To improve the durability of a hydrogen pressure vessel which is applied high-pressure, it needs the autofrettage process which induces compressive residual stress in the Aluminum liner. This study presents the elasto-plastic analysis to predict the behavior of structure accurately, and the Tsai-Wu failure criterion is applied to predict failure of pressure vessel of Aluminum liner and composite materials. Generally, plastic analysis is more complex than elastic analysis and has much time to predict. To complement its weakness, the AxicomPro(EXCEL program), applied radial return algorithm and nonlinear classical laminate theory (CLT), is developed for predicting results with more simple and accurate than the existing finite element analysis programs.
회전근개 질환에 대한 추나 치료의 효과 : 체계적 문헌 고찰

Objectives This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of Chuna manual therapy(CMT) in the treatment of rotator cuff disorder. Methods We searched th following nine online databases without language restriction (MEDLINE/PubMed, Cochrane library, Ebscohost, CNKI, RISS, NDSL, KMBASE, and KISS) to identify randomized controlled trials (RCTs) that used CMT in the treatment of rotator cuff disorder. The methodological quality of each RCT was assessed using the Cochrane risk-of-bias tool. Results Four RCTs were included. in the meta-analysis. CMT resulted in a significant reduction in symptoms in these trials. However, there was a high risk of bias in the RCTs. Conclusions We reviewed RCTs that studied the effects of CMT for rotator cuff disorder. While the studies indicate that CMT has favorable effects on rotator cuff disorder. But the risk of bias for most of the studies was high. Therefore, high-quality studies are required to make further conclusions.

Cholethorax (bilious pleural effusion) is an extravasation of bile into the thoracic cavity via a pleurobiliary fistula (and also a bronchobiliary fistula). It is an extremely rare complication of thoraco-abdominal injuries. It can be caused by congenital anomaly and also by hepatobiliary trauma, severe infection or iatrogenic procedures. The definitive diagnosis is made with aspiration of bilious fluid from the pleural space during thoracentesis, by finding a fistulous tract during endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) or cholagioscopy, or with finding an abnormal pleural accumulation of radioisotope during hepatobiliary nuclear imaging. Its symptoms include coughing, fever, dyspnea and pleuritc chest pain. Herein we report on a case of cholethorax following performance of percutaneous transhepatic cholangioscopy (PTCS) to remove incidentally discovered common bile duct (CBD) stones. 촉매로서 금속 착화합물이 실리카가 충전된 에폭시-산무수물 복합체의 경화 거동 및 물성에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는, 71℃/40 시간의 경화 조건에서 에폭시/산무수물로 구성된 몰딩 컴파운드를 경화시키기 위하여 촉매로서 코발트 (II) 아세틸아세토네이트, 칼륨 아세틸아세토네이트, 철 (III) 아세틸아세토네이트 및 크롬 (III)옥토에이트와 같은 다양한 금속 착화합물들을 각각 적용하였고, 몰딩 컴파운드의 기계적 강도를 향상시키기 위하여 에폭시 부/경화제 부의 무게비를 조절하였다. 실험 결과에 따라 크롬 (III) 옥토에이트 촉매는 71℃/40 시간의 경화조건에서 몰딩 컴파운드의 경화 반응을 완료시킬 뿐만 아니라 크롬 (III) 옥토에이트 촉매가 적용된 컴파운드는 상온에서 적절한 가공성을 나타내었다. 경화된 몰딩 컴파운드의 기계적 특성에서는 에폭시 부/경화제 부의 무게비가 0.9/1에서 0.5/1 사이에서 제조된 컴파운드가 가장 높은 굴곡강도를 나타내었고, 경화제 부의 함량이 증가함에 따라 더 높은 압축 강도를 나타내었다. In this study, in order to complete curing reaction of the molding compound comprising an epoxy/anhydride at 71℃ for 40 hours, metal coordination complexes such as cobalt (II) acetylacetonate, potassium acetylacetonate, iron (III) acetylacetonate and chromium (III) octoate as a catalyst were applied to the epoxy/anhydride compounds respectively. The weight ratio of an epoxy part/an anhydride part was adjusted to improve the mechanical properties of the molding compound. According to the experimental results, an epoxy/anhydride compound containing chromium (III) octoate showed a high conversion at 71℃ for 40 hours as well as a proper processability at room temperature among the several metal coordination complexes. For the mechanical properties of the cured epoxy/anhydride compound, the compounds containing weight ratio from 0.9/1 to 0.5/1 of the epoxy part/anhydride part with chromium (III) octoate showed the high flexural strength, and higher compressive strength was shown with increasing of the hardener part.
