        12주간 복합운동이 여성노인의 골밀도 및 인지기능에 미치는 영향

        The subjects of this study were elderly women aged 65 and over who attended school for the elderly run by C Church, located in G Metropolitan City. They had to be physically healthy, walk independently, and consent to this study. 22 participants were selected and randomly assigned to the exercise group(n=11) and the control group(n=11). They participated in a combined exercise program for 12 weeks to analyze the effects of the combined exercise on bone mineral density(BMD) and cognitive functions. The results are as follows. First, the combined exercise program influenced elderly women’s BMD. Spinal BMD was significant at the level of p<.05 in the exercise group but was not significant in the control group. The between-group difference was significant at the level of p<.05. Femur BMD was significant at the level of p<.05 in the exercise group but was not significant in the control group. The between-group difference was significant at the level of p<.05. Second, the combined exercise program influenced elderly women’s cognitive functions. MMSE-K was significant at the level of p<.05 in the exercise group but was not significant in the control group. The between-group difference was significant at the level of p<.05.

        서킷웨이트 트레이닝이 40대 중년여성의 신체구성 및 골밀도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate The effect of weight training method on body composition and bone mineral density of college female in twenties. Subjects of 14 college female students divided in two group/weight training group of 7 female students and circuit weight training of 7 female students) in this study. All subjects performed body composition, skinfold thickness, and bone density before and after a 8-week training. Body composition used Inbody3.0(Biospace, Korea) for measuring %fat, lean body mass, muscle mass, WHR and skinfold was used Caliper(U.S.A) for measuring suprailliac, triceps, and thigh. Bone density was used Achilles Express (GE Medical systems, U.S.A) for measuring bone density. The result of the present study were as Follows: First, weight training group was not significant %fat, muscle mass, and lean body mass but Circuit weight training was significant(P<.01) in muscle mass and lean body mass. Second, weight training group was significant(P<.05) thigh but circuit weight training was not significant Third, bone density not significant all group. It is considered if it is performed properly an exercise intensity and duration in muscle strength training, it is expected to affirmative effect in body composition and bone density. In addition, it will be a basic data in effect of exersise and prescription next study if it is considered increasing subjects and group, exercise duration, styles.

        비만중년여성들의 복합운동프로그램이 신체구성 및 아디포넥틴과 C-반응성 단백에 미치는 영향

        The present study applied a 12 weeks` composite exercise program to 21 obese middle-aged women whose body fat percentage was over 30%, classifying the subjects at random into a control group (n=7), exercise group I (n=7) and exercise group II (n=7), and observed how the exercise program affected adiponection, which is a obesity-related hormone, and C reactive protein, which is an index of cardiovascular diseases. Data obtained from this experiment were analyzed using SPSS/ PC+ Version 12.0 and means and standard deviations were calculated. In addition, difference between before the application of the exercise program and 12 weeks after the exercise was tested through paired t-test. Conclusions drawn from this study are as follows. After the 12 weeks` composite exercise program for middle-age obese women, the control group showed an increase in weight, body fat, and lean body mass, and no change in fat-free mass while the exercise group (I) and the exercise group (II) showed a significant decrease (p<.01) in weight, body fat, and lean body mass with the increase of fat-free mass, which however failed to bring any statistic significance. In adiponectin, the control group showed an increase but it didn`t show any statistic significance while the exercise group (I) and the exercise group (II) showed statistically a significant increase (p<.o5). In CRP, the control group showed a decrease with no statistic significance while the exercise group (I) and the exercise group (II) showed statistically a significant decrease (p<.o5).

The subjects partcipated in this study were 20 obese college females As a results of experiment; 1. perfoming Jump Rope ad an effect on plasma Lipids (〈↓〉total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density cholesterol, 〈↑〉 high density lipoprotein cholesterol) obese college females. 2. perfoming Jump Rope had an effect on Body composition(〈↑〉 lean body mass, 〈↓〉 fat mass, %body fat, weight) obese college females.

        폐경 후 비만 여성의 복합운동이 골밀도와 혈청지질에 미치는 영향

        his study conducted an exercise program with 18 obese women at age 55~65 with %fat of 30% or more who became menopausal for more than 6 months by dividing them into combined exercise group(n=6), exercise group(n=6) and control group(n=6). Finally the following results were obtained. First, regarding weight, a statistically significant difference was found in the combined exercise group(p<.001) and the exercise group(p<.01) and a significant difference was found among three groups at p<.001. Second, regarding %fat, a significant decrease was found only in the combined exercise group(p<.001) and a significant difference was found among three groups at p<.001. Third, regarding bone density, a significant increase was found in the femur only in the combined exercise group(p<.001) and a significant difference was found among three groups(p<.001). A significant difference was found in the lumbar vertebra in the combined exercise group(p<.001) and the exercise group(p<.01) and a significant difference was found among three groups(p<.001). Finally, a significant decrease was found in TC in the combined exercise group and the exercise group and a significant difference was found among three groups(p<.01). While no statistically significant change was found in HDL-C in the combined exercise group and the exercise group, a significant difference was found among three groups(p<.01). A significant decrease was found in LDL-C in the combined exercise group(p<.001) and the exercise group(p<.01) and a significant difference was found among three groups(p<001).

