열처리와 In 중간층 적용에 의한 CBD-In<sub>2</sub>S<sub>3</sub>/CIGS 태양전지의 특성 향상

In this study, chemical bath deposited (CBD) indium sulfide buffer layers were investigated as a possible substitution for the cadmium sulfide buffer layer in CIGS thin film solar cells. The performance of the $In_2S_3$/CIGS solar cell dramatically improved when the films were annealed at $300^{\circ}C$ in inert gas after the buffer layer was grown on the CIGS film. The thickness of the indium sulfide buffer layer was 80 nm, but decreased to 60 nm after annealing. From the X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy it was found that the chemical composition of the layer changed to indium oxide and indium sulfide from the as-deposited indium hydroxide and sulfate states. Furthermore, the overall atomic concentration of the oxygen in the buffer layer decreased because deoxidation occurred during annealing. In addition, an In-thin layer was inserted between the indium sulfide buffer and CIGS in order to modify the $In_2S_3$/CIGS interface. The $In_2S_3$/CIGS solar cell with the In interlayer showed improved photovoltaic properties in the $J_{sc}$ and FF values. Furthermore, the $In_2S_3$/CIGS solar cells showed higher quantum efficiency in the short wavelength region. However, the quantum efficiency in the long wavelength region was still poor due to the thick buffer layer.

Fibrosarcomas in skull base are uncommon tumors and primary surgical resection istreatment of choice. However, it is difficult to radically resect due to limitations ofanatomical complexity, post-operative functional aspects and cosmetic problems. Weexperienced a rare case of fibrosarcoma arising from anterior skull base extending toparanasal sinuses, which was resected using bicoronal craniofacial approach withgood surgical results.A 68-year-old female suffering from intermittent headache, nasal obstruction andmucoid rhinorrhea visited neurosurgical department and initial imaging study showedirregularly enhancing mass infiltrating from left anterior skull base to nearby paranasalsinuses. She was managed by tumor resection through bicoronal craniofacialapproach, skull base reconstruction and close follow up using brain image over aperiod of one year. Pathologic finding reveals fibrosarcoma. Postoperatively, radiationtherapy was done for the remnant mass.It is also important to reconstruct skull base and isolate intracranial space from nasalcavity to prevent CSF leakage and subsequent post-operative infection.

This study collected 67 Jeju proverbs about traditional child-rearing from literature, and analyzed their meanings in the sense of human responses to environment : mode of challenge and adaptation, and mode of transcendency. Jeju proverbs of child-rearing had the following connotations. First, Jeju proverbs representing challenging, adaptive views of child-rearing fell under the categories of 'evaluation of daughter as valuable being with labor-power', 'tenacious children raised by tenacious maternity', and 'pragmatic relation of parent and children'. Second, Jeju proverbs of transcending views of child-rearing came within the categories of 'fate', 'children as recipient and messenger of transcendental being', and 'child-rearing taboo in popular beliefs'.

현재까지 국내에서는 적외선 관측위성을 보유하고 있지 않으나 해외에서는 다양한 형태의 적외선 관측위성이 개발되어 운용 중이다. 본 논문에서는 적외선의 일반적인 특성과 이에 따른 영상활용의 방안을 분석하였다. 아울러 적외선 관측위성의 해외 개발현황을 주요 위성 사례별로 조사하여 소개하였다. 해외의 경우 산불감시, 화산활동 연구, 해수면 온도 측정, 지표면 온도 측정, 기후변화 연구, 환경 감시 등 다양한 분야에서 적외선 영상이 활용되고 있다. 국내도 이러한 추세에 맞게 저궤도 적외선 관측위성의 개발을 추진해야 할 것이다. While the infrared imaging satellites with the several type were developed and operated in the foreign countries, we do not have the domestic infrared imaging satellite up to now. In the paper, the general characteristics of infrared and the applications of infrared image were introduced. Also the oversea development status of the infrared imaging satellite was surveyed and introduced to this paper. According to foreign status, the infrared image is utilized in various application including the forest fire monitoring, the volcano activity research, sea surface temperature measurement, land surface temperature calculation, the climate change research, and the environment monitoring. According to these trend the development of the domestic infrared imaging satellite in low earth orbit was required.

포항공과대학교의 포항풍력에너지연구센터(PoWER Center)가 개발에 참여했던 750 kW급 직접구동형 국산화 풍력발전 시스템(KBP-750D)은 그 개발이 완료 단계에 이르러 설치를 준비하고 있으며 현재 KBP-750D의 상용화를 추진하기 위한 출력성능 및 하중 측정을 통한 실증연구가 진행되고 있다. IEC 61400-13의 규격을 기준으로 수행되는 하중 측정은 수개월간 지속되는 측정을 통한 방대한 하중 데이터 수집 과정과 데이터 검증, 데이터 분류, 시계열 해석, 하중 통계 해석, 주파수 분석, 하중 스펙트럼 해석과 등가하중 해석의 측정 데이터 처리 과정으로 구성된다. 본 연구에서는 하중 측정 데이터를 처리 해석함에 있어서 성력화를 도모하고 정확하면서도 객관적인 성능평가 자료를 확보하기 위하여, 하중 측정에 대한 전용 해석 프로그램의 개발을 추진하였다. 본 논문에서는 하중 측정 데이터에 대한 처리 및 해석 과정을 소개하고 해석 프로그램의 개발 과정 및 수행 결과를 보고한다.
