        국어 보조용언 구성의 의미연결망 연구 -‘-고 말-’과 ‘-어 버리-‘의 사례를 중심으로-

        본 연구는 국어 보조용언 구성의 통사적 특징 중 하나로서, 서술부 내에서 언어 요소들이 어떠한 결합 관계를 가지는가를 분석하였다. 그 방법론으로서는 이제까지 국어학 분야에서 시도된 바가 없는 빅데이터 분석 기법 중 하나인 의미연결망 분석 기법을 활용하였다. 특히 유사한 의미를 지니는 ‘-고 말-’과 ‘-어 버리-’의 사례를 통해서 의미연결망 분석 기법이 국어 통사론 연구에 어떻게 적용될 수 있는지를 보였다. ‘-고 말-’과 ‘-어 버리-’의 서술부 의미연결망을 살펴본 결과 ‘-고 말-’은 주로 문장의 종결 형식과 결합한다는 특성이 유표적으로 드러났으며 ‘-어 버리-’의 경우 이러한 특성이 드러나지 않았다. 한편 ‘-고 말-’과 ‘-어 버리-’ 모두 특정한 양태적 의미를 나타내는 맥락에서는 해당 보조용언의 일반적인 의미연결망과 상이한 특성을 나타내었는데, 이를 ‘해내고 말-’과 ‘떨쳐 버리-’의 사례를 통해서 확인하였다. 이제까지의 말뭉치언어학적 연구 성과에 최신 빅데이터 분석 기법을 더하여 새로운 방식의 국어학적 연구를 탐색해 보았고, 그 결과 기존에 밝혀지지 않은 구체적인 언어 요소들의 연결 관계를 발견했다는 점에서 이 연구는 의의를 가진다. This study analyzes the combination of language elements within the predicates, as one of the syntactic features of the auxiliary verb constructions. The semantic network analysis, one of the big data analysis techniques that has never been attempted in the field of Korean linguistics, is used as a methodology. In particular, through the examples of ‘-go mal-’ and ‘-eo beori-,’ which have similar meanings, we showed how semantic network analysis techniques can be applied to the study of Korean syntactic theory. Looking at the semantic network of the predicates of ‘-go mal-’ and ‘-eo beori-’ revealed the characteristic that ‘-go mal-’ is mainly combined with the ending form of the sentence, and this characteristic was not revealed in the case of ‘-eo beori-’ Both ‘-go mal-’ and ‘-eo beori-’ have different characteristics from the common semantic network of the auxiliary verb constructions in the context of a particular modal meaning, which was identified through the examples of ‘haenaego mal-’ and ‘tteolchyeobeori-.’ This work is significant in that we have explored new methods of linguistic research by adding state-of-the-art big data analysis techniques to the achievements of corpus linguistic research so far.

        {-다는}의 유형과 문법화

        The purpose of the paper is to investigate the nature and status of {-tanun} in considering of its meaning and syntactic characteristics which make it differ from ‘-tako hanun’, and also to reveal its place on the continuum of the grammaticalization. So as to reach the goal, the example sentences from a corpus were looked into and, since {-tanun} makes the preceding clause adnominal, the classification of the sentences was done following what type of adnominal clauses they made among the three; relative, appositive, and linked clause. As a result, it was revealed that the degree of the grammaticalization of {-tanun} was different following the adnominal type of their clauses; In the relative clauses, the meaning and syntactic characteristics of {-tanun} were not different from those of ‘-tako hanun’. In the linked clauses, however, {-tanun} was different from ‘-tako hanun’ in both its meaning and syntactic charicteristics. To respect this, it was possible to conclude that {-tanun} in linked clauses has been totally grammaticalized. And {-tanun} in appositive clauses was between the two. This fact that the degree of the grammaticalization of {-tanun} is different following the type of the adnominal clauses it included is wholly new discovery. And it can contribute to follow the grammaticalizational track of {-tanun} and, finally, set the place of it in the system of adnominal endings in Korean grammar.

        주제어 네트워크 분석을 통해 본 한국어교육 연구의 최근 경향 - 학위논문 분석을 중심으로 -

        The purpose of this study is to look at the recent trends in the field of Korean language education, pointing out the achievements of Korean language education research at this point and predicting the future direction. To this end, conducting network analysis on the keywords of Korean language education papers was a key research method. By utilizing the methods of network analysis, it is possible to see which areas of detail research is associated with which other areas of detail, and identify research trends in a more objective way than previous studies. Since the field of Korean language education is an academic field that continues to grow both quantitatively and qualitatively, the work to look at the latest trends will help follow-up researchers to identify trends and prepare for further research.

