In this paper, smart sensor system in studied as a methodology to maintain the structural safety of infra structures in U-City. Not only the concept of smart sensors is defined and the properties of that is described, but also a detailed coverage plan of smart sensors is presented. This study induces the interest in the smart sensor that the world pays attention to, so it is expected that this study facilitates the development of that sensor system, and arranges the foundation to make U-City.

철도에서의 표정속도 향상은 운행시간을 단축시킴으로써 수송효율을 높여 교통기관으로서의 경쟁력을 확보하게 하며, 우리나라를 포함한 해외 선진 철도국들은 표정속도 향상을 위한 기술 개발을 지속적으로 추진하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 고속차량의 표정속도 향상을 위해 표정속도에 미치는 영향인자를 다음과 같은 분야로 나누어 검토하였다. 곡선부 통과구간 완화곡선 연신에 따른 속도향상에 대한 검토, 장거리 상향구배 주행 중 속도저하 분석을 통한 표정속도 검토 및 인필발리스 설치에 따른 표정속도에 미치는 효과를 감안하여 인프라 개선방안을 분석하였다. In Railroad, the improvement of scheduled speed make Korea Railroad have a competitiveness by reducing running time and raising traffic efficiency, and advanced foreign railroad administrations including Korea are continuously pushing ahead with technical development for the improvement. In this study, the influence factors, which make effects on the scheduled speed, were examined in 2 areas in order to improve the scheduled speed of domestic high-speed trains. Improvement for infrastructure has been analyzed by reviewing speed advancement with continuous transition curves on curved passing tracks, and by reviewing the scheduled speed through the analysis of slowdown during long-distance upward gradient running, and finally by considering the effects on the scheduled speed according to in-fill balise installation.
