      • 국제 자연채광 측정 프로그램의 동향

        본 論文은 자영채광 測定에 대한 국제적 動向으로서 건물에 있어서 자연채광을 다양한 氣候條件에 따라 보다 최대한으로 이용하고자 국제 照明學會(CIE)는 세계적으로 硏究클래스와 一般클래스 등 몇 개의 클래스로 연구측정계획을 추진중에 있으며 전 세계의 여러 국가에 있어서 照度와 일사량에 대한 測定 데이터를 수집하여 天空 상태에 따른 자연채광 설계에 대한 기초적 자료를 확립 시키고자하고 있다. In recent year in many countries with various climatic conditions are becoming very widely used with daylighting system based on maximum used of the Sunlight. This paper will present on trend of International Daylight Measurement program which has already organized by CIE technical committe called TC307.<br/> The International Daylight Measurement Year(IDMYh has been decided to be initiated at the beginning of 1991 to collect various kind of daylight and solar radiation data allover the world.

        상업용 건물의 자연채광용 반사재료에 대한 광학적 특성에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 상업용 건물에 사용되는 건축재료로서 시중에 시판되고 주로 사용되고 있는 건축재료의 반사지향특성을 파악하기 위한 일환으로 상호반사계산에 따른 조직적인 수치 계산 데이타를 만들었다. 측정은 반사율을 측정하는 실험장치를 이용해서 편광에 의한 표패반사와 층내반사를 분리함으로서 상업용 건축재료의 반사 지향성에 의한 반사지향특성을 고려한 반사율 데이타를 구하였다. 아울러 이 연구는 측정 뿐만 아니라 조명설계 시 자연채광에 대한 기초적인 자료를 만들고자 분석하였다. The purpose of this paper is found consistent mathematical data of Inter-reflection of calculation as a mean to grasp characterizes reflex of building materials that primarily uses in Building, and that comes in to the market. The measurement of directional characteristics of non-metallic Building Meterial is based on seperation measurement of Boundary Reflected and Layer Reflected component using a Reflectmeter with Polarized. And this study analyzed with not only experiment but simulation to furnish basic data for illumination design to daylighting.

        대형 판매시설의 최적 에너지 절약을 위한 설비 운영시스템 개선 방안에 관한 연구

        Reduction of energy in buildings by efficient management of energy is consistent with long/short-term national policies and the following economic effects are expected. In this study, I suggested the energy management system and its assessment method which are objective indicators of cost of building maintenance. Related with "Building Energy Efficiency Rating System", I did a basic research on energy-saving measure is applicable to the office building while its remodeling and operating. I also gave a building energy-saving measure to upgrade the building energy efficiency rating. And a certain size and same utilization of three places in an office building were selected to search the equipment system, automatic control and usage of energy by site survey for the purpose of estimating the building energy efficiency rating. In addition, I found out the problem of the operation and design stage of the office building and gave a measure of upgrading the building energy efficiency rating according to the amount of energy savings with building envelop replacement and operation of equipment system.

        In this research, on the basis of the energy audit systems existing buildings that are used in domestic energy diagnostic system, as can reflect a calculation method and field measurement data of seasonal efficiency factor, the existing building I presented the energy performance evaluation method.       • BIPV 시스템 창호의 단열 및 결로성능 시뮬레이션 평가에 관한 연구

        Incubation of this research building used as a building system External solar BIPV (Building Integrated Photovoltaic System) that is applied to the doors of the insulation and condensation THERM & WINDOW performance will be evaluated using the simulation program. BIPV systems are applied to the development of the frame to keep in step A-ZONE Thermal Performance of doors and insulation will be inserted. Of these materials, including insulation and frame through several simulation variables can be predicted in advance. In addition, the module has been applied in the construction of the cables to connect the frame to frame is to insert the tube. Due to wiring problems, and this process offers a possible solution. Insulation performance of the regional parts of buildings and building energy conservation design standard yeolgwanryuyul table (window, and contact the insulation performance) that are used for doors in the region and depends on the absence, through the simulation module and the frame can be predicted by the insulating performance. Condensation performance of the KS F 2295 ', contact windows, and test methods to prevent condensation of the standard temperature 20 ℃, relative humidity from 50% when the dew point degrees set by 9.3 ℃ in the simulation by a state temperature depreciation ratio (TDR) of the frame is evaluated by predicting the existence of condensation occurs.

      • 고분자전해질 연료전지의 중저온 열원을 건물난방에 이용하기 위한 온도 제어장치 개발

        본 연구에서는 기존 가정용연료전지에서 활용이 미약한 중저온의 배열을 건물난방부하에 적용할 수 있도록 온도 안정화 장치를 개발하였으며 이 장치가 기존 난방설비와 연계가 가능하도록 제어시스템을 구축하였다. 연료전지 시스템의 정상작동을 위해서는 연료전지로부터 배출되는 온수의 공급온도가 $60^{\circ}C$이어야 하고 다시 연료전지로 회수되는 작동 유체의 환수온도는 항상 $55^{\circ}C$로 유지하여야 한다. 본고에서는 먼저 스택배열 활용을 극대화하기 위해 CFD 분석을 통해 소형열교환기와 기존 난방설비배관과의 최적 연계장치시스템을 구성하였다. 또한 계절별 난방 수온의 불규칙한 온도변화에 대응하기 위해서 연료전지 스택의 열원과 아파트세대 난방용 환수관을 연결한 온도자동조절 밸브를 사용하여 온도안정화 장치를 개발하였다. 소형열교환기와 통합 활용할 수 있도록 설정된 온수의 온도가 편차 ${\pm}0.5^{\circ}C$ 이내에서 유지되도록 하였다. 이 연구결과를 통해 연료전지인 PEMFC의 배열을 건물난방부하에 활용이 추후 가능할 것으로 예상된다. This study performs several experiments on a newly developed temperature safety system that can be used for residential building heating systems, the heat source of which is derived from a conventional fuel cell. Prior to this, the hot water made from a fuel cell was not used in residential housing but just went to waste. The present safety system is installed in the current underfloor heating system. At first we used the CFD technique to develop a new heat exchanger. The fuel cell must satisfy the thermal conditions of the inlet temperature being $55^{\circ}C$ and the outlet temperature being $60^{\circ}C$. But variations in weather cause fluctuations in the heating water temperature. The experimental results show our new system capable of maintaining the temperature difference within a ${\pm}0.5^{\circ}C$ range. So we believe that our new PFMFC fuel cell stack array is a good candidate for being used in residential heating systems.

        BIPV시스템 내부 배선처리 공간의 단열 및 결로 성능 시뮬레이션을 통한 시공방안에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to determine the construction method of BIPV for the electrical wiring-handling space to improve performance insulation and condensation. In the field of renewable energy systems, BIPV(Building Integrated Photovoltaic System) have characterized the original function of the electric energy production and multi-functional building envelope technology for savings of building finishes. Therefore, Integrated design and construction technology for PV Modules and frame as cladding was necessary to implement the energy production and energy saving technology. In this process, Module to improve the performance of the insulation was applied to Glass PV modules. Frame with the polyamide insulation was designed. In particular, BIPV compared to the normal window were frame problems, including corrosion and leaks due to the wiring hole for wire processing space. To prevent energy transfer through the hole, the construction of additional method were complementary. The results of this study were as follows; Silicone finish on both sides of PVC pipe installed in electrical wiring-handling space played a very important role in preventing condensation. The finish to the thickness of silicon to prevent condensation was not affected.