        내용 중심 학문목적 한국어교육을 위한 교육용 어휘의 선정 -문화예술경영 전공 대학원 학습자를 중심으로-

        본 연구의 목적은 문화예술경영 전공 유학생들을 위한 한국어 교육 내용의 일부로 교육용 어휘를 선정하는 데 있다. 문화예술경영은 융합 학문이라는 점에서 독자성을 가지기 때문에 이 분야에 특화된 한국어 교육 내용을 개발할 필요가 있다. 이 연구에서 학술어휘를 선정한 방법은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 모범 텍스트를 수집하여 말뭉치를 구축하였다. 둘째, 첫 번째 후보 어휘를 중복도에 따라 선정하였다. 셋째, 선택된 어휘중에서 중복도와 빈도를 기준으로 하여 두 번째 후보 어휘를 선정하였다. 마지막으로 대학원생의 숙달도를 고려하여 중급 이상의 어휘만 최종적으로 선정하였다. 이렇게 선정한 어휘는 기초 어휘, 사고도구어, 그리고 전문 어휘로 구분하여 제시하였다. 이 연구는 최근 유학생의 유입이 늘고 있는 문화예술경영 전공 분야에서 내용 중심 한국어교육 수업에서 활용할 수 있는 교육용 어휘를 선정했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to select academic vocabulary for teaching and learning as part of the development of academic Korean language content for international students majoring in culture and arts management at graduate schools in Korea. Since culture and arts management is unique in that it is a fusion of culture and arts and business administration, the contents of academic Korean teaching and learning specialized in this field need to be developed. This study selected academic vocabulary, focusing on writing thesis, one of the most necessary functions for graduate students. Vocabulary selection method is as follows. First, a corpus was built by collecting the texts to be studied. Second, the first candidate vocabulary was selected based on the coverage. Third, the second candidate vocabulary was selected based on the redundancy and frequency among the selected vocabularies. Lastly, considering the mastery of graduate students, only 4th grade vocabulary was selected. This study will be meaningful in that it is the first study to select academic vocabulary for use in contents-based instruction in the field of culture and arts management, which has been rapidly increasing in recent years.

        SNS 텍스트에 나타난 코드스위칭의 담화 기능

        This study aims to figure out the discourse functions of code switching which appears in the texts posted on SNS, especially Facebook. In order to satisfy this purpose, this study observed and analysed several individual timeline pages whose owners have a plural language background, but live in a monolingual society. The results are as follows. First, a lot of code switching examples appeared in the observed texts, even though the writer lived in a monolingual society. Second, the unmarked code of the individual writers was their mother language and it was chosen when the posting was about the writer's everyday life and appeared as a longer passage. Third, when the writers chose their marked code, they had at least four particular reasons that were related to discourse functions; including or excluding a particular reader, using more effective words, emphasizing or watering down the implications of the text, and changing the speech act or topic. Finally, these results show that the community on SNS is closer to a plural lingual society rather than a closed monolingual community. On SNS, the users act as if they live in a multi lingual space and perform as plural linguals, although, in the reality, they live in a very monolingual society. And this is one of the important characteristics of a SNS discourse community.

        인문학 전공 외국인 대학원생을 위한 교육용 어휘의 선정: 머신러닝 알고리즘을 활용하여

        The study aims to select educational vocabulary in the field of humanities for foreign graduate students majoring in humanities in graduate schools in Korea. Foreign graduate students studying in Korea have been steadily increasing in number, and they need to be taught vocabulary necessary to engage in academic activities in their specialized fields. To achieve this goal, a corpus of academic papers in literature, history, and philosophy, a subdisciplinary study that constitutes humanities, was established. Then, words were selected by utilizing the range of vocabulary in the corpus and the TextRank algorithm, one of the machine learning algorithms. Among these selected words, those of low proficiency were excluded. As a result, the finalized vocabulary is presented along with the division of words appearing in multiple fields of study and those appearing in single fields. The results can be used conveniently in actual classroom settings.

        한국어 교육을 위한 외래어 조어소 선정에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to make a list of educational roots and affixes from loanwords which make up the word formations in Korean language. Frequency in use of the derivatives and compounds which are based on loanwords is high in modern Korean language. Accordingly, the roots and affixes from loanwords should be taught in order for Korean learners to satisfy their needs to improve their communicative competences in Korean language. So as to select the educational roots and affixes, the frequency in use of native speakers and the productivity in formation words are considered as key criteria. Firstly, 244 words which include 26 roots or affixes were selected from <신어 (2001)>, <신어 (2002)>, <신어 (2003)>, <신어 (2004)>, <신어 (2005)> by The National Institute of Korean Language and web news contents. Secondly, the survey including these 244 words was conducted to figure out their frequency in use of native speakers. Finally, between groups analysis was conducted to see if there is a significant difference in cognition and use between native speakers and advanced Korean learners to prove the educational necessity of the roots and affixes from loanwords. In conclusion, 6 roots and affixes were selected in order of the frequency in use in native speakers: ``-ple``, ``-ca``, ``party``, ``team``, ``goal`` and ``bag``. And 5 of them showed a significant difference in use between native speakers and advanced Korean learners. Some roots and affixes, such as ``-parazzi``, ``-tech``, ``day``, ``-かん``, which have been suggested as settled morphemes in Korean language by preceding studies, did not show high frequency in use.