        코로나-19 상황에 따른 온라인 강의 서비스품질의 중요도 및 만족도 분석

        This study applies online lecture service quality factors to IPA analysis, analyzes importance and satisfaction, and prepares and analyzes the epidemic corona era through classification of maintenance items, concentration items, low priority items and excess items to demonstrate. Provide the data. I have a research purpose to do it. In this study, a population was set for students who participated in university online classes by reinforcing social distancing in the corona-19 outbreak, and a questionnaire was conducted centering on college students in the G area from January to February 2021 using a convenient sampling method. I did. A total of 220 copies were used for the final study. Among the sub-factors of the importance of online lecture service quality, learning accessibility (M=4.41) was the highest, and learning convenience (M=4.31), administrative services (M=4.29), teaching methods (M=4.27), and learning usefulness (M=4.09). As for the sub-factors of online lecture service quality satisfaction, learning accessibility (M=4.13) was the highest, teaching method (M=4.10), learning usefulness (M=4.03), administrative service (M=3.96), and learning convenience (M=3.95). First, there is currently an important and satisfactory strength, but it must be maintained and supplemented for continuous competitiveness. Second, a plan to increase the acceptance rate, such as familiarity with the viewing manual, database server, and update, should be sought, and academic management should be planned in accordance with the technical limitations of online. Third, it should not be neglected regardless of the results of the professor"s professionalism and basic knowledge, provision of information related to the course, and monitoring of information services. Fourth, since it is an item related to the learning preparation of the professor, which is the basis of education, constant attention and effort to gain comparative advantage on the school side are required.

        12주간의 Plyometric training이 남자 대학축구선수들의 하지근력 및 순발력, 민첩성에 미치는 영향

        This study examined the effects of plyometric training on lower limb muscle strength, power, and agility in male college soccer players. The results were as follows. First, plyometric training had a positive effect on lower limb muscle strength(right and left legs) in male college soccer players. Second, plyometric training had a positive effect on power and agility in male college soccer players. Plyometric training showed positive results in lower limb muscle strength and also agility and power that play a great role in improving soccer performance in male college soccer players. It means the improvement of lower limb muscle strength and kinematic functions in the players. Therefore, plyometric training should be actively encouraged an efficient way to improve the performance of other event players.

      • 댄스스포츠가 복부비만 여성의 Ghrelin과 Leptin 및 혈중지질에 미치는 영향

        The present study divided 24 women with abdominal obesity (the ratio of visceral fat to abdominal subcutaneous fat over 0.4) into a dance sports group (n=12) and a control group (n=12), executed a dance program (7 motions based on the basic steps of cha-cha-cha, one of Latin dances), and examined the effects of the program on ghrelin, leptin and blood lipid. From this study were drawn conclusions as follows. After 12 weeks` dance sports exercise, the levels of TC, TG and LDL-C decreased significantly, and the level of HDL-C increased significantly. After 12 weeks` dance sports exercise, ghrelin increased significantly and leptin decreased significantly. However, the exercise group showed no significant change in the V/S ratio but the control group showed a significant increase. Significant differences were observed in ghrelin, leptin and the V/S ratio between the two groups. The results of this study show that dance sports are effective for abdominal obesity in middle-aged women with obesity as they decrease leptin and V/S (the ratio of visceral fat to abdominal subcutaneous fat), which are related to body fat. However, change in the level of ghrelin was different according to age, the intensity of exercise, the method of exercise and the period of program, so it requires further research.

        밴드운동이 폐경기 여성의 골밀도 및 혈중지질, 기초체력에 미치는 영향

        The present study purposed to examine the effects of a band fitness program on menopausal women's bone density, blood lipid and basic physical strength. For this purpose, we measured and analyzed radius and femur for bone density, TC, TG, LDL C and HDL C for blood lipid, and muscular force, power, swiftness, flexibility and counterbalance for basic physical strength before and after the exercise for 10 weeks, and drew conclusions as follows. 1. As for bone density, increases were observed in radius and femur but they were not statistically significant. 2. As for blood lipid, no statistically significant change was observed in Te, TG and HDL wed a statistically significant change (p<.05). 3. As for basic physical strength, statistically significant changes were observed in muscular force and flexibility (p<.05) but not in power, swiftness and counterbalance. According to the results of this study, band fitness can be applied as a useful tool for preventing and treating adult diseases in menopausal women, and it is considered necessary to make further research on the detailed effects of band fitness programs with different groups of subjects and research plans.