        예술 분야 외국인 대학원생을 위한 교육용 어휘 선정 -미술계열 학습자 대상 학술적 글쓰기 수업을 중심으로-

        본 연구는 미술계열 대학원의 학문목적 한국어 학습자를 대상으로 한 학술적 글쓰기 수업에서 활용하기 위한 교육용 어휘를 선정하는 데에 목적이 있다. 어휘 선정은 말뭉치를 활용한 계량적 분석과 전문가 평정의 방법으로 이루어졌으며, 선정된 어휘 목록의 객관성과 타당성을 만족시킬 수 있도록 선정 절차를 설계하였다. 그 결과 467개의 명사와 용언을 교육용 어휘로서 선정하였으며 이 어휘들을 각 영역 간 공통적으로 나타나는 어휘와 특정 영역에서만 특성화되어 나타나는 어휘들로 구분하여 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 선정된 어휘들은 미술계열 외국인 대학원생들의 학술적 글쓰기를 위한 수업 계획과 수업 내용 설계에 이용되어 보다 전문적인 전공 글쓰기 능력 향상에 기여할 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to select the educational vocabulary for use in academic writing classes for academic Korean learners at the Graduate School of Art. The vocabulary was selected through two methods: quantitative analysis of corpus and expert rating. This procedure is designed to ensure both objectivity and validity of the final selected vocabulary list. As a result, a total of 467 nouns and verbs were selected as the educational vocabulary. These vocabularies are presented in terms of common vocabulary among fields and vocabulary that appears only in some fields. The vocabulary selected in this study can be used for class planning and content design for academic writing of graduate students in Fine Arts, which can contribute to improving their specialized academic writing skills.

        수여동사 기원 보조동사 ‘주(다)’의 의미와 통사

        본 연구는 수여동사에서 기원한 보조동사 ‘주-’의 의미 기능을 정밀하게 기술하고 이러한 의미 기능과 통사적 특성을 바탕으로 ‘주-’의 보조동사로서의 지위를 명확하게 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 말뭉치 용례 분석을 통해 보조동사 ‘주-’의 선행 동사 결합 양상과 논항 실현 양상을 살폈다. 선행 동사결합 양상을 살펴본 결과 보조동사 ‘주-’와 결합하는 선행 동사는 몇 가지 유형으로 나눌 수 있었는데 유형별 논항 구조와 통사적 특성을 살펴 보조동사 ‘주-’가 수여동사에서 보조동사로서 발달하고 있는 문법화 과정 중에 있으며 따라서 다양한 통사 구조와 용법이 공존하고 있음을 보였다. ‘수여’에서 ‘수혜’의 의미를 획득해 나갈수록 ‘에게’ 논항이 비실현됨을 알 수 있었는데 ‘에게’ 논항이 실현된 경우라도 이는 수혜자 표지라기보다 착점을 의미하는 것으로 보는 것이 타당하다는 결론을 내렸다. ‘에게’ 논항으로 나타나던 수혜자는 문법화가 진행됨에 따라 점차 문맥에서 상정되거나 잠재 논항으로 실현되는 경우에서 나아가 화자로 상정되는 것으로 나타났다. 이로써 보조동사 ‘주-’는 ‘수여’와 ‘수혜’에서 화자의 유익성을 나타내는 양태 의미로 발전하고 있음을 기술하였다. The purpose of this study is to clarify the semantic function of the auxiliary verb ‘cwu-’ and to clarify its position as an auxiliary verb based on its semantic functions and syntactic characteristics. For this purpose, this study analyzed combinatorial patterns of ‘cwu-’ and preceding verbs, and the aspect of the argument by analyzing the usage of the corpus. As a result of looking at the combination of preceding verbs, it was found that there were several types of preceding verbs combined with ‘cwu-’. This shows that ‘cwu-’ is in the process of grammaticalization, which is being developed as an auxiliary verb in the dative verb, and that various syntactic structures and usage coexist accordingly. As ‘cwu-’ became far from the meaning of ‘to give’ and closer to the meaning of ‘benefit’, the argument ‘eykey’ did not appear. It is showed that the beneficiaries represented by ‘eykey’ argument gradually appeared in the context or appeared as potential arguments, and were then assumed to be speakers. This explains that the auxiliary verb ‘cwu-’ develops in the modal meaning which represents the speaker’s benefit.
